I like coming here, the techs are nice, the place is clean, and it's close to home. I rarely have to make an appointment, they will just tell me to walk in and take me right away. This place is absolutely terrible!!! My girlfriend and I went in to test it out and not only did I have to constantly tell my nail guy you're missing spots he couldn't get the designs right to save his life. My nail has broken for the 3rd time since I've gotten them on in a week. It's embarrassing! My girls nails look even worse!! She's broken hers for the second time now. When we went back the first time to get it fixed she didn't even out a tip on her nail when she took it completely off. She just used acrylic so not only does it not match she has to get a complete new set next time. DONT GO THERE!!!! It's not worth it at all! What a waste of money! read more

Being that I was in the area, I looked on here & saw that out of 16 reviews they had 4 stars so I decided to give them a try. I got the rockstar manicure, which came out pretty nice. But on both of my ring fingers I asked for them to do a hello kitty design similar to one of the photos provided here on yelp. It wasnt perfect on my left hand but I'm not one to complain, but when it came to my right hand is where I got really frustrated. The lady did the design & again I wasn't impressed, because they rubbed acetone on top of the gel manicure when they finish, the guy smeared the hello kitty design completely off my right hand. The lady who did the hello kitty design had to redo the design. She then redid the hello kitty & went to apply a clear top coat and smeared the face because it was still wet. She didn't want to fix it! She tried to use a small brush to try to unsmear the mistake & did a poor job at trying to fix it, and she didn't even care as though she was just ready for me to leave. I asked if I could pay, and the man who did my gel manicure asked if I liked it, & I showed him that it was still smeared even though she "fixed" it. Noone offered me a discount or even an apology. I will NEVER go back here! I posted a picture, the one to the far left is what I wanted, the one in the middle is the one that came out so/so, the one on the right is the smeared one that they refused to fix. For $40 you would think it would be no problem to fix a small mistake like this, very disappointed with my experience here. read more

Was running errands in the strip mall and had no time to go back across town to my usual salon so I stopped in here. Not sure the name of thew man doing my nails. He had longish graying hair. Friendly enough but paid little attention to me. Everything was done in a hurry.He was so timid giving my hand massage. I really do not think he spent 30 seconds each hand. My polish was globbed on so it made a gross puddle around my barely manicured cuticle. I asked him to clean it up. He did a half assed job.When I got home and my usually agreeable husband said ' I sure hope you did not pay for that." Yeah, I did but made sure the owner knew I was very unhappy. read more

I've been here twice and am on the fence about giving 3-stars (it's really more of a 3.5). Anyways, the first time I went here was about a year ago. It was really empty with only an older gentleman and a woman working. The gentleman gave me a French tip gel mani which was great. He was gentle, fast, and friendly. The only issue I had with his work was that there were noticeable bubbles in my nails when he finished. Second time around was a few days ago for a pedi. The same couple was there along with several younger gentlemen. One of the younger men did my pedi. Unfortunately, this experience wasn't as pleasant as my first. The young man was very friendly, but half as**d my pedi. I asked him about the quality of the brand of polish I had chosen and was told that it doesn't matter which brand I chose - it's going to chip in a couple days no matter what. Eventually, I had to remind him cut and file my nails. The scrub down was more of a rub down, and when I asked him to add glitter and a clear top coat he said it would be an extra $5 for each. I only went in for a pedi spa treatment and he ended up taking an hour and 45 mins. Oh, and he was completely right about the chipping... My toes already started to chip the very next day. I wish I didn't have this horrible experience with them because my first visit was alright. I might return to get my nails refilled, but never again for a pedi. read more

After their recent remodel the rates for services went up, while the quality of the services provided suffered drastically. Worst experience ever! Everything is extra down to even the shape you want. They try to force you to get gel but the full set is $27 plus $10 for shape then $17 to paint your nails with gel! I was in Vegas for a wedding mid December and needed to get a manicure. I get manicures about every 2-3 weeks but I was pressed for time and decided to get my nails done while in Vegas. Boy was that a horrible decision. I always get gel polish because it lasts longer and enforces my nails. I decided to get a clear gel polish and had them add a bow for a decoration. They looked decent. What disappointed me the most is just hours later my nail chipped. I have NEVER had my nail chip since I've been getting gel and certainly not on the same day. I wasn't surprised when the bow decoration fell off a few days later and left a glob of crazy glue that I had to file down. I treated my Mom to a mani with gel polish as well. It cost $70 for the both of us and her polish started peeling 2 wks after. I would not recommend this place, they are over priced and the quality is horrible. read more

