When I arrived the tech told me that they were out of this vaccine. I asked why it let me book an appointment if it was out of stock. She told me the appointment database doesn't link to what they have in stock. I think this is ridiculous because people could be wasting time, gas and energy booking appointments for non-existent shots! The tech called the Walgreens in Bernalillo and was told they had the TDAP in stock. I drove there and spoke to Eileen, a pharmacy tech. She explained they weren't doing walk-ins, but they usually do. I asked if they had any openings. She said I would have to check online. I told her my phone wasn't working and if she could book an appointment for me. She said no. I was the only one in line and they weren't busy. She was extremely rude and short with me. She told me to stand aside as another customer had walked behind me. I talked to the manager and assistant manager about Eileen. They told me that there was no pharmacist on duty and that they didn't have the vaccine in stock. So either the tech at Enchanted Hills lied to me or the tech they talked to on the phone lied. The manager even called the Walgreens on 528 and Southern and they were out of this vaccine. To sum up, it seems like all Walgreens do not regularly update their stock of vaccines, the staff are rude and will lie to you, and you will probably waste your time and gas scheduling appointments for non-existent vaccines. A horrible, horrible joke.

Their customer service skills were perfect, know what would make an impact or just help in a small way. Finally even suggesting a gift card be added to the purchase, so that my son could buy his own much needed items. They were sharp enough to ask for his phone number to check & see if he was a part of their rewards program. BINGO!!! He was, so he will get credit for my purchases. Store was clean, well organized, prices seemed reasonable. I will be back & highly recommended this store/staff.

Thank you guys! UPDATE! When I went back for the permanent two crowns in the front they didn't match. The team went for another match and another and the lab just couldn't get it right. It was the two teeth on either side of the center front bottom teeth. So, it was pretty obvious when they didn't match. This last time, they didn't match again so Dr. Marshall said he would replace all 4 crowns (he didn't do the center two) so they will match. The temporaries look fantastic! I've been scared to get it treated because I've never needed such extensive dental treatment done. This office is amazing! Everyone is SO nice! They offer IV sedation for ANY dental service - including cleaning - and each station has a patient TV in front of where you look AND above the chair for you to look at and zone out! The dentist himself was really reassuring and never showed any judgment. I felt like I was in great hands the whole time and was eager to book my treatments to get everything handled. I highly recommend them!

They got me scheduled for a cleaning, and we split them up into two visits. They handled all the insurance stuff, which is great. My first visit with Dr. Wong was great, maybe some white coat syndrome for my vitals, but otherwise it was good. She was kind and knowledgeable. Also, congrats on the upcoming newborn. My second visit was my first cleaning with AJ. I thought he was perfect, kind, and awesome. I almost asked for him again specifically; he made me feel comfortable. My third visit was with Andrea, who is pretty freaking cool. We talked about kids, New Mexico, and other things. I really liked her demeanor and professionalism. I'm pretty happy I went here and started to get my teeth back in good health. I do have two more visits, and if they go sideways, I will update my review. We've been working with Medicare for the past 2 months, and their office manager knew this, (in fact she is the one who gave me advice to call Medicare). My relative had $1500 in yearly benefits but they wouldn't cover because Perfect Teeth did NOT follow Medicare's policies. And now my relative is being harassed with daily letters and phone calls for their mistake! And now it's the end of the year and he will lose his $1500 dental benefit. When you try to call the office to talk with someone you get re-routed to agents in an Indian facility in India who are aggressive, demanding, and unreasonable debt collectors. All this drama over $700?! Ridiculous!!! NEVER go to this establishment. Cheating, manipulative frauds.
