I asked "Peter" the receptionist if it could be done in an hour and he said yes. I got there and the lady started soaking my nails in a grocery store plastic bag with acetone soaked paper towels. Weird but ok. After 15 minutes of that, she announced "you have solar nails and we don't do that"! Really?? Your website says you do. See pic. She replied that their website was out of date like that absolved her of any responsibility! It took her 40 minutes of paper towel soaking, sawing away with an electric file and slapping on acrylic to finish one hand! She acted as if she wanted to quit then and actually told me that I should go back to my former nail salon. No joke. She finally finished 1 hr and 20 minutes later despite the promised 1 hour by Peter. My nails were so poorly done. And to boot 3 DAYS LATER my nails are bubbling from beneath the surface. See pic.
