    Not many people can say they love bee's, but Jeff from Bee Rescue sure can. Bees are an important part of our ecosystem and without them we may all starve! Unfortunately, we had a hive on our property that was just a little too aggressive to leave in place. It wasn't in an easy place to reach either, it was about 20 feet above ground in an owl box. Not a problem for Jeff and Bee Rescue. From the very 1st call, to completion of the job the experience was top notch. Pricing was extremely fair! What sets Jeff and Bee Rescue apart from others is the humane and professional relocations process of the hive. Jeff went out of his way to explain all aspects of the removal and where they go. I cannot recommend Bee Rescue enough if you face a similar bee problem. Oh they also have a YouTube and Instagram channel if you're ever feeling adventurous to watch 1000's of bees buzzing, crawling and flying around.

    Jeff from San Diego Bee Rescue is THE BEST! This was our 1st experience having to relocate bees that were living inside a tree trunk and Jeff and his partner were not only professional and communicative, but also very gentle and humane with the bees. The level of care and safety for both humans and the bees were top notch. Look no further, Bee Rescue is the only company I would ever use again!

    Pretty happy that our HOA contacted them. Jeff was very prompt and courteous, and took care of the hive pretty quickly. He was generally pleasant to talk to and we learned a lot about bees, bee-keeping and general "bee-havior" (ooohhh snap). Watching him remove the hive was a pretty fun show in itself. By the end of it, I wish I'd kept them for a bit longer to come up on that sweet natural honey. We're in Carlsbad, but they service the whole county. 10/10 would

    Jeff and Bee Rescue are simply amazing. Called him in the morning and he was there that afternoon. Carefully, skillfully he helped remove a small swarm of bees. He educated us as he located the queen, led the bees into a box and safely took them away. If you are in San Diego and come across a hive or swarm, he is the guy to call.

    I am giving Green Flash 2 stars based on a severely rushed recent inspection and the poor quality…read moreof their past repair work. Recently, I had them come out because I suspected termites in one of our rafter tails. To their credit, they correctly identified that specific spot as just fungus and didn't try to oversell me on treatments I didn't need. However, their inspection was incredibly brief. They spent only a few minutes scanning the house, didn't check the attic at all, and gave us the all-clear. A couple of days later, I had a second company come out for another look. They spent almost an hour doing a thorough inspection and found a severe termite infestation in a different rafter tail that was almost entirely hollowed out. They spotted the signs right through the paint. Green Flash completely missed this. On top of the missed inspection, the wood rot repairs Green Flash did for us 5 years ago (costing about $1,200) have both failed and need to be redone. They spliced a rafter tail that is now loose, and it turns out they miscut a replacement barge board on the back of the house. To cover up the bad cut, they glued a scrap piece of wood over it, which has since detached and is currently hanging off the board. Bottom line: They failed to do a thorough termite inspection, and their carpentry work doesn't hold up. I highly recommend getting a second opinion on their inspections and hiring a dedicated specialist for any actual wood repairs.

I had mentioned to Darla to skip service because of this, and will resume when ready. But just noticed that I have been continued to be auto charged ($87 each time) good thing I looked as I was getting ripped off. Very surprised of this as I'd mentioned this for multiple months to get ahead of this situation and give HomeShield as much communication as possible. It is crappy feeling to have my money taken like that I called in and spoke with Luca and he was helpful in telling me that I'll get credited back for 2 months, and will have CC on hold so not charged. That made me feel good. He said I'd get confirmation email in a few minutes but it's been nearly 2 hours and no email and my CC still showing no credit/refund. They are happy to auto charge me, but cannot accommodate their current customers with the ability to pause service, causing additional headache for me I'll see if there is anything worth updating if/when it happens. otherwise will go straight to credit card company and dispute charges...I don't have time to keep going back to HomeShield to check if they did their work right Still considering if I will continue with HomeShield once I need service again; but I figure I'll have better choice when that time comes UPDATE: after reading other review of not being able to cancel service, I called right back and spoke with Patricia. I asked to cancel service, but she could not do so and had to transfer me to other department and ask me to hold for "2 minutes". After 2 minutes, she came back on saying no one could talk to me to cancel. Seriously?? I asked if I can get her my verbal authorization to relay my cancel message to someone. No can do, so I have to wait for someone to call me back so I can say "CANCEL" really frustrated now...

One golden piece of advice he told me was if you have a mite problem you must get a pest company that specializes in Mites. It isn't something that the average pest company does. It takes extra classes to learn all about these mostly unseen pests. When you have these you desperately want them gone. You would need someone to know what they are doing. Tom was the best! The other guy at Plateau pests told me I needed to go to the doctor because he thought I might have a syndrome where my brain thinks I have mites crawling on me. He even gave me a sheet describing this disorder. Who does that! Tom was there to confirm my problem. He told me it didn't matter if he didn't see them. Often times they don't find them as they are so little but never the less they exist. That year had been the worst year for these unseen pests. So thank you for listening to me and helping to solve the issue. You really are the best!

As a pet owner I had concerns about the products used and they quickly made me feel as ease. We had so many spiders. I felt like I was in my own personal war with them. What I didn't know was that we had more poisonous ones than I was aware of before they came. I just knew I was tired of battling them on my own. I tried "homeopathic" recipes from Pinterest, and even heavy duty ones from Home Depot. Nothing was making it better. They came while I was away on a business trip. When I returned I noticed right away the difference. No more creepy spiders (and poisonous ones) in my home! I was so thrilled. We have them coming on a regular basis now.
