This has not cleaned properly since the first day. blaming me and my water is not professional or correct. I don't like the way they speak to me on the phone when there's a problem. I don't like the way I am first told they forgot to add the insulation, then they come back to add it in the insulation is there. All is it happy as long as there's no problem. I experienced firsthand a problem that they are not resolving professionally. I have other appliances to purchase, will not go here. Even Dave, the service manager, says he will ask the General manager who is on vacation, and when he comes back Monday, he will not be contactMing me right away because he's going to be busy. I should wait for a call in a week or so after he settles back from vacation. What kind of thing is that to say to a paying customer? The attitude is awful!

Right from the start -Lapp Appliance repair was fantastic! Jill answered the phone and couldn't have been more courteous and helpful in getting one of their service personnel scheduled to come out. Alan, the appliance repairman, called me in a few hours and although he was booked for the next three days, he managed to fit us in the following morning. Alan is very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough in analyzing where the water was leaking. In the first ten minutes, he found a small ball of liquid soap that had congealed clogging a small opening where water poured into during the rinse cycle. I found it hard to believe that was the problem but after spending over an hour and fifteen minutes letting the washer go through the wash & rinse cycles, the water leak was cured! Alan is an asset to Lapp Gas Appliance and sets an above par standard for all service personnel to follow. I will not hesitate to call Lapp again and highly recommend them! Johnny Pappas

The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

When you have an…read moreadditional 4 people in your household AND apparently the country is in the midst of an appliance shortage. Welcome to my life a few months back...... Washer died, like completely. There was no way of resurrecting this thing. I admit as I was (kinda) happy to see it go. While it was less than a decade old it had this reoccurring issue draining that even stumped the repairman. Time of death could have been more convenient though. I had no idea there was an appliance shortage. None, nada. I didn't even know that was a "thing" or a possibility. Before I went to any physical store I shopped online, which is where it first became evident that this might be a bigger problem than I thought. It was end of Nov, early December and Lowes and Home Depot had estimated availability for mid March - pick up or delivery. This just can't be. Then I remembered my coworker telling me about a scratch and dent store in Lancaster where he had gotten an appliance. Normally that's not the route I would take but I was desperate. K & A was located near the ReStore in Greenfield. It was a little hard to find, and parking could have been better but walking in I was impressed. Inventory was vast and not just for washers. They had a huge warehouse of every kind of appliance you could need available cash and carry that day or via a (scheduled) delivery. It was a bit overwhelming. I knew what kind of features I wanted and pretty much was looking for something with no bells and whistles. Washers have come a long way and I was surprised by all the technology driven features they now have. While they did have some basic, plain Jane models, they were few and far between and in a much smaller drum capacity than fit my needs. A salesgirl came over several times to assist me but really didn't offer much as far as information other than specific to the store (their warranty, delivery, etc ). If I asked her something about a particular model she read the information sheet, which I could do so she was pretty much useless. I did find the process of making a final selection difficult, comparing the different models and features. I probably spend more time than most as I was googling reviews and bullet point features on the models I had narrowed it down to. It would have been nice is that work was done already and featured somewhere on the washer in greater detail than what they provided. Also keeping track of which ones I was considering took clever thinking. I folded the corner of the price so I knew since many look the same. Bring a colored post it or something to keep track. I finally settled on one I liked and at the last minute before going to the register asked for it to be pulled out so I could inspect all the sides/back. (Remember this is scratch and dent). I'm so glad I did as this unit had a back that was pulling apart from a huge dent and the possibility of it leaking was probably above average. I was able to find the same unit but with only a small scratch for the exact same price. I do think pricing should reflect the damage but felt it doesn't. Overall I was happy with the process and hubby came back later in the day to get it. You pay first and must show receipt at pick up but I believe they'll hold it for 48 hours (paid). The warranty is factory OR one year/parts and labor through them. It's one or the other. Overall for the unit I bought I saved about $400 and no one would even know it was scratch and dent if I didn't tell them. I would shop here again next time an appliance fails even without an appliance shortage.

I was told everything was tested and working before it was put on the floor. Got it home and immediately had an error code. I have to go through the manufacture to get it fixed. I saved $200 over buying brand new at Lowe's. If you use your Lowe's card to purchase an appliance and anything is wrong they will replace it right away with a new one. The tiny bit of savings from K&A is NOT worth the risk.
