Hot sirloin on top. Per pound to-go tray
    Alex K.

Super glad I found this place and im a huge fan. Didn't have the stomach for buffet so I got a per pound order. Lunchtime, paid around $17 for 1.35 pounds of food, all of it was delicious, and luckily I left room for two slices of sirloin right off the roasting machine. Hot and super delicious! From the buffet I got beef, pork sirloin, potato gratin, and chicken wings. All of it was delicious. I'll bring my appetite for the buffet next time. Huge fan!

The place is pretty unassuming and can be hard to miss in the corner of an old shopping center. Going inside, there is a Brazilian grocery store with the restaurant to the left. The majority of the staff speaks to you in Portuguese at first but I found most spoke Spanish and English as well and, all were very polite. The buffet bar has your standard rice, beans and plantains but there were various other Brazilian dishes there as well that were pretty good. They offer a buffet of just the bar and a buffet with the BBQ. The BBQ meats, they're descent. All a little on the dry side but still with a variety of different types, mainly beef and pork, but still some chicken ones. All the attending staff were super helpful with any questions or concerns. A place worth the visit.

We always come here for dine in or take out. They have the best flan I've eaten my entire life-- no exaggeration. Taste sweeter compared to Mexican flan. The pork roast is always great, taste like lechon. They have many selection of high quality pastries.

Omigosh why am I just now finding out about this gem? It is definitely a diamond in the ruff. It is so easy to just drive by this place. Keep in mind this is a legit Brazilian spot, so the patrons and the workers may give you that "are you lost?" look if you're not Brazilian - but all in all, they were super friendly though. The food was BOMB ASS DIGGITY!!! Omg - that damn rice and beans and meat plate was OFF THE FRAGGIN CHAIN!! omggggggg - and it was decently priced at like $10 for the plate. The seasoning was on point, the meat was cooked brilliantly, everything was hot and fresh and just so damn good! Now, this is not some fancy place, so keep your snobbery a few notches down. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but the food is so good, I dont care if I have to park on the roof. So, I suggest, be adventurous and try this place out.

Food was good. But not really same level as one of your fancy Brazilian eateries. If you don't mind eating in what looks like one half is a supermarket and travel agency, and the other side being the restaurant and try not to pay attention to the dirty floors then you'll be fine. I must say through, the pretty lady who served us, I didn't get her name for she didn't introduce herself, but I did pay attention to the fact she was not only our server, but our hostess, meat cutter and dishwasher. She did so much running around by herself that I was starting to think, she was the "Mina" in Mina's Grill. Meat could use a little more flavor but you can't really complain for the amount of food you get for $9.99 as well as the great service! I think I tipped more than the bill for the service was excellent! We came in for a Groupon that was $14 for two people. They also have baked goods as well but I was too full to try any. That will have to be another day. Peep the pics!

    How much is the buffet?

If I recall correctly around $18-22. It was 5 months ago and I turned in that expense report.

I don't eat beef or pork or fried. Would there be enough other food on the buffet for me?

Most of their meats are beef and pork. They do have one or two chicken items, so you could eat those. Also, they have a full Brazilian salad bar with breads. So you wouldn't go hungry.

