The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I'm so glad I gave them another chance. Today I stopped by to see about having my brakes done and the Manager, Rich was so helpful! He offered to take a look just to see what I would need because I wasn't really sure. I fully expected to hear I'd need new brakes and whatever else could be sold to the girl who knows nothing about brakes...but, the opposite happened. Rich came in and showed me how much life I had left on my brakes and told me I could get them done but it wasn't necessary yet. I was so relieved and because of his honesty I will definitely go there when the time comes to have them done. Since I was due for an oil change they got me in and out in about 15 min and Fabian was really kind to me the entire time. I will recommend this location to my friends and family for sure. They assured me the man I had such a bad experience with on multiple occasions has since been let go.

I used my diagnostic tester to try to determine what the problem was. The tester indicated that there was a misfire in one of the cylinders. I finally reached Cruz Auto Repair in the late afternoon. Corey replied back that he could come to the house between 6 & 8 that evening (Sunday). Corey came at about 6:45 and immediately began to diagnose the issue and found that the cylinder had a bad spark plug. We talked about a price and I decided to have Corey change all the plugs. which he did. running a test again, he found that one of the coils was also bad. Since it was late at night, after 8 PM and the auto parts store was closed, we discussed a price and agreed that Corey would come back the next morning with a new replacement coil. Corey came back the next morning and replaced the coil and now the car is working just fine. From the start, Corey showed knowledge of auto repairs, did exactly what he said he would do for the price that he quoted each time. I would highly recommend Cruz Auto Repair for all repairs.
