I'm just speaking on this experience. While the restaurant was busy because of the soccer game. I can absolutely understand that service could be delayed. However, most of the servers were ignoring us not because they were serving other tables, but because they were watching the football game. As for the cards that we receive after the meal, it is very confusing because one side is green. That states you were still eating and the other side is red that states you are done eating. The servers also Carry around an iPad and they can see which tables are available. What I am assuming happened is nobody checked in our table, which is why it looked like it was available when we walked off to get our second plate. We also ended up paying at the counter instead of our table because like I said the servers kept ignoring us. We celebrated my son's 21st birthday here this evening. There was a nice selection of grilled meats and a buffet. The buffet had rice, beans, yuca, pork ribs, stewed vegetables, cheese bread, plantains, and more. There was also a salad bar. We all perhaps ate a bit too much but had a wonderful meal. Really bad service! My husband and daughter ordered the full buffett. I ordered a chicken sandwich. They visited the buffet, got their food, ate, relaxed, and finished--all while I waited and waited for the sandwich. They took about 45 minutes to eat. My chicken sandwich never got there. So I canceled the sandwich. When I went to pay the bill, they wanted to charge me for the sandwich that I canceled and didn't receive. As I paid, a lady from the back came out with the plated sandwich, and the cashier said, "you have to take it and pay." I said, "no, I canceled because I never received it. " He tried to make me pay and take it. I refused. I paid for what my husband and daughter ate, and left. The menu prices also are incorrect. This is the Picanha aka best steak in the house. It was tender and delicious. The staff was helpful and gave us the lay of the land. The ambiance is quite enjoyable, especially with the installation of so many big screen televisions, great for watching various sporting events. I came here a few Fridays ago for my friend's birthday party. This place is basically a more afforable version of Fogo de Chaú. It gets pretty packed fast and is great for large groups. Once seated and you get your drink order, you go to the middle island and get your plate and utensils. You wait in the meat line and you tell them which meat you want them to cut on your plate from the menu provided. Since this is a "buffet" it is all you can eat when it comes to the meat and other side items provided on the hot bars next to the meat area. The reason why I give my review 4 stars is because despite this being a buffet, the dessert is not part of the buffet. The desserts are all seperate prices... I don't agree with that because if this is a buffet, there should be a dessert section part of the price. To have the entire dessert section seperate prices kinda takes away from the buffet experience. Im sure most people wouldn't mind paying the prices for the various desserts, but I do mind, and my group minded... Kinda sucks I gotta go somewhere else for dessert. I saw others comment on how they were treated differently if they weren't Brazilian and my family (half Asian half white) didn't feel that way. The staff all have flags on their name tags to show what language they speak. Some of them only have Spanish but it's still possible to communicate in English. We've been there twice and both times really good. The second time we went was during a Brazil football game and it was very rowdy! It was a fun atmosphere but if you're looking for a quieter dining experience check the Brazil team football schedule first lol. read more

The place is huge and almost feels like a cafeteria so perfect for large groups and families. Service is quick and they keep everything very clean. Very efficient with clearing up your plates and refills. The buffet has salad options and some hot items but the star is obviously the meats. Everything is cooked by in a large rotisserie grill with lots of cuts of meats rotating on spit rods. You can specify what temp you want and they can find that for you. I also love that they have innards like chicken heart. Everything is simply seasoned with salt and it's delicious. Also very affordable at $25 for everything compared to $63 at FOGO for dinner so if you don't need the FOGO ambiance than I would definitely come here to get the meat sweats. read more

I had heard so many good things about this place, so I had high hopes but I was extremely disappointed. I like my meats medium rare and ALL the meat I got were WAY over cooked. I could even tolerate medium, but every cut I got was medium well or well done and there were a few pieces that were so dry I couldn't even eat it. I tried asking for medium rare and they would bring out a piece that was clearly NOT that and when I asked for something rarer they said they didn't have it. Like what sort of steakhouse has meat that's that overcooked?!? The selection itself was pretty good but I really couldn't enjoy it because every piece I got was overcooked. Not only that but the Brazilian cheese bread was terrible. It was hard as a rock and super dense. Costco's frozen cheese bread is 10x more delicious. Their mashed potatoes also had more cheese than actual potatoes. I don't know, maybe they were having a bad day or something or they're scared of serving undercooked meat, but I definitely will not be coming here again. I'd rather pay for Fogo de Chao because this place wasn't cheap either and definitely not worth the price read more
