I went by on the weekend and ask for a full set and pedi and was helped to make an appointment for later in the day, my nails look great and have lasted. My pedi was done well and everything went well. I will be back to regularly pamper myself. I've needed to do this and have ignored me time to have this type of treatment. I recently went to Princess Nails and Spa with my mother in law, Peter and Rose were really friendly unfortunately my pedicure was not what I expected.I felt like Rose was rushing my pedicure and she wasn't paying attention to the details at all. I noticed she didn't separate my toes while doing the gel. My mother in law noticed Peter started on her pedicure before mine but somehow I was already done before my mother in law. I didn't really like that they don't put a plastic in the water basin, I feel like it's not as sanitary. Anyways I called to ask for a refund because I paid $55 plus a tip for her to not to do a good job. Here are the results. read more

I made an appointment to get a gel French manicure. I chose this shop because of supposedly good reviews. The owner gave me a guy that was so inexperienced he couldn't complete the French polishing so she (the owner) had to do it. She kept having to fix each finger because they were so inconsistent. My mom and I have been customers of Rose and Tu for more than 10 years now!!! We followed them from shop to shop and after a lot of hard work, they were finally able to open Princess Nails!!! You will not find nicer people or a better mani/pedi anywhere in Las Vegas!!! They take great pride in their work and in their shop, which is always super clean and bright. Rose & Tu are AMAZING and their customers are super LOYAL so you NEED to make an appointment a few days in advance. Don't blame the business and leave a nasty review because you can't get your $hit together. This shop is about QUALITY, not quantity. Also, this business is located on Water Street in Henderson. Clearly stated that they only accept appointments (no walk ins) but a quick call and Rose accommodated my timing request. It is an intimate location, very clean and welcoming. After two other not successful nail jobs at other salons, Rose listened and did exactly as I had asked and I LOVE my nails!
