This was MY PLACE. I have a loyalty card and went every two-4 weeks. My last experience was HORRIBLE. My usual girl with the long hair wasn't there it was an older lady. She did my eyebrows I paid and walked out. When I got my car and looked in the mirror, I saw how bad of a job she did. I'm not exaggerating when I say they are horribly crooked. So I walked back in and asked the same older women what can we do to fix it? She looked at my eyebrows and told me she thought they were fine....I said but how can you say they are fine? They are crooked! She then told me it was because of my face. My face was the reason why my eyebrows looked crooked. I said well the other girl NEVER had a problem with my face. THENNN she tells me that if I liked the other girl so much that I should not go in on Tuesday's or Thursday's because those are the days that she worked. She got very upset with me and was very offensive! She was mad and offered to take some more hair off my longer side. I told her no thank you, just leave it. It's a flipping eyebrow people hair grows back that didn't make me sign up on yelp for my first time to write a review about this NASTY women. I wrote it because she was so belittling and down right nasty when I went back. She messed up, if she said "I'm sorry" and tried to even them out I would of never written this. She is human and we all make mistakes. But with me being a loyal customer to the business and the way I was treated I was humiliated! How do you tell me it was my face??? I'm still raging about how I was treated and will NEVER go back. Even though I loved my sweet long haired friend. Now every time I look in the mirror I am reminded about how I was treated. Also I have to color them in and pencil in the one side to make them look somewhat even. So my advice don't support a business who will tell you your face is why they messed up or just don't go there on tuesdays or Thursdays. read more

She was very detail oriented and lightly educated me on how my ethnicity actually affected the direction my hair follicles grew? Who takes the time to do that? This review is solely for the woman who did my eyebrows yesterday 8/3 at 530pm. I am so disappointed because I usually come here regularly however, all of these woman are not equal. I usually go on Saturdays and there is a woman there who is great. Against my better judgment I went yesterday wanting to get it done and am kicking myself for not running as soon as I saw my usually lady was not there. First, she refused to get off the phone to greet me and stayed on the phone the ENTIRE time. I thought when I sat down she would get off but no, she continued her conversation as she butchered my eye brows. I told her I was trying to grow them out and to only clean up. She distractedly acknowledged this but didn't seem to care. As I listened to her conversation continue, I felt her frantically removing what felt like way to much. When she showed me the mirror my only reply was "ok" as in ok thanks for ruining my eyebrows and having poor customer service while doing it. The biggest complaint is she made one shorter than the other and drastically thinned out the tail of one eyebrow which is always the hardest to grow back. I won't be going back solely based on the behavior of this threader. It is a shame. read more

My recent eye brow threading place closed on Durango and Warm Springs so I had to find a new place quick! I searched on yelp and found this place and this lady is marvelous. She is very kind and talks you through what she is doing. She asks you if you would like thick or thin eye brows and is very precise and patient. My regular place I go to have my eyebrows done is closed for the month. So in reviewing the closest and best eyebrow spots, Yelp reviews led me here and I could not be more satisfied with the job they did on my brows! I came out of there with no redness or swelling which is not usual for me but when trying to find a great brow place that threads, it makes it a little difficult to trust the job they're going to do. I have very little eyebrows so she was helpful and letting me know what's the best way to grow out my brows and to apply castor oil daily to help my brows thicken. Soba did my eyebrows. She is super nice and takes her time. She did my eyebrows very well despite the fact that I have been butchering them for over a year. Decent prices. 10$ for eyebrows and 35$ for the whole face. Will be going back to see her every two weeks! Thank you soba! read more

I found this place when I went to AAA, needed my eyebrows threaded. Went inside signed and had 1 person in front of me. Waited about 10 minutes. The younger lady did my eyebrows. She did an amazing job. I got so many compliments from so many people how good my eyebrows look. read more

This place is WONDERFUL!! It's brand new and right near where I live. The woman who did my brows was very sweet and friendly (I didn't catch her name but I'm assuming she was the owner). Walked in right as they were closing and she still did my eyebrows! I can be picky about my brows, but she did an absolutely amazing job! I saw that this place was opening soon when I was at another store in the same center, and finally decided to stop in today. I was highly pleased with the results of my eyebrows, and customer service was perfect. I was a customer of eyebrows r us as well, and found their customer service lacking as well, results were mostly okay, but I liked reults here better. I am planning to try the tinting next time as well. I want people to go here so she stays open, although quick availability was super nice. You will not be sorry if you try this place. read more

Got eyebrows and upper lips threading done. Unlike other threading places I've been to, the girl here took her time and made sure she cleaned up all the unwanted hair. Price was reasonable - $10 for eyebrows and $5 for upper lip. They also have a punch card system. 5th one is half off and 10th is free. Definitely coming back. read more

I was a regular but I probably won't be going back again. I just wanted to fill my 10 hole punch card up to get my final free service before looking for a different place. The last 3 times I visited, a new employee threaded my eyebrows. She's ok. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded probably around 30x in my life and the last few times I've gotten them threaded, I sit in the chair, clinching to the edge of my seat, constantly asking myself why I even do this to myself. All of the cuts on my skin and the mediocre shape of my brows after I leave hardly seem worth it. I guess the search will continue for my go-to brow lady. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows done here since it opened. It's about a 45 minute drive from my house, and the service and quality of the threading is worth the drive. I've gone to numerous eyebrow threading places and I am never quite satisfied with the service like I am here at Beauty by Thread. The owner takes her time despite the amount of people that may be waiting, and her prices are very reasonable. Whereas other eyebrow threading places that take off too much, or don't do enough, this one always does the perfect job.
