Sorry. I rating this place a one star because I got my pedicure and manicure with gelish and the three nails already crack. I go to other places and my gelish last for days. Waste of $80 dollars. The only great thing was the massage for feet. Very disappointed with my nails. She blame it because my nails are so short but I have other places can also do faded with gelish and last so long. Save your money and go someone where else. Don't pay for gelish it will crack within a day. Very sad and disappointment and I'm at the mainland with ugly nails. read more

I went to this nail Salon Yesterday to get gel nails plus a pedicure. I decided to come here even though there are a lot of bad reviews, the girl who did my nails did a horrible job, she said she only had gel powder to do my nails no acrylic when I left not even an hour later my thumb nail cracked! While I was there I did tell her my nails seem thin but she assures me that it's okay. My pedicure was mainly a leg massage! No callus removal, I asked do you not use the razor blade to do callus removal??? He said NO they don't do that!!???? I called them when my nail cracked to tell them I will be coming back for them to fix it first thing Monday but the girl who did my nails had the nerve to tell me she'll call the cops on me!!!!????? I just went in for the cool $20 Acrylic Full Set Deal! Came out 47 min later (including drying time) with longer nails, a few cuts and $22.94 poorer. Asked for almond shape nails, pulled up a picture on google when she said "coffin, square at the top"? When using the dremel on my nails I sustained several cuts and pain on my cuticles. Very disappointed in this place given the good reviews. My husband and I decided to get pedicures yesterday and found this place on Yelp. We were greeted by (I'm guessing) the owner, nice enough. We sat down and put our feet in the baths, I immediately noticed that the tub felt oily under my feet. Yuck. Both our techs did not speak a word to us, we don't even know their names. We decided on the Signature Pedi for $36 and I noticed that their menu boasts how sanitary they are because they use disposable Pedi Packs for each client. Ha! All they used in my pack was the file, they used their regular tools the rest of the time! They also did NOT look like they sanitize their tools after every client. FYI: bacteria and diseases can be passed from client to client with unsanitized tools such as Hepatitis. The tools sat on their open trays and I watched the techs after two other clients, leave the tools they had JUST used on their trays. The only things they washed (in the sink with just water) was the razor, or the cheese grater, as I call it. They shouldn't even be using the razors anymore! When she brought it out, I was about to object but the owner came over to ask if we wanted the "callus treatment" (only $5 more...). She then recommended we get the Deluxe Pedi ($46) because it would be the better deal. We said Ok thinking that they wouldn't use the razor but after the treatment they used it!! My husband's tech actually shaved his heel raw (see pic)!! I also watched to see if they sanitize the tubs after each client. NO! 3X I watched them wipe it down with a sponge, with NO TYPE OF DISINFECTANT!!!! I mean come on! Bleach is not that expensive! So basically, our feet are bathing in an unclean tub. GROSS!! HA! At the end of the pedi they handed us the unused Pedi Packs. Thanks a bunch for probably giving us MRSA for $92. Absolutely wonderful. Can't say enough good. Staff is always happy and friendly. I came in for a fill yesterday and Jenny did a great job. I picked a combination of two polishes that didn't dry well at all together. Even with half an hour of drying and a gel top coat, they were still wet. I left and Jenny said if a nail was smudged, to come in and she would fix it for free. By the end of the day, all of my nails had been messed up. I came in today, completely ready to pay to have a manicure done. She insisted that it was free of charge. She even did a design for free! I will never go anywhere else! read more

Once we entered, the lady yelled, "aww welcome back!", even though I have NEVER been to this place before. But oh well. I had just recently hurt myself and had a little scar on my forehead. She immediately said(out loud), "OH! What happened to your head?!!!!", then she went on to talk about all these little flaws I have. Totally unprofessional. At a Salon you're supposed to make people feel beautiful, NOT point out all their flaws. Oh and it didn't stop there, she rushed while doing my nails. Then when she was finished painting my nails, she got up and didn't say a thing. Instead, she of walked over to the mirror and started brushing her hair and using a tweezer to pluck out her white hairs in her head. The gentlemen was doing my sisters manicure. He was quiet but he did his job. He took his time and so much pride in his work. When he was finished he put her slippers on for her and mines. We went to the front to go and pay and she just stared at me waiting for a tip. I had a $1 bill in my hand and she just stared at it. My sister went to go and give the gentleman his well deserved tip, while I have mines her $1 that she didn't even deserve. She was rude, insulting and rushed her work. I haven't done a pedicure in years due to bad experience from the past, but I wanted to do something really special for my besties birthday gift so I looked at reviews from many nail salons and was very convince with the great reviews for the Beauty Care Studio. Every positive reviews was right. The staff was very nice and warming. Once we were seated on our spa chairs they offered us Vietnamese coffee and water. The chairs were so comfy and there was a controller attached to it so we can control the massage for our back. I ordered the pedicure deluxe which was the BEST PEDICURE!!! They also gave us a dessert with banana and topioca. It was delicious. They massage really good and cleaned our feet really really well. Plus the nail design was beautiful, Jenny free hands the designs. They even gave my friend a $10 gift certificate for her birthday and me a $5 off for my next purchase because I yelp;) we were overall greatly satisfied by there service. Didn't want to drive far, so we decided to check out this place, which was right up the street from where we live. Great service from the moment we stepped in. Little did we know, the owner would treat us like VIP's. He gave massage, offered vietnamese coffee (which was YUM!) and Jenny also gave us some of her homemade pudding. Everything seemed so elegant and relaxing. I got the signature pedi and eye brow wax. My mother-in-law got the deluxe mani/pedi, and she was in relief. Came in on a whim to get a shampoo and a blow out. Giving them 3 stars for the shampoo alone. I had a great scalp massage with my shampoo and even I little back and neck massage after!! Felt great and very relaxing! The blow out on the other hand was basically just blow drying my hair and that's it. Don't expect anything special or products. If you are looking for a great shampoo and to relax I would recommend coming for the shampoo! But if your looking for a good blow out I would probably go somewhere else. I haven't had the time,but its been 3 weeks since I've been there and my toes still look great! (Although I'm by no means a "nail connoisseur") -Her english is a liiittle hard to understand, hence my friend ended up with a fade as well, ($7 extra) but she had said she wanted "solid color". Very friendly lady, conversation was comfortable; she made us feel at home. Just make sure you're on the same page in terms of what you want. -She wasn't rough with my nails and she doesn't work in a hurry.
