Vivian was incredibly clear and upfront about the lip blushing process, including the fact that it can be more intense than eyeliner or brows. For me, that was true, though I know it varies by person. My first pass healed lighter than I wanted, and at my follow-up Vivian really listened. She made sure I was thoroughly numbed and adjusted the color to a richer shade that I love. She also explained that some lips simply don't retain pigment as easily, which was reassuring and helpful to understand. Healing was easy, and I'm excited to see how the color continues to settle over the next few weeks. What really stands out to me about this studio is how kind, attentive, and thoughtful all of the artists are. One consistent approach I've noticed is that they intentionally go lighter at first, which makes total sense. You can always deepen the color at the follow-up, and it avoids ending up with something too intense. Overall, another great experience and I couldn't be happier with the care and results.

My brows have honestly never looked better. I had really struggled to get my natural shape back after years of over-plucking, and she patiently guided me through the grow-out phase (and my constant temptation to grab tweezers). She truly knows what she's doing. Not only is she a brow wizard, she's one of the gentlest humans I've met. I always enjoy our chats and leave feeling confident and taken care of. After my last fill with another salon I decided not to go back and get my fill done with Jaime instead and so happy I picked her! I know my lashes aren't as thick so they can't be exactly what I want but she did it! They're fluffy and have random long ones which I like! At my first visit she was incredibly warm & welcoming and I immediately knew I made the right decision. She did a fill (from someone else's work) and then recommended a complete removal and new set at the next visit. She also gave me a goodie bag with lots of fun little surprises and a coffee mug I actually use in the morning :) Not to mention, provided the most thorough education I've received to date on how to take care of my natural lashes and the extensions. I've been seeing her religiously every 2 weeks since the move and highly recommend her! Great music & great conversation throughout the visits. She takes her time with every step to make sure your brows are absolutely perfect before you leave. My brows are naturally sparse and thin, and by the time she was done, they looked full, thick, and beautifully shaped - better than I imagined they could look. Anisa took over the business from Rebekah in January. They both have done my browns the way I prefer, natural with a clean arch. I have never had any skin pulled off with the wax like I have at many other places. She offers a 3 brow wax for $60 pre-paid deal which is what I opt for. I've noticed that she offers other facial services on her website, but I haven't tried anything else yet.
