Beef O' Brady's in Viera Well considering when we first got their we decided to sit outside so they set the table up. After a few minutes we got a bit cold and decided to eat inside. Of course one of us spills the very large glass of iced tea all over the table before we even sit down. So we move again. Not one eye roll, aggravated movements or attitude. We felt bad it happened and was an accident. The food was good, my chicken was very moist and brocolli was fresh. I'm a picky eater and they got my order correct right down to no seasonings on the chicken! My friends loved their food as well. Nice portion sizes for the price. The service was great and the food came out quick! No complaints! read more

Chicken Wings, Curly Fries and Onion Rings are the best in town. Burgers, the Watterson and Chicken Caeser Salad are stellar as well. The flat bread pizza isn't great...I recommend passing it up. Friends took us here on our last night in Florida. They come here frequently and usually enjoy the experience but I'm giving the 2 stars strictly on our first time experience. We arrived early evening on Taco Tuesday, very busy. We managed to get a booth in the back corner. Our orders were taken fairly quickly but that's where the quickly ended. We waited and waited, server finally came over and said our orders were coming up and then we waited some more. When our orders finally arrived, everything was, not surprisingly, luke warm. Two orders of wings, one wing basket (wings with fries) and a philly cheese steak sandwich with onion rings and nothing arrived hot. But we were hungry so we started in on the food. I had ordered medium wings but there was no sauce and very little flavour. I guess that explained why my friends ordered theirs extra wet, a concept foreign to me because whenever I've ordered Buffalo style wings, they always come plenty wet. We finally managed to flag down our server, one order of wings were sent back and we explained our issues with the food and asked to speak to the manager. The server left and came back and said they would remove two wing orders from our food. A few minutes later someone, possibly the shift manager, came by the table. We explained our issues. She said it wasn't the fault of the kitchen because they were putting out orders quickly. So basically she was throwing the servers under the bus. Maybe it was the servers fault, there didn't seem to be many around for the busy night but then they really didn't seem to be hustling much. The manager also made excuses about the dry wings saying they were having customer complaints that they were too wet. Blah blah blah. She brought more sauce and I finished my wings, only because I was hungry. Not sure when we'll be back in the area but probably wouldn't waste our time coming back to Beef o' Brady's. My advice, if you walk in the door and it's busy, don't bother finding a table. read more

The waitress was nice, but started our meal telling us that they don't have any of the specialty drinks on the first page of the menu. We asked is that all the time, or just that night - no, all the time. So, why are they on the menu? She doesn't know. Then the food was mediocre and greasy. Funny seeing the last review on Yelp was from me one year ago that's how long it's been since I've gone back and should've followed my gut and spent my hard earned money elsewhere. The bartenders/ servers were too busy gossiping with friends other patrons to even get us refills on drinks. Once our food came which was sub par we were never asked how the food was if we needed anything etc our entire meal. When we got the check she asked if I wanted a box for my food I said no thank you I was not impressed she didn't even apologize or ask what could've been done better she just layed the check on the bar and walked off to gossip more with friends at the end of the bar. Very disappointed and at this stage won't be back even another year to make it right won't do it! The staff needs to pay more attention to guests that are taking a chance on coming out during these tough times and to have such lack of service is appalling even when there was only 7 people in the entire place. Beefs is a common spot around Brevard County to enjoy good wings and sports however recently I went and had a less than enjoyable experience. Our waitress was on point with getting us what we needed and our wings were good, however the pizza that we ordered was burnt and had a bad taste to it - like whatever it was cooked on wasn't cleaned. When I sat down there was water dripping on my lap. We had to have the waitress clean off our table again because it was so sticky and unclean. read more

Always got our wings from here. I heard this location was having issues and was shut down by the health department. Tonight my daughter ordered our usual 50 traditional no sauce wings cooked well. They drove 10 minutes to get them. Open the package when they got home and they are covered in buffalo sauce. Called and the girl rudely said they will start new ones for us. I was trying to see if they wanted the other ones knowing they can't sell them when she hung up. So my daughter went to get the order and they asked for her to bring the other ones back. REALLY?? How about getting the order right the first time or offering a discount for having to drive all the way back. Poor service looses customers. read more

I went on a Sunday. The place was packed. Normally this would indicate that it was the place to be. Nothing could be further from the truth. I waited for over 20 minutes to get a beer from the bar. Then when I finally was able to get a seat and tried to order food. I ordered the Sunday special, Meatball Sliders. About 10 minutes later I was told that they were out. They've been open for less than 3 hours and they are out of the special. I asked her what was being offered in place of the special and she said that they weren't offering a replacement. Then she said that they were also out of pizza and flatbreads. Sunday is your busiest day of the week and you're out of half your menu. How is that acceptable? read more

