I've run the gamut of settings - on the couch of someone's living room, tilting chair in hair salon, massage table in a treatment room, shared space with multiple recliners. But Maryanne's is the pinnacle of lash set-ups. Imagine...reclining theater seat, selfie station with pink flower wall and bench made to look like a swing, girly Christmas decor, and you have this space all to yourself. And Maryanne of course. On to her work...she is a perfectionist, uses quality products, doesn't rush. Oh, and she does brows too! She's the BEST. Period.

Finished with cateye, hybrid C curl max 14mm within work regulation. Loved it. Worn on my tour in Japan (attached photo in plane and outside after landing) only lasted 1 week :( Returned for 2nd service, experimenting with the wispy spider eye... she used CC curl and I totally didnt realize CC curl at 14mm doll eyes makes my round eyes crazy... I'm more of subtle, natural look. She spent an extra hour to help me, take down some on the middle and I really appreciate the service... I tried to love it but the kids at work asked what happened to my lashes and if I went to a costume party :( I didnt take a photo to share til after 1 week of most of it falling out. (Attached photo where I have a few left of the volume wisp spider eye , wearing black shirt with hair down.) Trying to schedule 3rd appt since April 5th when the gaps started showing..and April 12th how it looks in attached photo wearing black. Really looked forward to what MaryAnne had in mind for when we'd book next appt. I definitely will stick to cateye... but more natural because the volumes fall out of my eyes so easy in 1 week it's not worth paying $160 (before tip) if I only keep for 1-2 week. Unless refills are quick in 2 weeks for much less... we'll see. :)

Anyways found Caneesha through Instagram and I admired her work. What I loved even more was her late hours. It's hard to find someone that does lashes after 4pm. Booked an appointment to get my old set removed and Caneesha put on a brand new set. Since then, I've booked consistently with Caneesha every 2-3 weeks and luckily have my appointments booked out in advance for the rest of the year. Her attention to detail is amazing and her work is phenomenal. Every single lash that falls out has the most perfect fan base. I've never found a lash that wasn't perfect. When I first met Caneesha she worked out of her home but now she has a big beautiful salon located right on Keolu drive across from McDonald's near the shack Kailua. Before this happened, I had made my same day appointment about 2 hours before and when I showed up, the electricity was out and they said they couldn't provide the service (all of Kaneohe was out that day so no big deal). I was slightly annoyed that they didn't call to let me know but it's fine. They said they would call if power went back up but I know it took forever to come back on. They called me the next morning and said they could take me right away and apologized for the inconvenience with the electricity. I gladly took the opportunity and headed to their salon only to find out that they didn't even do the service I requested. I'm giving 2 stars because she was very nice about it, she wasn't annoyed and was apologetic. I just wish they were honest from the beginning.