Went here to get a pedicure for my birthday. Everything was really clean and their tools are all in seperate unopened bags. I did a gel nail polish and was fascinated. They did very well. My inly complaint for be the price. It was $88 for me and my mom. But i never go pamper myself so im not even sure if thats just what is normal. I visited Bebee Nails from a recommendation in the Mom's group that I'm a part of. My mom and sister was in town and they wanted pedicures. We visited the place and the staff in there was friendly. The people that my sister and mom got for their pedicure were awesome and very attentive. My guy on the other hand did a good job as well but wasn't nearly as attentive and finished my pedicure way ahead of my sister and mom's (and my guy started 15 minutes later). I think I just wanted a little more time with the foot rub and attention to my lil piggies. Regardless, the three of us left with awesome, clean cut, professional pedicures and my sister and mom got cute designs. Originally from Chicago, I've been on the hunt to find the same affordable prices here in Vegas paired with great quality. Bebee Nails definitely was it. Unfortunately, came into Bebe nails today because I wanted to try somewhere new. Happily waited 45 minutes for a gel manicure and pedicure. Asked if they were able to do a natural ombré fade and was assured it could be done. They started my pedicure and began to remove my gel paint from my hands. Suddenly, after they started taking off my polish, they decided to tell me that there was only one girl who could do the ombré fade, who was the manager and she was going to be busy and I would have to wait another TWO hours! They told me to just get Siemens else but I can't for my job. Was very disappointed and they still charged me for gel polish removal that I wouldn't have wanted due to their mistake. This is really THE BEST nail salon in Vegas! To start off with the hours said they closed at 7 and we got there at 730. They still had us! Got one fill and TWO pedicures. The person that did my fill did a fantastic job! Not only was he fast but he did it well without scratching me or making me bleed. My mother is on her feet all day and with her pedicure and massage she said she feels 100% better ! Definitely recommend this place and sure will be back!! read more

The person wanted the same thing as me a manicure. They sat them down in a chair an immediately got to work. At that point I was so pissed I just got up and walked out. My friend suggested we meet here for a mani/pedi. Please don't waste your time! I walked in 15 minutes before our meet time, this place is dirty, dusty, unsanitary, smelly, nothing was clean ! the floors, the chairs, the stations awful!! some other reviews say its a little dusty!! that can cause the worse nail infection ! there is no excuse whatsoever...the Body spa on west Charleston is much busier that this place and always spotless!! I would be soooooo embarrassed to own this shop!! sad, they are sooo lazy not even to clean ! I would rather not give it a star at all but in order to write a review you have to. I have never had this type of treatment on my life. I am a licensed manicurist and visiting Las Vegas I figured I would get a mani/pedi. I geneally take my pwn implements and decide on the place if I will use them or mine, determining factor if they pull them from the sterilized package no problem, if they pull them from a drawer wrapped in a towel stuffed inside a container I present mine. At this location I gave the lady my implements after using my nippers she placed them on the floor, yes the floor where all of the disgust from the bottom of our shoes walk on, when I attempted to explain to her that they now needed cleaning, she put them in with my other implements now contaminating those as well. I told her that was nasty to put my implements on the floor, she told me I was nasty and I gathered my things and left. read more

I come here during the week and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. It's not the prettiest or cutest place but that really doesn't matter. What matters is the quality of work, which is A-1. I never stop getting compliments on my acrylics, which are always perfectly shaped, strong, and durable. They never rush but are quick and meticulous. Everyone is friendly to all the customers, all the time. I moved out of the area but will make the extra drive to Bebee Nails because they are that good. read more

The toes look fine, but he sauntered in late after they put me in the chair. By the time he arrived, my feet were pruny and he sheepishly apologized. I got a shellac french manicure from the long haired guy described by another reviewer, and her review is spot on. He squared off a wonderful rounded nail, unevenly and almost diagonal. Then when he did such a horrible job of the white tips, he used nail polish remover to correct them, badly also, and removed half of the pink base coat, leaving me with an odd rectange of pink, a gap of no polish, and the crooked white tip. For an awesome job, I recommend Debbie at The Beauty Center on W. Charleston. If only she hadn't gone on vacation, I wouldn't have this awful manicure from Bebee. read more

Also nice selection of gel colors, better than most I've been too. On the downside, filthy place and my gel manicure was sub par, I actually think I could have done better myself. If I could give it a zero I would have. This was the worst nail job that I have ever had. I went into get fills on my pink and whites. I decided to get a color tip that turned into this thick big blob on my nails. It was the guy that has long hair that did my nails, he said that he has been doing them for 11 years. I don't honestly believe that he even has a license. My nails were so think and clumpy that he went to go put the gel on them and I told him that I did not like anything that he has done to my nails and that they are horrible. I had to ask him to sand them down more so that they didn't look like a 1st grader did my nails....he also took my nice curve that you have in your nail that seperates the tip and made it a straight or semi straight line. I asked him what happened to my curves and he just sat there. Not to mention the (2) smoking breaks he took while doing my nails....I mean who doesn't love leaving a nail salon with there hands smelling like smoke. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! A complete waste of money!!!! read more

i went mon morn at 9.15am 08/13/18 the lady sits next to phone i think she is the owner not sure. i guess she had a bad day and took it out on me. its been awhile to get fills and she let me know it. this was the 3rd time getting my nails done. second time fills were 17.00 this time 22.00 i ok'd it cause it takes more product. she filed off the gel polish, then filed by hand twice,then put the filler ,filed nailes with the hand filer twice,each time she was done with a hand she would throw it back to me, washed my hands then she put one coat of polish then spoke in another language and the guy came to finish polishing my nails (thats rude speaking another language in front of customers) she needs to retire or dont do nails. i would recommend to go somewhere else cause you dont want to get ur nails burnt like she did mine all 10 fingers burnt i could not go to work,drive or anything for two days and one nail broke the same day. pricing is never the same you end up spending 30 for fills and thats what they charge for full set. i will never go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
