I was recommended Beavers as I was looking for a dependable and reliable plumber. I attempted to call the number listed on the website, but could not get through to anyone and could not leave a VM as I was not given the option to leave one. So I decide to try the next best thing and contact them through their website. I still have not heard back. What is so difficult about returning someone's message or making it accessible for them to get hold of you?? Update: to the business owners response - you have no calls from me today because I did not today, I called yesterday and you wouldn't know I called because I couldn't leave a VM. I used your contact box with my info and sent it to you. Not my problem if I submitted and you did not receive it. There is no way for me to know if it was sent or not. Beavers Plumbing was referred to me from my long time plumber that had retired. They gave me a basic price on the phone, $179.00 to clear a drain from the building to the street. Darryl and his crew came out the same day, at the time quoted. The job was done professionally and made me pleased with the quick and well done service. I won't say it was done quickly, because they took the time needed to do it well. Additional services to insure the drain would stay clean were offered. Hydro-jet which cuts more difficult roots with less chance of damaging the older drain pipes and a video inspection. Yep, those services cost more, but there was no pressure at all to use them. I gave the go ahead, because of past problems with tree roots, which can be insidious. The extra work was scheduled and done within two days. I should be good for a while. Important. Daryll was there to supervise the workers, and he treated them respectfully. Always a good sign. read more

They did very unsatisfactory work on my mom's plumbing. Failed to fix the problem. Charged $10.000.00 and toilets still fludded. Found out they did not do an accurate job and had to hire a reputable plumer. Offered 20 years guarantee. No thanks! I seriously think they took advantage of my elderly mom. My toilet was clogged up so bad the water went down too slow so I called Beavers plumbing and Eric came out and discovered that tree roots were coming up the pipe from underneath the toilet so he removed all of the roots that were there and the water flow was 10 times better afterward so I will definitely use their service the next time I have a plumbing issue. Also the price they charged was very reasonable for the amount work done so once again I will keep Beavers plumbing in mind and I would recommend them to a friend as well. read more

I want to post a review because I just feel like this company took advantage of my 90 year old mother. I live in Arizona and my mom lives in Pomona. She needed a plumber because she was having some issues with her hot water coming out. A friend recommended Beaver's to her so she called and they came out. Eric was the guy that arrived. He said she needed a new faucet in the bathroom because it was badly rusted. So he replaced it and the supply lines. Then she had asked to have the water heater drained, he claimed he couldn't connect the hose to drain it. Charged her $333 and left. When I talked to her later that day she told me about this and I was concerned. He charged her for a job he couldn't complete. She ended up calling the owner and he stated he would come out and "make it right". Today he came out, hooked up a hose with no issues and told us he drained it. We complained to him about the situation and he refunded my mother $50. Then left. Now I just went outside and can't see a drop of water anywhere in the yard of where he might have drained it. So I walked back in and checked the valve, I stuck my finger up in the valve, bone dry. Update to review: Darrell called today 4/26, he offered to come out to redrain the water heater to prove it to me so I can see him doing it, but we declined. read more

We had an acute problem with leaking water in the crawl space under the HVAC system in this custom-built, extensively retrofitted, early 1950s house. After two contractors dispatched by our home protection company said that our plan would not cover it, but they could make some expensive off-plan repairs, we asked a contractor who had done preventive maintenance for years on the implicated HVAC system to look; he said the problem was probably different from what we have been told but its solution was outside his own practice, and he recommended Beavers. Darryl Beavers, his partner Jerry McConnell, and their crews came out promptly, inspected the problem very thoroughly, worked diligently to clean a plugged sewer line and replace a corroded drainpipe, and modified the sewer and HVAC condensation lines to improve the drainage. Their service was professional and prompt; they kept me closely apprised of schedule changes due to variations in time needed on other engagements; and their charges were very competitive. They explained their work carefully and documented with photos, and they offered to contact the home protection company at my convenience to contest what the earlier, in-network technicians had said.
