Do Not order on line for pick up...i placed an order, paid, and upon arrival they said they had no record of my order...my AmEx was charged and i provided proof of the order and payment...what i was told then: there is no manager on duty...they called one, supposedly...they then told me they use a third party for website on-line orders and i would need to receive a refund from them and if i wanted food i would need to place another order and pay again...there was nothing they could do...NOTHING THEY COULD DO...ORDER AND PAY AGAIN= heck no and i WAS a regular, NO MORE... NEVER AGAIN...i will never return to this restaurant and i will tell everyone i know about this lousy service... read more

Stopped by after reading reviews however our experience was not too comfortable. The food is amazing but the girl working the cashier treated us very bad. All I could remember was her glitter eyeliner. She would take our order every time she stopped talking to the other girl beside her and had a little attitude while taking our order like we were bothering her. I'm there to get a service and just an FYI, I am part of those customers that pay you. Would have given y'all a 5 but unfortunately bad customer service is what makes me rate y'all low. read more

Normally I would give Beefy's On The Green five out of five stars, but it seems as if here lately the people who are in the kitchen are over cooking the food a little. I have ordered chicken fried steaks from them I know at least three times in the past month and a half and every time they have come out over cooked and hardly edible. I love this restaurant, the place, the people, the food, all above Excellent! You can call us regulars now. It's been a few years since we started coming out here from different parts of SA, Seguin and Bandera. We have a group of friends who used to work for the Air Force in various capacities and we tried to find a different Hamburger place to go to each month. Well, we've been all over SA and one of us, who recently moved to Spring Branch, mentioned we should try this place Beefy's and Boy was he right, we've been coming here almost every month since.
