3.5 stars if I could give lol I came here with my sister and niece. They were very accommodating for a Sunday. Apparently Sunday afternoons are extremely busy days for nail salons. We had a difficult time finding a nail salon that wasn't busy. We called here and they told us they were open and can take all 3 of us upon arrival. My sister and I got a fill meanwhile my niece was a full set. My nail tech name was Ivy and she did a great job in the beginning. She was very attentive and detail oriented. She really took her time and I enjoyed that. Tip worthy for attention to detail. However, I wasn't too happy about the design. I wanted a higher almond shape French tip. Originally, she curved my French tips to a round shape which I did not like. I wanted something more narrow and I wanted my pink to be more of a natural pink. She told me she was going to help me pick out a pink color and I ended up choosing because she asked me to pick again. Nonetheless, I did but the pink I chose was fairly light on the model nail. However, it's pretty dark on my actual nails I think this is due to extra applied coats, which is great however not when I was going for a light natural like pink. Also on my ring finger I asked for snowflakes.. they're mediocre. I'll include my inspiration pic and an actual pic of my nails. There was a sign that said full sets $25 and fills $15. BOGUS. She charged me $47. And I was kind enough to tip $13 because of her attention to detail with cleaning my nails, shaping, massaging my hands but not for her attention to design. I think I was a little TOO GENEROUS with the tip because after I paid I had to drive back because my right thumb was bumpy due to the top coat not drying properly she fixed it but then when I got home I saw that my middle right finger was missing a streak of top coat down the center. Needless to say, price was a little too much. $47??? + $13 tip = $60! And I wasn't even that happy with it. Now that I think about it I should've just tipped $3 or nothing! The service was great in the beginning but other areas was lacking. I probably won't be returning. read more

I got a basic gel pedicure. I had gel removal and asked for a trim from previous color (done elsewhere). They were able to remove gel no problem, but when they trimmed my nails it was crooked and they didn't file it..it was literally whatever was cut. Also very minimal cuticle work done, literally just the cuticle removal oil and small scraping. I should have paid better attention, because now my toe nails are uneven and one is cut at an angle. Mad at myself, but would not come back again even with lower prices. read more

I came here for a pedicure. I haven't found a salon that I absolutely love for pedicures yet, so for now I will continue to roam around haha! The fact that they were able to get me in right away as a walk-in was a plus. The staff members were welcoming and friendly. But as far as my actual pedicure it was a little less than mediocre. First, she didn't ask how the temperature of the water was. She just turned it on and walked away. The water was very lukewarm, so when she came back to me, I asked her to make it hotter. She turned the knob, but never asked again if the water was OK. And it wasn't. It was still lukewarm. Then, her massage wasn't good at all. She kept massaging the same spot on my ankle! She wasn't very good with the pumice stone either. She was very light and quick with it. The atmosphere is just ok. Nothing too relaxing and calming. But it's not horrible. Something about it feels kinda cluttery though. But it's clean, so that's good. read more

Giving two stars because the employees are very nice, but these were the worst set of nails I've ever gotten. I got my nails done less than two weeks ago and the gel polish is peeling off. I've never experienced gel polish chipping on acrylic nails. My nails began peeling the day after I got them done. I used to love Beauty Nails, it's under new management and they have no customer service! If you get any service, like a pedi-cure make sure you get everything in that package because they will leave stuff off!! I would expect them to provide everything in that package but they don't!! I had to ask why nothing was added to my water and why didn't I get callus remover. I want everything because that's what I'm paying for!!! I do not recommend this place!! read more

I got a gel manicure on Sunday ($35 + tip) and by Tuesday they were starting to peel off from the bottoms. I came in as soon as I could which was Saturday and explained it to them and by then they looked terrible. Plus the bottoms of the polish were catching on my hair and clothes which was annoying and uncomfortable. She told me gel is only supposed to last 3 days. Gel usually lasts about 3 weeks with every other salon. She took them off for free after I argued. Can't justify spending that much on nails that looked bad for one week. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I came in with an acrylic set that I had gotten there previously. I told the woman I just wanted to remove the acrylic. She said 10$ I said okay. Mind you I've come in to get the acrylic removed before when I'm happy with the length of my natural nail underneath. This woman sat me down and for the first time SHOVED a plastic nail under my acrylic to remove it. Not only did it thin out my nails and make them ridiculously breakable, the woman CRACKED 2 of my nails in the process. After I realized that she broke my nails I stood up and asked for the manager. I asked the manager why was this woman not using any tools to remove my acrylic but LITERALLY RIPPING IT OFF, this has never happened before at this location. The manager said because you did not ask for tool, "tool extra 5$." Why on earth would I NOT PAY 5$ to NOT have them yanked off my finger. Had I know it wouldn't have been a problem. I told the manager I've paid for this service many times RIGHT HERE before and never have I ever seen or experienced this painful and ridiculous service. I told her I would pay them 5$ extra this one time even though, last time, the time before, and the time before that I paid 10$, BUT that I would never bring in business ever again. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU'RE OK WITH: -INCONSISTENT PRICES-to the exact same services you've previously gotten done there before -OKAY WITH MISHANDLING AND PAINFUL SERVICES - A MANAGER who values 5$ more than a customer who has lived 5 min away and brought in business to their company for over 2 years When she broke 2 of my nails she had the audacity to use super glue. Also, you are not spoken to to move your feet from one position to another, they tap and forcefully move your feet around. No professionalism at all and quality of service is okay. Went here for dip and not 30 min after I got home my top coat was chipping, one nail cracked because of how thin she did them, and they were uneven and bumpy.
