Kimberly nicely approached me and started helping me try on the available shades, the one shade that fit perfectly wasn't in stock and we couldn't get it online either, but she was extremely nice to get me sample, that'll probably last me a few months since I don't do my make up often, and she also advised me to look in other stores since it was on sale. Not uneven, not over-shaped, literally missing. The worst part is they covered it up with pencil so I wouldn't notice until I got home. That is completely unacceptable. All they did was refund the service, not even the tip I gave before realizing what they had done. After multiple complaints and constant back and forth, they gave me a $50 gift card, which doesn't even come close to covering the products I now have to buy to fill it in and try to grow it back. I even told the technician the exact shade I use in Benefit's brow products because I wanted the tint to match that color. Instead, my brows were tinted significantly darker without anyone telling me that the tint they were using would not match the shade I had specifically requested. Had I been told the tint would come out much darker than the shade I asked for, I would have declined the service or chosen a lighter option. As someone with naturally very light eyebrow hairs, this dramatic change was the exact opposite of what I requested. When I contacted the Brow Bar afterward to ask if there was anything they could do to correct or lighten the tint, I was simply told there was "nothing they could do." It was incredibly disappointing to leave with a result I never wanted and then be offered no solution or support. My issue isn't that I disliked brow tinting--it's that I clearly communicated the look and shade I wanted, and instead received something completely different without any warning. I would encourage anyone with light brows to have a very detailed conversation and insist on the color they know is right before agreeing to a tint and to make sure the technician knows what they are doing and explains exactly what shade will be used and what the final result is expected to look like.

I asked the hair stylist if it was possible, she seemed to think it was. I told her what I liked about my inspo picture and we chose a pink. She bleached the length of my hair, except about an inch from my roots and underneath on the back of my head (roots and underneath all left brown). My hair was mostly orange, some pinks, and completely fried. It was/ is tragic. The integrity of my mostly virgin hair is ruined. When it came time to blow dry I realized there was no way THIS was what I was going to pay for. I had a nail appointment and a second date after my appointment all of which I had to cancel (obviously). Management was really nice but also worried. I chose to go elsewhere to get it fixed, because no one really had a solution. I have to purchase all of the hair stuff to try to build the bonds in my hair back, and am honestly lucky I didn't have to chop it all off. If you're looking for just a root touch up, I think this salon is perfect. Anything else? Take this as your warning. The price and deals they offer aren't worth it!
