I took my car here for a vehicle brake and light inspection for salvage titles and I gotta say I was impressed by Robert and his level of service. I scheduled a service last week with Robert for a service today. I got there around 9:15am. I was told to come back between 1 and 2pm. Since I don't live close I normally walk around and bide my time while I wait. I returned around 1:45pm. My vehicle was parked in front. I went into his waiting room and waited about 15 minutes more. He was busy working on another vehicle. He looked at me, but didn't stop what he was doing and come inside to finalize the transaction. Finally I went outside and asked him how it went with my vehicle. He told me that he never worked on it! I responded that it would have been nice if he let me know earlier. That was all I said at the time. I wasted 5 hours waiting for him to finish. I think it was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. He had no apology and just told me that he didn't get to it, and to come back next year. I know it's a busy time before the holidays, but I couldn't believe that he took advantage of me by not communicating with me hours earlier, and then not even to acknowledge me while I waited yet more time in his shop. This is very sad because he is a GREAT mechanic and I have been using him for years. This is my first bad review and I feel really bad. I just couldn't believe how poorly he valued my time and treated me so badly. 0 stars for today, but 5 stars for his talent. read more

The owner was personable and welcoming ot to mention extremely knowledgeable of cars. My mom needed the front axle done and brakes replaced he did them and it was reasonable. I brought my recently purchased 1989 IROC in to get the timing done so I could pass the smog test. Even though it was a weekend and I did not have an appointment and I had never been here before, it didn't matter. I was greeted and welcomed like a longtime customer. The timing was done quickly and correctly and at a fair price. On top of the great service, seeing the beautiful older Chevrolets, one being a Z28, just reiterated that this is where I want my IROC to go for service as I bring the car back to its original glory.
