Place is a little hole in the wall off Roswell road. It's a little dark and smaller inside but I thought the dishes were pretty good, the yellow rice was very flavorful. I did not see a menu for the meats but the service was very helpful with suggestions, the meats, I thought, were very good. I've been to Ipanema in Alpharetta, I think the meats are a little better here and they have homemade desserts which was a nice touch. read more

My favorite cuts include the sirloin, garlic beef, the tenderloin, the lamb, the bacon chicken, the chicken hearts, the wings are most excellent, and... pretty much everything! You seriously can't go wrong with anything. Not sure what to get? No problem. They'll just put stuff on your plate. They also have grilled pineapple! In addition to all of the meats, they have a small salad bar and a hot bar. The hot bar has white and yellow rice, Brazilian cheese bread (yum!), fish, other meat smothered in sauce, fried plantains, frites, etc. They also have an extensive dessert selection with flan, a creamy tapioca pudding, and various fruits. They have a salad bar and beans and rice and plantains and pineapple slices and a guy who will offer you pieces of meat straight from their individually rotating spits! Beef brisket, sausage, chicken wrapped in bacon, lamb, pork tenderloin.. I found some of it to be a bit overcooked, but most of it to be perfectly cooked and seasoned! The lamb was strong and gamey. I usually like lamb, but I couldn't eat it. The chorizo was not the Mexican kind, but just a normal sausage. There are also some desserts. And some weird-looking things on the bar lol. This place is truly a gem. You couldn't have asked for better low key Brazilian steakhouse. The place is a hole in the wall, but the food has always been amazing. The guy who seats you and serves you drinks is always on top of his game, he also makes sure the buffet is stocked. The times I have gone it hasn't gotten busy, but my boy friend goes here for lunch during the week and there's always a line to be seated. The tenderloin is my favorite, along with the lamb. This place is INCREDIBLE! I love trying new places out and have often times found the best food is at "hole in the wall" locations. I am so thankful that I tried Beef Grill out because it was definitely worth it. The quality of meat is like those found in the large chain Brazilian steakhouses but at a much more affordable price. Its Lunch time in Alpharetta, and well, we got to eat. Talked to one of my friends that wanted me to try this Brazilian buffet, I was like sure, meet you there. One of the best steak places in town. Hands down. The variety of stakes is amazing. They also have chicken and lamb. The sides are fantastic. I dont eat to much of salads but it my companions did mention it was very good. There are not many sweet sides but there are enough to satisfy. Only downside is that it is a fairly small restaurant but popular. This makes it difficult to get seating during rush hours. If you're in the mood to stuff yourself with protein, you could do a lot worse than Beef Grill. As a Brazilian restaurant with a salad bar and unlimited meat, you could compare it to Fogo de Chao or the like... but they're in completely different categories. Fogo is a place of customer service, a place where your servers anxiously sidle up to the table with their offerings, eager to help you reach maximum food storage capacity. Beef Grill? Not so much. That's not to say that the staff isn't great and friendly. They're quick with a drink, happy to help locate something that might not be out on the salad bar, patient as you request slices of every kind of meat. It's just different. Beef Grill's buffet offers a few basic cold options, like romaine lettuce, hard-boiled eggs, and sometimes a mixed chopped salad. Their potato salad is rich, creamy, and redolent of mayonnaise, with chunks of veggies mixed in there (corn, carrots, and green beans). These items are just fine, but nothing special. The hot bar, which usually has white and yellow rice, black and pinto beans, a couple of meat options, maduros, and occasionally lasagna, is decent. What you're there for is pure protein. And yes, they deliver. I've really only been for lunch on both weekends and weekdays, so I can't speak for dinner. But during lunch, they're usually somewhat busy and they maintain a good variety of meats. It's best if you know what to ask for and can just request specifics. I love the sirloin and garlic-rubbed picanha, which is tender and flavorful. They usually have lamb, bacon-wrapped chicken, pork loin, and chicken hearts. I'm sure there are more options, but we usually stick to those and fill up fast. The meats are really good. They will make sure you get slices of whichever temperature you request, and it's always the best combination of crispy from the grill, juicy from being cooked right, and flavorful from the smoke and salt. My version of just right maybe a little different from y'all but I like the outside of my beef caramelized and the inside nice and medium rare. I've been here about 4 times now with a different group of people and everyone always leaves with a full tummy and nothing but nice things to say about this place. The side dishes tend to vary a little every visit but mostly it's the same: salad bar, potato salad, desert and fruits, rice, & plantains. Things you need to try: 1. Potato salad!! 2. Top sirloin 3. So happy I found this great restaurant here on Roswell rd. Their Brazilian food here is as good or even better then other well known fancy establishments here in Atlanta. I chuckled when this place popped into my recommendations because I'm used to FANCY steakhouses - white napkins, suit & tie servers, etc. Well, this gem is nestled in a strip mall with few outside indicators of its greatness. However, once inside... your nose knows. There are no prices listed but $12.99 (price quoted) felt about right. I arrived a bit after lunch and the buffet looked to be freshly reset. There's the salad bar option, which is sparse but featured chilled fruit (appear to be canned), olives, mixed salad greens, and dressings from the local grocery. The hot bar featured 2 types of rice, stews (not sure of the variety but think gravy - meat - potatoes) and all the plantains your heart desires. The star of the show is the modest wall of steaming meats. You may choose from Many different cuts of lamb; beef; chicken; pork and perfectly grilled pineapple. I stuck with different cuts of beef during each of my 3 trips to the buffet. The place had steady traffic, with some dining in and many choosing the to go option (unheard of for this type of eatery). The servers were friendly enough - collecting my plates with a small and keeping my water full. The grillmaster even remember my go-to cut, pulling medium sirloin as I approached.
