Today was my first visit with Josie. I have been avoiding going to a salon for 3 months after a debacle with a male stylist in Anaheim Hills. Josie came highly recommended by a friend of mine who sees Josie regularly. My friend's hair always looks amazing. Recently Josie sent my friend a photo of a style she thought would look great on her and it really does! Josie even followed up with my friend the next day to see how she was enjoying her new style. I have never seen this type of customer service before, it is amazing! Josie took her time with me this morning, discussing what my lifestyle is like, because she doesn't want to give me a style that doesn't work for my level of comfort. She listened to my tales of bad low lights, made a potion to help lighten up the dark patches to help it blend more evenly. The hair cut she gave me is divine...I'm absolute giddy with happiness!
