I'd like to rate this place 3 1/2 stars if I could. Came in on Taco Tuesday and ordered shrimp (grilled) tacos, and hubby ordered the wing basket. His comment was that there wasn't enough mild sauce on the wings, and my two tacos were good enough. I also ordered a side Caesar salad with my meal and it was very good. Our waitress was good, and it looked like the place was starting to fill up with locals. I did notice, however, that the floors were "sticky" when walking around. That is definitely something that irks me - felt like my shoes were sticking to the floor with every step. If I was in charge I would have had the flooring power washed to get that stickiness off. read more

Came here to grab a quick bite and a drink while waiting to pick a family member up. This was not our first choice, but we were certainly happy we ended up here. We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being served by Jessica. She was great! Helpful, informative, and friendly. We ordered wings, mushrooms, a burger and both of their desserts. The desserts (cheesecake and chocolate chip lava cake) were okay. The wings, burger and mushrooms were great. The drinks were also really good. We will definitely return! read more

This is the best Beef's to which I've ever been and I like the franchise. The main entrance is smallish and in a corner but the door opens up to a big room with plenty of TVs and booths. Maybe this location's best feature is the parking around back. There's a rear entrance. The reason I come back is the food. It has always been great. They definitely live up to their 3 star reviews unfortunately. Went in for late lunch early dinner (3-4pm). Ordered the steak bowl, prime rib sandwich, wings, and drinks. The server brought out our food a bit later. I let the server know she gave me the wrong food- I ordered a prime rib sandwich and she gave me a Philly cheese steak sandwich. She said she doesn't eat that type of meat and had no clue what prime rib is supposed to look like. I told her no problem, but let the cook know my order is wrong please correct it. The cook was rude to her and said I gave you a prime rib sandwich let them know. He tried to pass off a Philly cheese steak sandwich with AuJus sauce as prime rib. Long story short the girl only made me pay for a Philly sandwich and not prime rib. Although The servers are very kind and professional the kitchen staff are rude, inefficient, and unprofessional. Probably reason why this location isn't so successful. Hope they do better in the future. read more

Been here a few times now over a few years. They are consistent. It's average to below average, across the board, every time. Bartender seems overwhelmed with 3 people at the bar; literally 3 people and I still had an empty glass. Any craft beer I've ever had was always stale. Burgers and wings are average bar fare at best. The place is almost devoid of personality. I liked going there for sports but it's just not worth it. I'll try another place down the road the next time I eat in town. read more

Sometimes you just want salad. On this day, we never made it to salad. We were in NPR (on vacation from Colorado) and visiting our good friends, they live close to Ruby Tuesday's. The parking lot was 3/4 empty, and there was not a waiting list. We talked to the hostess and said we were perhaps going to sit at the bar, but then noticed an open high top and sat there. After a moment, we were given menus. This is where things begin to happen. Now I don't know if the hostess neglected to tell the waitress in the bar section that she spoke to us, and she thought we just sat ourselves, but we sat there for 10 minutes and no one else acknowledged us. So we made the decision to leave. We went to Beef O'Brady's just up the road, where we received the most attentive service, great food, and music bingo to boot. So, if you want to be ignored by staff at a restaurant that is closing locations nationwide, (including two we know of in Colorado) and struggling to continue to be in business, go to Ruby Tuesday's, and be ignored. If you want great customer service, good food and fun, drive down the road to Beef O'Brady's. You don't get salad bar, but, it turns out that's okay. read more

We moved to New Port Richey a year ago and we were looking for a place ro get a good burger. We took a chance at Beef 'O' Brady's. Boy, did we strike gold! We have been there numerous times and tried the burgers, the reubens, chef salad, fried appetizer platter, chicken wings and I could go on and on. Everything was delicious and plentiful. The beer was nice and cold and the bartenders and wait staff were friendly. I have sat at the tables and got a nice home town feel. I have also sat at the bar and watched the numerous tvs with different sports on. Excellent home town bar and food place. One chance to make a first impression and they failed miserably. Ordered a Taco Tuesday, special and it had a special unknown taste to it that made it uneatble after a few bites. The other party ordered a bacon, barbecue burger well done. I swear it was still moving on the plate and was soaking in bloody water type liquid from being undercooked. There was also a 1/4 size piece of the burger under the bun on the plate. I don't even want to know how it got there. When I complained, it was if they were doing me a favor to take it off the bill. So disappointed last night. We waited 30 minutes to be seated which wasn't too bad since we were party of 7 plus a baby. Finally ordered our food, waited. Finally received food.....all but my sons chicken nuggets meal. Took another 10 minutes and asking 2 different people for it. Husband found a long hair in the sour cream. Another person in our party ordered sour cream and never received it but got charged. My hamburger bun on the bottom was so hard we could use it as a hockey puck. Bad. Food is horrible but services was ok. Went there with a big party. Ordered the full slab of ribs. When I received my food, it looked like it was boiled ribs and it tasted funny. So I spoke with the wait staff and she called her manager and I asked her why the ribs looked so different from the ones ordered by my brother in law. She said that it came that way, frozen and they just heat it up before serving. So I responded, "did I hear you say, frozen?" She confirmed it and that it might take a little while to heat it up to get it remade for me. I instantly said, "No, no thank you. You can have this whole plate of ribs back which I do not need to eat. " btw, my brother in law got sick from eating his order of ribs. What I couldn't understand is why a sports bar can't even spend some time to slow roast their own baby back ribs. It isn't so hard to make. Very sad. I would not be back. The food is outstanding, the hospitality is phenomenal, the sports selection on the 15 or 20 televisions is unmatched. There is no sports bar that comes close in any way a sports bar should be.
