My friend and I selected Beef's today for our monthly lunch get-together. Our server was the bartender, who was very nice and, on the ball! Beef's is a sporty atmosphere, lively and cheerful. As we entered we were greeted by a very cheerful woman. She took our drink order and brought them over right away. After we had a few minutes to look through the menu, our waitress came over. She was pleasant, but she had quite a few people to tend to. She should have had some help. Anyway, she took our orders then hurried away. I would say 5 minutes or so passed and our food was delivered, piping hot and fresh! Very fast service! Our glasses were never empty and we were checked on often. Though we are meat eaters, I did see some vegetarian options. Plenty of parking too. We are very pleased and will go back. Highly recommend. read more

Their 2.7 star rating is generous.. I don't frequent beefs because they're all the same, low quality service, low quality food. I stopped in real quick to get a beer and some dinner. I asked the server if there were any specials and she notified me that pitchers of beer were $9.99. I got that special. I also got the burger special, and asked for some jalapenos on it. I sat at the bar. The bartender wasn't friendly, not a friendly greeting, no conversation, the food took a while coming out. Ok.. In itself 3 Star service. Average at best. But my bill came, and the pitcher of beer rang up $15, and this corporation decided they want to add a""""" $2 upcharge for 4 picked jalapenos""""". If you see this as anything less than price gouging, you are in fact a beef o Brady's corporate stooge. And then when I brought this to the attention of the manager, of course she removed it... But argued that it's corporate. I called the customer service line for beef o Brady's and left a message, and they have yet to return my phone call to address the experience. Imagine how many people don't catch the "mistake" of the computer not ringing up the special. These corporations make these "mistakes" all of the time. The bartender obviously didn't even look at the check for accuracy. The bartender also didn't notify me of the up charge for the jalapenos. That was a $7 mistake on my check.. and yet when I brought this up to the manager that removed the items, what did she have to say? Sorry it's corporate.. Welp, your corporation should live and die by the mistakes that it makes that cost Americans money. I'll wait to hear your thought out response Beef O' Brady's. By the way, I have a consumer advocacy organization and I fully intend on seeing this through. One way or another, your organization is going to answer to the people. read more

I ordered some wings. They were taking a while to come out which seemed odd. When they finally brought them to me, they were cold. I asked how long they had been sitting in the window and she said "I don't know". Maybe we would have known if she had been doing her job instead of flirting with the 2 guys that were sitting next to me. Talking about how she's a young single mom. No wonder. She's flirting on the job instead of working. I waited 20 minutes or so for cold wings. Disgusting. I told them I didn't want them and left. Will never go back to this Beef's. Had the sweetest server. It was very busy and she provided me with everything I needed. Super attentive and checked in on me just the right amount. Also was very helpful in suggesting menu items. waited 35+ minutes and had only gotten out drinks, our waiter seemed like maybe she was on something. Super slow, not attentive, didn't even know what "tabbing out" was... handed one menu for 6 people in total. I'm not entirely sure why we were given one menu to begin with, are we expected to all share??? 50 dollars in total for two orders of cheese sticks and 6 damn drinks!! not worth the time, especially with the way our table was practically neglected compared to the other sections who, mind you, had gotten there 30 minutes after us and had their drinks in the first 5 minutes of sitting down. just overall horrible customer service and ridiculous overpriced food. save your money and go somewhere cheaper, burger king would be better than this. read more

Great sports bar to hang out ! First time here at any Beef O Brady's. Overall highly satisfied with prompt service. Sat in the patio area on a Saturday for a Jeep meet and greet. 5 stars solid for service. I only ordered steak nachos & a soda. I will definitely come back to try their wings and other menu items. We came in and sat down waited about 10 or 15 minutes to get menus. The guy came over and asked us if we liked free beer gave us a card for free beer. We waited another three or four minutes for the server. I turned around and the people that came in after us with a six top were sitting behind us, and their server came over and started to take their order first, I would recommend not going to this place. I still come to this location quite often when I am working at the power plant right down the road. The place tends to fill up around 1230 but they always have plenty staff to handle the crowd. Nice big menu that now includes the impossible burger. I still can't get enough of their fries and their salads are always fresh. Friendly staff, decent prices and the proximity to my work will keep coming in for lunch daily. read more

We love not far from here and would love to make this the go to place but they keep on failing to impress or even come close to being good. We just had a Rueban and the bread was barely toasted and I'm Not sure there was even thousand island dressing on it. The draft beer is warm and flat and no soap dispenser in the mens stall in the bathroom it's been like this for over a year. I've been waiting 10 minutes with a empty beer and no body noticed. Laura never looks around the bar too see if you need anything. read more

I am not from this area but found my self looking for a place to have a salad in the middle of the day on a Wednesday. With not many options I took a leap. At this writing beef o Brady's only has two and a half Stars which is kind of scary. Honestly I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted immediately sat in a nice booth with great ambiance and lots of televisions. The wait staff was very attentive without hovering and my Mediterranean salad was delicious. The good: Location. The bad: Yea, just everything. We have been here a few times now because it's 1/2 mile away. Have yet to have a decent meal. No matter what we get, it always taste frozen and gross. Had the fajitas, hard to mess up right? $13 for a 1/2 of chicken breast, shredded lettuce and cold peppers and onions. I never have high expectations for these type of places, but man this was the bottom of the barrel. Food was an easy 3/10. Service was even worse. The host team was great, our server Isabella was probably the worst server I've had in a long time. We sat with no greet for roughly 9 minutes before the host had to tell our server to come talk to us. She stood by the bar talking the whole time. No quality check on anything until the end of the meal. Isabella saw that our drinks were 1/4 full before we had gotten our food, never got a refill for the rest of the meal. We were finished for about 12 minutes, while Isabella continued to talk to guys at the bar with her leg posted up like captain morgan, so we had to wave another server down just to get our check. To top it all of, you can expect to pay close to $50 for simple dinner for 2. You'd have a better time going to a zaxbys . With that being said, the food has been going downhill.... since my last update I haven't had anything worth raving about... Went here on wing Wednesday. Service was fine, nothing wrong there! Food was old! Wings were not fresh. Had a refrigerator taste to them Blue cheese was either of poor quality or on verge of being rancid! The best thing was the microwaved spinach and artichoke dip. I went to this Beef's for the first time last Saturday and ordered their 2 for $20 special which includes an appetizer and two entrées. My bill without a tip came to $36.95. Along with the special, we ordered 2 unsweetened iced tea's. I didn't realize it until I looked back at my debit card statement and realize that obviously there was an error or either their iced tea is very expensive!