Food and Beverages We split the Caesar salad, sirloin, and appetizer trio. Everything was delicious, cooked at the perfect temperature, and seasoned to perfection. We tried the La Piñata and the Smokey Old Fashioned, which arrived in a dramatic smoke dome--such a fun presentation. For our first bites, we ordered the Tostadas: handmade corn tostadas served with both red and green avocado sauces. They were fresh, vibrant, and a perfect start to the meal. Our main courses were equally impressive. The Short Rib with Mole Amarillo came with pickled habanero onions, rice, and plantains--rich, tender, and beautifully balanced. We also enjoyed the Arrachera, an outside skirt steak served with sautéed onions, chimichurri, rustic potatoes, and a bouquet salad. Every dish was plated beautifully and tasted exceptional. Our server, Dalia, made the experience even better. She was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive--always appearing at just the right moment, whether to refill our water or guide us through the menu. This is my second time here and both times have been so good. We came as a party of 3 and left so happy and full. I love Mexican food holy moly We got the queso and octopus shrimp ceviche as starters. The queso was 3 cheeses: American, cotija, and Oaxacan. They heated it up under a salamander so it was nice and crispy on top, while being gooey all throughout. Also came with a couple of nice salsas. The ceviche was not my favorite because I don't prefer raw(ish) octopus, but the squid ink sauce was very flavorful. For our mains the 3 of us shared the red snapper, tuetano with lamb, and the mixteco poblano pepper. Red snapper had a nice charred smoky flavor from being grilled. Was more meaty than flaky in texture. It was our second time getting the mixteco poblano pepper and it hits. Highly recommend eating with some of the salsa as well if you get queso. The duck carnitas in it wasn't particularly duck-y today, but still very good. Best dish is definitely the tuetano. The bone marrow is so incredibly flavorful with the blue corn tortillas. Add some of the pickled onions and it's hard to go wrong with that flavor combo of salt, fat, and acid. if you're going to order one thing, I'd order this and share with a friend and tbh it's enough to be filling. For dessert we got the volcan de chocolate (basically lava cake). The lava cake and coconut ice cream combo is fantastic. You get bits of coconut flakes as you eat! Fair warning it isn't the brownie texture you may be used to, it's a bit more cakey. Amazing service the whole night! Almost got our cars booted because we forgot to validate until 1.5 hours in but luckily we were fine. The staff let us know they have been booting cars though so be wary!

We were a group of 5 and that was pushing it so I'd definitely say no more than 5-6 people. We sat outside and the weather was beautiful. Just a heads up--this restaurant seems to be dog friendly. As a dog owner myself that is something I'd like to know but I understand the hesitation when you're sitting and eating next to a dog. However, doesn't take away from the cleanliness or the service of the restaurant. We ordered the Mezze trio as an appetizer. Everyone loved the hummus however my favorite was the red beet root. I also loved that they can refill the pita bread which went by quickly. Most of the table ordered the lamb skewers which I thought was a good. I'd give it an 8/10. I thought the flavors paired nicely and it was a different taste than the skewers I've ordered before. My brother ordered the salmon and he really enjoyed that. The service was nice however it did take at least 45 minutes for us to get our food which was a bummer. Definitely could see this being a nice, chill lunch or dinner spot.

I pulled these off of Google since I haven't been back to your restaurant since. You can find these same photos in the Google reviews." Edit: "In my Google review, I acknowledged I had the surcharge amount incorrect, but this didn't excuse the fact that they are charging more than their advertised price without any warning, and none of their staff had a definitive explanation why. Claiming I posted a fake review because I had a poor experience is not taking accountability. Expecting a gratuitous tip in a self-service restaurant where you were overcharged and gaslit is comedic. The establishment is behaving like this is over $2, when they're overcharging each customer without a proper explanation. Why would I come back?" My negative review is based primarily on the restaurant's pricing practices, not the food. Check your bill carefully before paying. Based on my experience, the price you're charged may not match what's advertised. I had dinner here with my dad on a Sunday night. The signage clearly listed the price as $30.99 per person, but when we received our bill, we were charged $32.34 per person. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was initially told the difference was because of taxes. However, taxes were already listed separately on the bill, so that explanation didn't add up. I was then told the higher price was because we paid by credit card. The problem is that nowhere on the signage did it state that $30.99 was a cash-only price or that there would be an additional card fee. The difference was roughly a 4.5% surcharge. After I questioned that explanation as well, I was given a third reason: the restaurant was under new management and had recently increased its prices. Changing prices is completely understandable. What isn't acceptable is advertising one price and charging customers another without clearly disclosing the difference beforehand. Eventually, they acknowledged the discrepancy and refunded us the difference in cash. What bothered me most was receiving a different explanation each time I challenged the charge. Whether this was intentional or simply the result of poor management, customers shouldn't have to scrutinize their bill and argue in order to receive the advertised price. I strongly recommend checking your bill before paying here. I hope management updates its signage and establishes transparent, consistent pricing so other customers don't have the same experience.
