She was thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we understood the next steps. Her communication and professionalism really helped ease our concerns. My husband needed several biopsies done, and if you've ever had a skin biopsy, you know the numbing process can be one of the most uncomfortable parts. The medical assistant was amazing. She did everything she could to keep him calm, explain what was happening, and make the process as quick and comfortable as possible. The office itself was very clean, and the entire staff was welcoming and kind. Going through something as stressful as skin cancer evaluations can be overwhelming, but this team made us feel like we were in good hands. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not at all what I requested, despite showing reference photos. The cut was extremely choppy, with uneven layers throughout. It was the first haircut I've ever been truly unhappy with, and I am unable to even wear my hair down due to the unevenness and disconnect throughout the cut. I do want to recognize the salon owner for how they handled the situation. They were understanding, offered to have another stylist correct my haircut, and also refunded the cost of the service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making things right. While I'm disappointed with the haircut I received from Ericka, I appreciate the owner's excellent customer service and willingness to stand behind their business.
