They advised me not to tint by eyebrows given their color and texture. The staff make all the clients feel beautiful. I've seen them boost confidence of a cancer patient who recently lost most of her hair. The place is wheelchair accessible. At that time, there was only one person ahead of me. However, by the time she acknowledged me, two additional customers had already come in--one to check in and one to check out--so I was pushed further back before being helped. When Patti finally checked me in, she asked if one of my services was more important than the others. I explained that all of them were important and that I wanted to proceed as scheduled. She then told me I wouldn't be able to receive all of my services because Emani was unavailable and had another appointment. I told her I was already there but could adjust to the next available time, so we moved the appointment to 10:30. At 10:07, I called to let them know I was nearby at Panera Bread and could come earlier if Emani became available--that they could simply call me. I never received a call. When I returned, it was clear that Emani did not have another appointment, as no other clients went to the back or were greeted by her. While I did receive some form of compensation after addressing the issue, I still felt I was treated differently. Patti did not offer me a wax pass or a follow-up appointment with Emani after my service, even though I witnessed her doing so with another client. She simply took my payment and tip. Overall, today's experience fell short of the customer service I'm accustomed to at this location.
