I just walked out of the showroom and I am on Cloud Nine. SO relieved the search is over. I spent over an hour, looking up and down aisles and doubling back to look again and asking a bazillion questions. Multiple times an employee gently asked if I needed help and gladly stayed to answer my questions or moved on if not. Omar was trapped behind a workstation so couldn't escape me, but he answered every question with a smile, and Josh was beyond helpful with walking back n forth to ascertain the drawer pull sizes I wanted and giving me the estimate. To sum it up, Builders Surplus has an amazing number of choices on display (both bath and kitchen), reasonable pricing, and a very a personable and professional sales staff. They pick cheap labor for all the work and that's exactly what you get, however, that's not what you are paying. They definitely overcharge for what you get.

They understood the urgency, especially since we had no functioning kitchen sink, and went above and beyond to help. Rather than making me wait even longer, they personally arranged to carry the sink and deliver it directly to my doorstep on Friday (same day) . That level of customer care is rare these days. While the shipping issues were outside of their control, Reece took ownership of the situation and did everything they could to make it right. Because of their efforts, we had our sink in time for the weekend and could finally move forward with our kitchen. We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end product. Tim and his entire team are very patient, communicative, and we will likely use EKB again when we get our other bathrooms and kitchen redone.

You'll start with Misty at their showroom. With some measurements and a couple photos, she'll begin your design, providing 3D renderings along the way. She couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and patient. My wife Karen and her friend Colleen were the primary decision makers. But, realizing I was out numbered, Misty was compassionately accommodating with the couple of requests I had. Once the design is approved, Bryce (owner) came out to our house for final measurements. Even after his meticulous work, it turned out our refrigerator wouldn't fit under the cabinet above it. He and Misty made the exchange for the next smaller size a breeze. In addition to a top shelf customer experience all the way around, their price was within $100 of Builders Surplus!! I would give them 10 stars if the system allowed it; our highest recommendation.

Be prepared for the work to take longer than you expect. I think all contractors over-schedule their jobs so there's times that no one is at your house for three or four days and you're wondering will it ever get done. Be patient. It's hard to be patient when you're missing a toiket, but still. I'd definitely recommend Elite Kitchen & Bath.

But he did it, and from the pictures you can see that he did it with beauty and style! If you have an easy or difficult job, Steve will make sure it's done well and done right. We would never call anyone else.

We spent a huge amount of time and effort, researching different cabinetry companies in order to find the right match for us. It became clear as we researched that there is a big dividing line within the cabinetry industry. Most typically there are guys who have table saws, and tape measures and they proceed to chop up wood and nail it together. However, a more recent development in the cabinetry business is what we were looking for. The most advanced companies come out, take measurements of the room and then design the cabinetry on a three dimensional computer system. This provides a way of essentially seeing what you're going to create before you even make one bit of sawdust. Once an optimized design is finalized, the wood parts are cut up and drilled by computer controlled machines, that very precisely control the dimensions of the wood parts to within only a few thousands of an inch. At that point the wood panels are simply put together with very little effort and essentially no corrective measures being needed. The result is a cabinet assembly that comes out essentially perfect. All drawers are precisely in line, everything fits pretty much perfectly. And this is how Haynes cabinetry operates. Along with Haynes, using the most advanced methods of creating cabinetry, throughout our project, they continually displayed a most proactive approach to dealing with us. At no point during the project, did we ever have to ask to have something done a second time. Everything we asked was taken care of, and taken care of with a smile. It was as if we were having friends that we've known for years come over and perform this work, they were amazing! Looking back at our home remodel, it is clear that Haynes cabinetry led the pack with regards to comparing them with the other contractors that we had involved in our project. We cannot recommend Haynes too much.

Pacific Shore Stones is a GOLD MINE of premium (both in quality and style) natural stone slabs. Walking through the showroom was like touring a geological museum: there was no single slab that didn't leave an impression. Of course, given my personal taste I was partial to certain slabs - specifically to Mont Blanc and Taj Mahal, but I genuinely appreciated the unique beauty of every marble, granite and quartzite slab on display. The store is also an EPITOME of customer service. From the moment you walk into the building you feel an inviting and calming ambiance. Upon being greeted by GENUINE smiles of Leo, Rachel, Adriana and Alex you embark on a customer-centered, design-infused and pressure-free journey of finding a perfect slab. I cannot single out any one associate, because all four were very personable, resourceful and friendly. In fact, there is so much congruence among them, that I thought they were a family. Both Rachel and Adriana have impeccable taste and I really appreciated their input on color, style and material selection. Leo was extremely accommodating with locating and efficient with transferring a slab that I set my eyes on. They have an amazing and beautiful variety of one-of-a-kind stone, quartzite, marble, etc. you name it. Adrina is the best and so nice, she was able to walk me through their selection and show me good options for what I was looking for and needed. She's so knowledgeable and kind. After our kitchen suffered significant water damage that required a complete gut renovation, we decided to take the opportunity to redesign and update the entire space. We knew we wanted quartz countertops, and after researching several brands, we fell in love with Cambria for its beauty, exceptional quality, and lifetime warranty. We visited several quartz showrooms before finally finding Bella Stone, an authorized Cambria dealer. From the moment we walked in, Katherine made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain the products, pricing, and the entire process while answering every question I had. Although we experienced a couple of minor accounting issues along the way, Sarah handled everything quickly and professionally, making the process completely stress-free. The templating team was outstanding. Watching Adrian and his crew measure and create the template was fascinating--they were efficient, precise, and true professionals. Adrian even noticed a weak spot in the plywood supporting our cabinets and took the time to discuss a solution with our contractor before installation. That level of attention to detail and genuine concern speaks volumes about the company's commitment to quality. Installation day was equally impressive. The crew made moving and installing those heavy quartz slabs upstairs look effortless--even though I know it was anything but easy! Their craftsmanship was exceptional, and the finished countertops are absolutely breathtaking. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Juan (who I believe is the owner). When our budget became tight, he was willing to work with us and help make our dream kitchen a reality. That kindness and flexibility meant so much to Jimmy & I. Then came one final surprise that truly showed Bella Stone goes above and beyond. After the installation, Katherine called and said she had some "bad news and good news" and asked which I wanted first. It turned out there wasn't enough leftover quartz from our slab to make the circular cutting board I wanted. The good news? They offered to make it from another matching piece of quartz anyway! That level of customer care is rare and incredibly appreciated. Bella Stone exceeded our expectations in every way. Our kitchen looks like something straight out of a magazine, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We found a Cambria quartz counter top here that I absolutely LOVE for one of our bathrooms we…read moreremodeled last year. The lady helping me was nice. We are now currently remodeling bathroom #2. I came back here in hopes of finding another quartz in either black or white or a combo of the two. I found another Cambria that I REALLY liked. (I forgot to take a picture of it but it's called Hemsworth; I added a screenshot of it). Unfortunately, we think it will be too much white and wanted a mostly black countertop. The lady helping me this time was also nice. There are a lot of options here that I recommend looking at for your remodel.
