I got a whole pie once and never again, the slices taste better. It's better for your wallet to get the whole pie but it wasn't fresh, when usually it's the opposite, slices are usually dry and pies are more fresh.....new conspiracy theory... This location gets busy but it's in a plaza with other retail stores so it's easy to navigate, plus parking is usually okay. There are lines sometimes but if you're there on a weeknight it's not bad. It is usually organized too so the chaos isn't that bad. I love costco.

Now, parking is a little chaotic here... no one ever seems to be looking lol, kind of just aimlessly driving. Same in store... almost got bumped into by a cart 5 times in the 20 min we spent here. Lots of carts not returned and left in parking spots, so beware of that if you don't want any dings on your car.

This in spite of the fact that they have an employee standing right in front of them at all times. Forget trying to go to a manned checkout! Only one was opened when I went during a busy part of the day. I guess management didn't want to miss the opportunity to punish their customers for their failings. Had a terrible experience with the employee supervising the self checkout. Was both extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she said would not call for one, I would have to go find one myself. I asked another employee to see about calling a manager and she told them not to do it. I explained to a supervisor up front what had happened and he explained (although he probably shouldn't have) that they had many complaints about this employee! I did get a call back from an assistant manager later that evening who apologized and said that the employee had been reassigned and would not be interacting with customers. Again, why did this take multiple complaints? This store is in desperate need of new senior management. Until they can decide that helping their customers and creating a positive environment is important, DO NOT GO HERE!!! Take the trip to the Weymouth BJs where they actually seem to care.
