TWO ORDERS arrived heavily damaged and missing pieces. I called customer service/messaged on August 3rd. It is now August 30th and we still have not received tiles for our renovation. I had to file a credit card dispute because i would have missed the 2 month deadline, so I was left with no choice. Will attach photos of damaged items. Also attached the missing items and broken items in the order and I want a refund for at least $850 for the damaged/missing items and needing to pay my contractor extra to go buy materials and prolong our renovation project. They didn't have the largest selection but they did have a fair selection and the customer service was exceptional. In addition, they would give you an idea of the pricing which was helpful when you were looking without your contractor. Everyone was courteous and wiling to answer our questions. read more

A huge slab center. They have a variety of different stones, styles, and colors. It is a warehouse, so you can feel free to roam around. The staff is pretty good about finding you while you're looking and greets you kindly. I had a positive experience with the sales person who convinced me the beautiful porceline slab was the way to go. Scratch resistant, takes a higher heat without damaging the counter top, and absolutely beautiful! It looks like marble without the maintenance. I higher education one of the installers they recommended. We covered the counter tops with a thick brown paper until all construction was complete. Within weeks of removing the protective paper, we found scratches on the Porceline. Nothing unusual had been on the kitchen counter and we had moved into the house. I initially called the installer, which is what Bedrosian's recommended. He sent someone to try to fix the scratches. The Refinisher told me they could not be repaired. I went back to Bedrosian's. It took 3 calls, 3 emails, left a message with the sales person and still I got no return call from the manager of the Orange store the two slabs were purchased from. I called the manager of all the stores and was able to speak with him. He set up a call with himself and his technical person and I was then, for the first time told that the porceline slabs are veneered! A veneer that is only so thick, and not repairable. HAD I BEEN TOLD THIS I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT THE PRODUCT! The manger swore he would make it right and we agreed to discuss it further once Covid issues calmed down. I recently sent my friend to Bedrosian to look at their slabs and warned her about the porceline. She said they were still promoting their porceline slabs and did not once mention they are a veneer and unrepairable. I contacted the manager again to get some kind of resolution, and have not heard back in weeks. I have emailed him twice and sent a third email today. They aren't being honest about the product they are promoting and they don't back up their products. Why would anyone do Buisness with them. Go see Dale at the Marble Yard. Believe me you'll have a significantly better experience. read more

For our bathroom renovation was interested in a 3 x 9 inch absolute black tile that I had found online from Bedrosians. I called the Denver store and picked up a sample of the tile. Based on the sample we ordered the tile online at Bedrosians. Not only did it take forever to be shipped - May order and October delivery, the tile delivered is not the same tile. The sample is "absolutely" black. The tile delivered is black/gray with some specks. It is in now way similar. I went to the Denver store and they admitted it was not the same tile but because I ordered online I have to deal with online. I have contacted customer service and they refuse the do anything about it except that I can pay a restocking and shipping charge to send it back. We received immediate attention when we walked in and did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. The sales person we had could not have been better. We needed a granite slab for our new bathroom remodel and someone recommended Bedrosians Tile & Stone to us. What a waste of time. Sure, they have a huge selection of slabs at the Pacific St warehouse, the only problem is finding a customer service rep willing to talk to you about selling you one. We wandered for over an hour throughout the warehouse, continuously walking past sales reps who seemed to think my wife & I might have Ebola or similar judging by the way they carefully avoided approaching us or asking if we needed any help. When we finally found the slab we wanted (on our own of course)we had to literally walk into the sales office and get right into the manager's face to get some service. Guess what? The manager didn't care a hoot about which slab we had chosen. His only concern was "Who's your contractor"? Over and over again, no matter how hard we tried to spend our $2000 at this place, the only thing that seemed to matter to this guy was who our contractor was. I politely pointed out that that didn't matter at that moment, let's talk about the fooking slab we picked out instead and THEN I'll tell you. But NO, the manager doesn't care about that, he only wants to know who our contractor is. I pointed out that WE are the customers, NOT the contractor. No dice. So we left and went to RS Marble right down the street, chose a beautiful slab, paid our money and walked away with exactly what we wanted at an excellent price too. Blow me Bedrosians. The branch manger Mike came down to my house and took a look at it and they ended up resolving the issue to my satisfaction. By far the hardest part of our kitchen remodel was picking out our countertops. Having to decide between the look vs durability was hard. Along with online research and taking home samples we did a lot of looking around without our fabricator so as not to waste his time. Many of the slab yards won't give you the time of day if they are not with you. And good luck getting prices.
