Worst BBB in all of Florida!!! Went for a simple 1 item curbside pick up. Had to call the store twice because email said it was ready but check in said it was processing. Girl came out, said nothing, I offered my ID for pick up. Three items in my car and walked off!!! No thank you, have a nice day, F you, NOTHING!!! Called the store to speak to a manager and they answer with "hello?" Nothing about BBB just hello. I know all business are pressed for workers, but rude and entitled sure isn't worth my time and money. Done with this location. Home Goods people are SO much nicer and helpful. If zero stars was an option I would have picked that!!! read more

I purchased a comforter and it was damaged beyond use. I called BB&B and spoke with management. The manager instructed me there are no refunds or exchanges and it was my responsibility to open all the items I was about to purchase in the store prior to purchase to make sure there were no damages then hung up on me. On my call back, a customer service employee said if I started opening items on the floor prior to purchase, they would stop me. Basically they are selling damaged products, taking zero responsibility and frauding the customer on the quality of their items. read more

I love shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond. They have everything you can imagine for your home. The downside are the prices. They are relatively higher than most home stores. I typically shop the clearance sections as the prices are more reasonable. They also offer coupons which encourages me to stop by and look around. read more

This store is a shell of what it used to be as far as what's in stock, on display and customer service. The floor person who "helped me" look for an item I came in for and the checkout person had an attitude like they didn't want to be there. Not helpful, nor friendly. Once one of my favorite stores, I will never be back. As far as I'm concerned, they might as well close this store along with the other stores across the country BBB is shutting down for good. read more

She was so involved with her discussion with the other employee that she couldn't hear a word I said. When I politely pointed this out, she was indignant to the point she made a scene. read more

I like their coupons which are stackable and the checkout staff is helpful in steering you which ones to use to get the most value and savings. Their return policy is super easy and customer friendly which kind of rounds out the whole customer experience. Being a new homeowner, I find the BB&B franchise to have a little bit of everything I need or think I need. I don't shop at this location that often; I'm a little partial to the Southside location. The staff is friendly & it is always clean. And in a last minute errand considering it's not far from my house, it's location could come in handy down the road. read more

I really like triple B. I've been a couple times before. Came here over the weekend to get stuff for my daughter's dorm room. This store is always neat, clean and well organized. Service is very good. They have a system where you tell them where your kid is going to college and they will give you a list from that college of all that is needed for the dorm. Several people were using the service. I was having a great time just browsing while my wife and daughter bought stuff. Two complaints...really one. It can be expensive. My wife had some great coupons so we were ahead of the game. That's not really a complaint though. All the stuff we bought was well made and produced specifically to make the best use of organization and space. The only REAL complaint was I found myself backed into corners trying to maneuver the cart around in tight spaces. read more

I was trying to return an item here on a Saturday and while attempting to speak with a manager I was told repeatedly that I was disrespecting her because I was raising my voice, then it was some comment about her 90 + mother who was in assisted living.The return policy had changed but was very poorly advertised. A very loyal customer of many years to be treated like I was treated by this particular manager. I kept the item and quietly walked out the doors and said that I would not be returning and would make sure that I let everyone in my circle of friends and family know how I had been treated!!! read more

I went in on a Saturday afternoon to get a wedding gift. I stood in the line for customer service where they print the registries and the girl working at the counter said she couldn't help me. What? We're too busy to print registries she told me because they have to check out customers. Ummm... I would have been a customer if I knew what my friend wanted as a wedding gift. Very poor customer service. They need a better system when they are busy. I ended up walking out and I will get them a gift from another store they registered at. read more

I've always loved the useful and interesting items and reasonable prices at BB&B but never felt the need to write a review until now. Last week I was looking for a particular beauty appliance but couldn't find any on the shelf even though the display model showed a sale price. The sales woman, Angela, helped me look everywhere including climbing up the ladder for the overstock shelves but to no avail. I thanked her and left the store, but Angela looked one last time and found one remaining box hidden behind other items on the shelf. She called after me in the parking lot to let me know.
