2 stars because at least the staff was friendly. I came in asking for natural-looking golden caramel highlights with a noticeable pop of color. Instead, I left with a white-yellow blonde balayage and harsh money pieces that looked nothing like what I requested. The haircut I received was also noticeably uneven. I ended up going to a different salon the very next day to have my hair corrected. Another major disappointment was the pricing. The salon's website quoted $240 for a haircut and full head of highlights, but I was ultimately charged nearly double because my hair was supposedly "long and thick." In reality, my hair is only mid-length and very thin. Throughout the appointment, I felt there were multiple attempts to upsell me. At one point, Meri, who did my haircut and highlights, tried to sell me Redken shampoo and said, "If you can afford it." I found this comment unprofessional and inappropriate. No customer should be spoken to that way. To make matters worse, Meri later posted edited, FaceTuned photos of me and my hair on her Instagram, which did not accurately reflect the results I received. Overall, I would not recommend this salon to brunettes looking for a natural summer transformation. I left extremely disappointed with both the service and the final result. Did Magic sleek but hair was definitely not as silky or smooth as when I've had it done before at another salon. Hair stylist was very rough on my head when trying to blow my hair dry with the magic sleek in. Scalp was very tender for at least 3 days after. I was surprised there was an unpleasant odor even after washing which I did not have the first time I did magic sleek. I've only experienced this odor with keratin treatments. I hope the treatment will at least last for some time as my first time at the salon was for keratin which only lasted about 5 weeks. UPDATE The magic sleek did not take, my hair is not flat or smooth as results should be. Posted photos of my hair a week after the treatment in slight humidity. Hair is frizzy and wavy. And the odor lasted 2 weeks which is not normal for magic sleek. I reached out directly per the salons reply and unfortunately it's been 5 weeks with no resolution. They acknowledged initially then after two weeks I followed up again and was told sorry I'll get back to you in 2 days after I speak to the stylist. It's now 3 weeks later and they have not replied back. I need to get my hair redone and this is a costly treatment, not to mention not something I want to do to my hair again only a short time after. I have requested a refund as I did not hear back about a resolution. I would not recommend for Keratin or magic sleek. And now very disappointed in managements customer service. read more

It's a nice upscale posh salon for a last minute spur of the moment haircut -I called last minute for an appointment and was taken right away even though I came a few minutes early for my appointment-everyone was super welcoming-I paid more than I usually do for a haircut and a wash -The hairdresser took her time to make sure I liked my cut and went to cut more off when I still wanted some more cut off the front-relaxing vibe and it was not that noisy as some salons can be with multiple conversations at the same time-if I needed a last minute haircut I would go back and it's right around the corner from my house which is a big plus read more

I called 30 minutes ahead for an appointment for a blowout. When I arrived, I was introduced to Rachel and we chatted about what I was going for. I ended up opting out of a wash and just went for curls for my beach wave look. I have stubborn straight hair that refuses to hold a curl. Rachel understood my concerns and did an awesome job. My curls held and I was very happy with my look. COVID Notes: There are clear shower curtains dividing the stations. Stylists are separated with one chair apart (more than 6 feet). Tina is a superstar! I called Euphoria in a panic because i had rotten blonde hair and wanted to go brown. My hair was slightly damaged and i needed to fix it all immediately due to an event i had the next day. Tina was able to take me in within 15 minutes of my phone call. Amazing. She sat me down in this beautifully renovated new salon, very spacious and super trendy. The vibe in Euphoria makes you want to hang out there for fun. We spent about 15 minutes discussing what i truly wanted my hair to look like ( color and all) and began the coloring process. A single color process for my long hair cost me $80. Tina recommended a $30 repair treatment since my hair was dried up from bleaching and i'm so glad i did it! Not only do i have beautiful brown hair i have SHINY SOFT beautiful brown hair! Tina offered drinks ( water wine juice cookies donuts) and played fun music during the processing. I am so pleased with the attentive service in this salon. I can't wait to come back! read more

I was in desperate need of a color correction and decided to try out Beauty Bar since the last few salons that I tried just made a bad dye job worse. I have very long thick hair and what was supposed to be blonde highlights ended up looking like a mix of Ronald McDonald orange, highlighter yellow, and pipe rust. It looked awful and I wanted to try a color correction as a last resort before chopping my hair off. Tina met with me the week before and told me that she could fix it, and not only did she fix it, she completely transformed my hair into a gorgeous blend of low lights, soft brown and honey colors. Sam is absolutely amazing. I've never had someone cut my hair the way he does. I have very fine Asian hair and he knows exactly how to cut it to make it look healthy. He's truly an artist when it comes to razor cutting. He does this to make layers and bangs full. His blowouts last 3 days & it can probably last longer but my hair tends to get oily. Love this place!! Toni is amazing and can work wonders!!! I came in with a chopped up home made lockdown cut and she transformed it into something beautiful!!! When I asked her for a certain kind of low lights paired with blonde highlights she questioned it and brought over hair color samples to make sure she got it right. I was really excited to get my hair done as I haven't dyed in over two years. I came wanting baylage and was really disappointed. What I got instead was highlights. For 240$ I felt very ripped off. i came here to get hair and make up done. it was prom time for kids so they were busy but i was so happy they took me in. alas to my dissapointment, the girl that did my make up spent less than 5 minutes on my face, got her dirty sponge, put foundation all over, no primer, got a brush, did my eyes, one coat, eyebrows, lipstick and then my false eyelashes. my hair took half an hour and took the same time being undone when i went to my party. while i was waiting my turn i saw all the workers taking their time doing the girls for prom and i was expecting to get the same treatment. i realized i was asian and the girls where blond with their blond moms. and the worst part was i was charged 170$ for the mediocre service they did. it was a mistake coming to this place. read more

I came here a couple months ago for the first time for a hair cut (i usually do a slight trim I've almost ALWAYS had long hair) but i decided to chop off almost 10 inches that day. Sam was extremely nice and he did an incredible job. I was afraid i would walk out of there crying cause I've had many bad experiences with getting my hair done. I went back a week ago to add blonde highlights to my very dark hair which i have done before and usually my hair comes out dry, brittle and weak with many split ends. But oh my god Sam did an AMAZING JOB! I showed him a picture of what i wanted and he did exactly that. Also recommended a treatment for my hair to prevent the damage and it sure did! My hair is soft, healthy, shiny and looks great (not one split end found)!! This is the first time I'm completely happy with my cut and color! I won a gift certificate for eyelash extensions so really didn't know what to expect. I had never heard of this place before. When I walked in I was so pleasantly surprised. It has such a cozy, whimsical feel. The staff is so friendly and I was offered a choice of beverage upon my arrival. I'm not gonna lie that I wasn't a little nervous about this lash thing but when I met Roni, I was immediately at put at ease. She explained the whole process and what it would look like afterwards. As I am in my fifties, I didn't want to walk out of there looking like a Bratz doll. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, kind and patient as she made sure my facial muscles and eye muscles were relaxed before she started the job. (Stay away from caffeine before this procedure lol). Roni has the gift of looking at you and knowing what you need. She takes her job very seriously, is very experienced and the fact that I trusted her 100% with my FACE is a huge statement. I ended up loving my lashes so much I had her shape and tint my brows...It's the best shaping I've ever had and the color is perfect. So natural looking! I thought this might be a one time thing but I think the Beauty Bar has a permanent customer. read more
