The nail techs are super nice. especially the young girl at the front who greets everyone. I like the quiet vibes. Their work isn't so good though. I showed them a picture of a basic set that i wanted. I guess the first lady couldn't do it so she got a second lady. She seemed hesitant but started doing my nails. I want to start off by saying Kate does a wonderful job every single time. Today Kate was busy so the lady that usually greets everyone that walks into the front started me, I can be a little picky when it comes to my nails but only so that my nails do not snag my clients hair. I was trying to explain to her I like more acrylic on the sides because they wear down fast and she got and threw the towel at me and stands up and starts yelling, I simply asked her why is she mad and I asked her to calm down she proceeded to keep going and then walked off. Kate came and finished my service and did a great job like always but when I was done with my service the lady yelled out from the back how she doesn't want to have me ever again. Was told that it was because I need to get a manicure and pedicure. They didn't acknowledge that my nail tech just simply didn't do a good job at painting. My toes are missing polish and my finger is bleeding and hurts. Will not be returning. My nails looked better before I came in. It's new ownership. I would not recommend this place. read more

My daughter and I went into to get her a full gel set and a pedicure with gel. The lady cut her fingers several times and just ignored any of her nail requests. Her nails looked terrible when we left. The fact that none of the old staff was there and the employees are very lackluster is a sad sign. The level and courtesy, kindness and professionalism is non existent! The staff from the reception to the techs , especially one by the name of Ann in particular is VERY RUDE and each time I'm serviced by her I'm either cut, bleeding or sore from how rough she handles me. In addition, I guess since the staff believes since their speaking another language, that it isn't understood. It's a very nasty and overall bad vibe. There is way TOO MANY other beautifully talent nail techs that are deserving and care about their clients than to patronize with an establishment that collectively behave this way. the lady fucked up my ombre instead of her to tell me she couldn't do it, she went ahead and have me her version of "ombre". my sister's nails aren't finished like to full extent. they don't prep the natural nails (cutting them, cleaning the cuticle, etc) & they did not clear the acrylic off from under. Horrible customer service! So aggravated. First time. walk-in customer. Business was very slow for a Saturday afternoon. Got a younger bald headed guy who was nonchalant. Never offered beverage as clearly everyone else had one and when I inquired acted as if it was an imposition. I requested basic mani pedi and was told 42.00 I agreed and service started. This guy ha d a bad attitude from the moment I sat down. I asked him not to cut cuticles so he didn't but was very limp on the massage and then I had to clarify that even if I didn't want cuticles cut to use the metal scraper on heels. He got upset when I asked him to do so and saiid "you didn't want cut" Any rate he did what I asked , rinsed and touched up polish. He then put me under foot dryer and went and played in his phone. After 20 mins I asked when was my nails going to be done and he said "check your nails they're dry". I then asked was he ready to do my nails and he said he didn't do hands and pointed to someone else who acted as if they had no clue even though I'd written on the sign in sheet what I wanted and the guy asked me to pick out my mani color. Some lady apologized but I was just ready to go , paid even left the guy a tip and left without letting her do my nails .i didn't want to reinforce the stereotype that some people do t tip! I see why they had no business . They appeared to have a few regulars but how would you know if I wouldn't become a regular patron if this is how you make a first impression.? Maybe they have an issue with people of color- iIDK for sure but it's clear they're lazy! Learn how to smile and act like you want everyone's business. I think the nail tech I had might have been new. It took a really long time to get the first part of the pedicure done, which caused the last part (the massage and hot stone portion, which I was looking forward to the most) to be rushed. I was burned by the wax multiple times. The cotton swab that had polish remover on it was placed next to a candle on the tray sitting right next to me, which started a fire (about 1.5 feet high). The tech had trouble putting it out, so I yelled fire and a man who worked there ran over and put it out. I was a little shocked/scared after that haha The way the menu is set up, it looks like a shoulder/neck massage comes with the pedicure, however it's only for the manicure. The tech was so nice and ended up giving me a shoulder massage anyways (I was the only customer in the salon), so that was really sweet. They are pretty friendly and clean but I must say I have experienced better. I choose the organic cherry pedicure and got an eye brow wax. They waxed my eye brows into a pretty good shape but my eyes were still pretty sticky after the waxing. Sugar scrub hardly has any sugar in it so it doesn't really exfoliate you very much because of this. The whole reason that I went to get a pedi is because with it being summer, my heels were feeling a bit rough. So she worked on my heels a little bit but apparently not enough because they still feel rough... I could have done a better job myself with a pediegg from Walgreens. (Which I guess I'll do now...) Massage was pretty disappointing she used little to no pressure so it just kinda felt like someone was just rubbing oil on me. Cute design though and they didn't charge me for it. Yet regardless it wasn't worth the money for me and I won't be returning. $52 dollars down the drain. read more

Merely googled this spot and we were so pleased with our experience. Great service from the moment we walked in. Place was fairly busy and we waited about 15 minutes for pedicures.
