Very disappointing experience…read more I came in wanting a nail design and was told it could not be done because I arrived 15 minutes late and they had another client booked after me. However, after my appointment ended, I saw the same nail technician take a walk-in client. That made me feel that the explanation I was given was not the real reason my requested design was declined. What bothered me most was the inconsistency. On a previous visit, I arrived on time and still waited nearly 20 minutes to be seen. Apparently, it's acceptable for clients to wait, but if a client is running behind, they lose the ability to choose the service they came in for. The atmosphere was also uncomfortable, and I felt rushed rather than welcomed. Getting your nails done should be an enjoyable and relaxing experience, not one where you feel like you're being pushed through so the next client can be taken. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and undervalued as a customer. Based on my experience, I will not be returning. Do not go there !

I consider it $72 wasted as now I have to go see another stylist to fix it. I asked her explicitly not to thin out my hair and said I wanted long layers. She did the complete opposite of that. My normally thick hair is now thinned out and she gave me jagged layers that now poke me in the face. I'm really hoping that the other stylist can fix this travesty. One friend said it looks like a little kid cut my hair because it's incredibly jagged and uneven. There's even one random short piece of hair that doesn't blend in with the other pieces. I don't know what happened here because her other clients seem happy but just know there's a chance that you'll need to pay to get one of the worst haircuts of your life fixed. Oh it's also incredibly frizzy looking due to the uneven jagged layers; she went a little too hard with those texturizing scissors.

I also saw her confidence was on a higher level than what I saw last time. Today I tried out Tammy's massage, but before I did, I was informed she does not massage the private areas of the body. She also wants you to keep your underwear on. You will be covered with a sheet unless you ask her not to. I figure since I have my underwear on, I don't need the sheet. It was warm enough in the office as well. Tammy's massage was at the level of Erik Von Kaiser. Whatever massage oil was used was bad. The oil seem to lose its slick feel. A lot of oil was needed in order for the masssge relaxing. Tammy's technique started out awkward and a little out of whack, but soon found rhythm. The chest, stomach and feet was the best parts of the massage. I know ever first time masssge with client and masseuse might be awkward and both people are learning what works and doesn't work. I feel this is the case and I am willing to try her again and see if things are different. Now comes the sad news ladies and gentlemen. The legs it was okay after several times of oil being applied to them. Unfortunately the largest muscle in the human body was not massaged, because Tammy calls that a private area. This is her place of business so she sets the rules. It did set a new standard for me. It showed me how important the glutes maximus is when it is not massage and the other 70% is. Still I said this is fine not knowing that private area includes the glutes maximus. When it was all said and done, the most memorable experience was the foot massage. Tammy is a very honest person from what I saw. She did go the extra mile to make things a memorable experience. I would like to say successided. I will be back for one more massage.

They were able to fit me in last minute and I had the best experience with Annie! She gave me exactly what I asked for when it came to my cut and layers and she gave the best hair wash (best massage ever, almost fell asleep). I really appreciated that she listened when I said I wanted to keep my length while still giving me the look I wanted with my layers and bangs. I walked out with my exact Pinterest inspo! Their prices are equivalent to Hair Cuttery's but you get much better quality and personalized service. My husband also comes here for trims and they spend a good fifteen to twenty minutes on him where most hair places have him out in five minutes. They really make sure the customer leaves happy and are very accommodating for appointments.