Great place to chill, kids eat free on Tuesday and they have a balloon guy for the kids, great chicken tacos and tv's at all booths for the kids. I may ramble. But my co-workers, Dr and I have been eating at Beefs at least twice a week for over a year. Mind you we are only open 4 days a week. The girls are AMAZING...The food has been good...that being said, We placed an order today and the Dr. was paying with one of her rebate cards that she gets from inventory that we order. The money was there but the card would not work with their system. We have never had a problem using it elsewhere but it was fine, we understood and Kiana was very pleasant through the whole ordeal. I called work and the Dr. was just going to pay with her business credit card over the phone. Kiana stated that she was not allowed to accept it over the phone. I asked if she could please ask the manager, which ended up being the Owner, Rich. She asked him and instead of coming over to the bar where I was he proceeded to speak loudly to me across the restaurant, speaking over tables to me. He stated that he does not know me and that he would not take it over the phone. I stated that we eat here on a regular basis and that it is the Dr's card. He still said no....talking over the tables. People were staring at me. I was very upset. I could completely understand if I were someone off the street that the girls didn't know, but come on, Kiana knows my order by heart.. He could have at least come over to me to ask what the issue was and speak to me in a respectful manner. But no..He told me no VERY rudely and went on his way. I went ahead and paid with my card. I told Kiana that I really appreciated the girls and they have always been great but that we would no longer be ordering from this Beefs. As I was driving, I thought about it and wanted to speak to the owner, Rich, about how I felt but when I called Kiana stated that she was very sorry but they aren't allowed to let people speak to him, that they have to take a message. I then gave her the message to give to him. I have been in the restaurant industry as well and NONE of the owners that I worked for would NEVER have behaved like that with a customer. So apparently he could care less about losing customers. Granted I'm quite sure that he won't think twice about this, but word of mouth goes a long way. There weren't many people there but I got food to go because I didn't have time to eat and then wait for them to give me my check after I'm through. It's been 27 minutes and I'm still waiting on my check my food has been sitting in front of me for 11 minutes and I'm still waiting on my check my food is sitting in a to-go box getting steamed and Soggy from its own heat and I'm a prisoner to my credit card I can't even leave the food here and go without paying I have to pay because they have my credit card I'm a prisoner and couldn't be more angry. To top it off when I get my bacon cheeseburger the bun is stuck to it way off to the side and the bacon has been put on in this pretty plus pattern that makes 50% of the bacon hanging off the sandwich serving no purpose making it difficult to eat. My boyfriend loves their straight fries BUT he just called and specifically asked for them (not just fries - straight fries because he doesn't like the curly) and when he gets there and pays and even tips and walks out the door and then checks the order in the car. They have him curly. So he immediately goes back in and says, "hey, hate to bother you, but I specifically ordered straight fries and you guys gave me the curly". The girl says "sorry we are out and we were busy" and immediately walked away. Don't be charging people for things they didn't order. You wouldn't serve fish if we order a burger and expect us to pay and eat it, what is the difference especially when we specifically asked for "straight fries" on the phone ordering it and were not told the straight fries were out when we ordered. I go there for the wings so I can only reply to that. In times past the wings have been scrawny but as was explained to me at the time they were having issues with suppliers. Since that time, the wings have been plump and meaty with enough sauce with choices to satisfy any palate. The one on Murrell is faster for service. The one on Wickham Rd could use faster and more attentive service. read more

I feel really bad writing such a bad review. When visiting this establishment on occasion, because it's fairly close, and the first thing your waitress doesn't say is "Hi". It starts the set up of the whole visit. My husband always tips 20%, and for good reason, understandable. This day, we ordered our usual. While waiting, our waitress didn't smile, didn't engage and really wasn't pleasant at all. Another waitress ended up helping her, and just continued the same service. There are so many other restaurants around that have so much more waitresses with enjoyable hospitality, that there is a reason whey Beefs, doesn't stay busy. Although they were busier than usual, it wasn't that busy, for the service we got. As we received our food, our wings were cool to the touch. We told the 2nd waitress (not the original) and felt bad for sending them back. After my husband tried them, (He never complains), We decided to have them sent back. They offered to put them in the microwave. Hmmmm No!!! When she took them, and eventually brought the others out, they were undercooked... I wanted to cry.. I felt bad for my husband because he was hungry... We decided we are going to take a break from Beefs for a long while. I hope that this can be a learning lesson, that we are the consumers, we pay to get good service.. If you don't care, than we will take our hard earned money somewhere else... The inconsistency makes this place not worth ordering from again. Ordered for the first time last night, opened the boxes and no celery or carrots with any of the wing orders but each wing box had 2 ranch sauces. Called to verify they should have celery and carrots, was told yes. The wings were good so decided to give them a second try tonight. Ordered double the wings tonight along with other food, they arrived with the celery and carrots but this time 1 small ranch sauce for each of the wing boxes which was double the amount of wings last night (Two 20 piece wings and one 10 piece). No blue cheese at all that was ordered. So tonight, we receive all of the items, but not near enough ranch and no bleu cheese at all for all of the wings. If there was consistency we would have known to add on the extra sauces. Also, one of the orders of wings the second time, the mild ones, had so little mild sauce thy tasted just plain and tasted nothing like they did the previous night. Tossed out the plain "mild" wings this time. Won't be giving them another try. read more

This was our first time here and since we just moved to Viera, always looking for good restaurants. This is a hole in the wall in a strip mall so my expectations weren't high but they were offering a great Mother's day deal so how better to show your wife and mother of your son your love and appreciation than to get her a free meal, right????:-) At any rate, the menu online looked great, it's 3 minutes from the house so we gave it a shot. All I can say is I'm glad we did!!!! Service from Amber was outstanding, the prices, even without the free meal, were very reasonable and the quality, we just had burgers and cheesesteaks but quality for value...definitely worth it and the cheese they used on both was excellent and perfectly melted!! TVs at every booth and a cheesy game room for kids in the back but hey, it's something. For us, price, value, quality and location...It's a perfect combination for us to be regulars here. Went to BOB's to watch FIFA world cup. Waitress, Katie, was super nice and helpful. Our food, however, was poor. We ordered a basket of fries as an appetizer. They were OLD, COLD and apparently re-heated/re-fried. They were dark brown in color, and the portion was oh so meager. Our wings were soupy. None of the sauce stayed on the wings, they just floated in a soupy pool of watery wing sauce. (buffalo, bone in, medium). read more
