Another great experience at Bedrosians. I reviewed the business back in March. Had to return to purchase more tile. I went late on Friday with my son who was sick. I needed the get the tile because my installer needed to finish up and I needed to get in and out because of my son. The lady who helped me make the purchase informed me that the wait to have the tile loaded in my vehicle was approximately 45 minutes. I explained to her that my son was sick and asked if there was anyway I could get it quicker. She said no. Sean, who was sitting next to her, who was not involved in the sale, got up from his chair and said he would go out and get the tile for me !! How awesome was that?! Here it was late on Friday, I am sure he was tired after a long day/week. Not sure if Bedrosians works off of commission , but Sean wasn't getting any commission from my sale. Sean was just simply being nice. He could see my son was sick and that I was stressed out. He was being kind and helpful, just because. I drove around the back with my son who was laying in the back seat and within 15 minutes here came Sean and Carlos driving the golf cart like they were on a mission! They were, a mission to help out a mom who had a sick child in the back seat who had to get tile ASAP to get him home. Carlos loaded the box in the back of my Jeep and I was out of there on my way home. I cannot stress enough how awesome this place is. Yes they have a great show room, the displays are nice and modern. Why Bedrosians rocks is their employees. From my first experience in March with Ryan to this experience with Sean and Carlos. As a contractor/fabricator I have done business with alot of different slab yards, for the most part they all have the same material more or less but what sets them apart is costumer service. I definatly recommend for anyone who's remodeling their home looking for slabs of granite, marble or quartz to go see my good friend Laura at Bedrosians in orange, she is knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. read more

We drove from Palm Springs to the Bedrosians in Orange because Orange has a bigger selection. Worked with Joe. Great GREAT GREAT! We (I) had him running all over the place. Found the slabs we liked only to find out someone else had reserved them the day before. BUT, no fear, Joe found us more slabs of the color we liked and they were even BETTER....... Thank you Joe and Punam. By the way, Bedrosian has a wonderful website that allows you to view slabs they have in inventory. I would not recommend selecting your slabs this way but it allows you to see what they have in inventory and gives you an idea of what it looks like. read more

This company, location and its employees are the best ever. A special shout out to two terrific folks who work there - Michelle Blanchard and her manager Nacho Visalles! Michelle has been helping me with my requests for 2 different types of tile, granite and a special custom order, from Day 1 of my home improvement project spanning several months. Their customer service is excellent, and Michelle was so prompt in getting back to me with answers to all my questions (even after work hours and on her day off) and highly efficient, it made the whole process so easy for me. What was the kicker in all of this (and has forever made me a loyal customer) is that some very expensive and rare tile arrived broken that I realized after I brought it home (with no returns/refunds because it was a custom order), and Michelle and Nachos went out of their way to track down 3 more boxes overnight and pick it up personally for me at no extra charge to me, just so that my installation was not inconvenienced in any manner. Strongly recommend that you check out the stone selection at Bedrosians before making your final counter-top decisions. I had visited multiple granite & marble shops, warehouses, and slab yards over a 2 month period, and for the most part, saw the same quartzite and granite everywhere I went. I expected more of the same when I stopped in at Bedrosians, but was surprised to find some stone slabs I had not seen before. When an unusual quartzite slab caught my eye, I knew that the search for my new kitchen counter-top was finally over! . I should also mention that the great selection at Bedrosians was matched by the exceptional level of customer service provided by Ajay. I didn't immediately let on how sure I was about the slab he first priced for me, so he enthusiastically showed me other quartz and granite slabs that I might like. Ajay was patient, informative, and was able to quickly hone in on my taste/selection criteria and pick out other slabs that I would definitely consider choosing. Seeing other slabs that I liked, and then comparing price and other factors, turned out to be very helpful since this process eliminated all possible doubt on the slabs that I selected. One last kudo - it took an additional two months before cabinets were built and I was ready to pick up the slabs for counter-top fabrication, so Ajay checked-in with me from time to time in order to make sure everything was ok. I am currently working on a remodel for a condo in the Palm Springs area. This is the first time, I have ever taken on such a chore. Originally, I had picked out some quartz for the counter tops, but after looking closely at them, I did not like them. Two more slabs were to be delivered from Anaheim for examination. I decided to drive to Anaheim myself before any delivery was made and check them out for myself. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with a gentleman by the name of Ajay Dave. He was so patient and knew a lot about the different surfaces and such. I explained to him my situation and he said that he would help find the perfect quartz for me. His job was to make the customer happy. As it turned out, I ended up picking a whole different quartz for the counter tops. I couldn't have been happier. He must have had at least six slabs moved for me, so I could choose the one I liked the best. He was awesome and I cannot say enough about Ajay and the way he treats customers.
