I really appereciate Dr. Abadi. He has a gentle bedside manner, and often asks "Are you ok?" I love that about him. He tells you "lift your hand if you feel any pain" as well. Even though he's busy all the time, you don't feel rushed because of his easy going way. The ladies in the front are also kind and Sandra is so helpful and flexible with scheduling. You don't have to wait very long. The office is clean, and they have never tried to sell me anything, no pressure like that, like many offices I've experienced. I am sitting in the dental chair. Have been coming here for 10+ years, but i've had it. I will not be back. My appointment was at 10:30 and it is not 12:02 and i am still waiting to be worked on. He said he'd be back in 15 after numbing me and it has been almost 40 minutes. He over-books himself all the time and I am fed up. He doesn't care that we the patients have kids, school, or work. He is all about money. Always offering to put braces on my husband who has told him plenty of times that he's not interested.This post comes after years of frustration and anger at myself for procrastinating so long on switching dentist. Everyone that works here is SO kind, helpful and empathetic. I felt very well taken care of and confident about what they were doing. Laura, my dental assistant was such a sweet heart as she comforted me throughout the entire procedure. This place is where the people who say that they are afraid of dentist need to come . My tooth had been hurting me so bad that I asked my wife to schedule an appointment with Dr .Abadi's office . It turned out that I would have to have my wisdom tooth extracted. Dr.Abadi knows his stuff. I recieved shot after shot including one that had to be given in the roof of my mouth with little or no pain and when it came to the extraction it all happened with very little PAIN. Honestly, I am feeling only minor agitation after a major procedure that most people require narcotics for.Not me, it's the next morning and i haven't even taking ibuprofen for the pain . I want people to have the type of quality care I was given from dental assistant down to the front desk . Dr.Abadi's facility is the place you want to go .... I have been going to this dentist for over ten years, I recently moved to Corona and made the mistake of going to a different dental office because I did not want to make the 40 mile drive back home. Biggest mistake ever..although the dentist complimented my prior dental work, he told me since I had not had a proper cleaning in over a year that I was a candidate for a deep cleaning. He told me it would be $1,500...From what I had been told in the past deep cleanings are only necessary for patients who have deep pockets in their gums and I do not have that. I thanked him for his evaluation and called Dr.Abadi's office immediately. I made the 40 mile drive and guess what? I don't need a deep cleaning I just needed a regular cleaning and to make sure I come back every six months which is generally recommended. Point of this yelp review is that it is so worth the drive to see a dentist that is honest and not just looking to pump patients for any type of money they can get out of them. Dr. Abadi has always been honest and trustworthy when it comes to charging for services. His front desk staff is AWESOME-Lupe and Sandra always take care of me and my family and let me know about any charges up front and work with you to make sure you aren't overwhelmed. Only negative about this office is I wish they were open on Friday's but that is just me being greedy because I would like to take a Friday off work to drive out here for my appointments :) ps. 5 stars also for Vano my hygienist who didn't make me feel bad for not going to the dentist in a long time. I've been a patient of Dr. Abadi for approximately 13 years now.. he was recommended by my orthodontist after having my braces removed. I have been very happy with him since. So happy that I drive in from the inland empire for all my dental work. He is very patient and thorough. Explains everything he does before and during each procedure and does his work well. I've never had a bad encounter here. This is why I don't mind the 50 mile drive here. His staff is the best! They are very friendly and welcoming. I have to say I never write reviews and this was a must! This dentist is a scam artist I went to his encino office, I was told I needed a root canal and that my insurance covered everything but the root canal, they went ahead and opened a loan for me to get work done through care credit. I was told I was approved for $2000 and the procedure would be about $1600 (not to even mention I received a declined notice so they redid the loan and sent it to the wrong address so I was slammed for a non payment of a loan that I wasn't aware I was approved of cause the second loan they had opened after the first declined they put my address wrong so I never received any info in reguards to payment I called them and they said just wait till you get a bill!, which never came just a nice phone call from collections! And a $600 late fee charge of non payment!! Which the loan officer later took off after they saw my address was wrong on all the statements!!), ..now back to the rest of the good stuff, first of all there should be know "about" price it should be a set price! They then started the procedure of removing the decay from my teeth and sizing me for a crown this was the most painful thing I've experienced he cut my gums apart and I tried stopping him while crying because the pain and he tells me " you just got to get through it" there should never be that much pain EVER and you should stop when a patient is in tears. I couldn't eat on the right side of my mouth for almost a week due to all the cuts, After that I refused to go back to them I then started getting a lot of pain in my teeth so I go back and he claims he Never worked on my teeth and that the pain I was feeling wasn't something he could figure out. I then go find a new dentist who is incredible and she takes one look at my tooth and tells me all the decay was never properly cleaned out so now I have an infection, and also he left a huge chunk of cement on my other tooth which also caused a separate infection!!! And now here's the kicker two year later I received a bill in the mail claiming I owe $750 but the bill has no list of work done just a piece of paper saying you owe this pay by this!?' How do I have a bill when I haven't been back in two years? Had a loan that covered more then the actual procedure and insurance covers the rest which I called my insurance to verify. These people are horrible I don't recommend them to anyone and my new dentis also agreed that many dentists exp in LA take advantage of people for profit this is definitely one and it's not worth the pain and aggravation. Tried to get a list of all the work preformed and pricing and they never emailed me my bills or info regarding my work done, so i Will now be calling a lawyer!!! ^clean facility ^greeted quickly ^ no wait(Tuesday afternoons) ^ 1st time patient paperwork is easy to fill out I came here for the first time off a recommendation from a coworker. I sent my BF in first to scoop it out since I am very big on dentist and their quality of care and services. He went in a few month prior to my visit, he had no major complaints, so I decided to try it out. I called and asked about a teeth whitening special i heard they had the girl said she'd ask and give me a call the next day. I never got a call back but I kept my appointment. I arrived and filled out paperwork, I noticed the facility seemed clean, the woman at the front greeted me quickly, and it seemed very quiet. I walked straight into the x-ray chair where the tech shot the x-rays in about 10 min. She was efficient and to the point. I then waited to be seen by many the oral hygienist, she presented herself and was very respectful. She educated me on the importance of oral hygiene, and recommended treatments she thought would help. I waited for the dentist, about 5 min after my normal cleaning. I was greeted by a young dentist names DR. Valerie (I believe), she looked at the x-rays, then came over and tapped on the teeth she felt may hurt, but non did, she recommended many treatments thereafter, and said her receptionist would give me pricing. Here is where I have an issue. I asked the receptionist for prices I excpecteed a direct answer, she was not direct with pricing, she used words like "about" "maybe" "around" when talking price. I have good insurance I'm sure they would use my maximum allowance, all I wanted were direct prices to schedu procedures but their Un-confident pricing scales scared me. I feel like them not being able to quote me direct prices may mean they can adjust prices as they please. I then asked about the whiting and she said its 450$ ad I have to refers more than one person to their office. Seeing since dentist come my place of work and ask for our business due to our great benefit coverage I'd figured they can afford to give a whitening for new patience especially after using my BF who's under my ins. And I was willing to carry on all the "treatments" they recommended. I left the office feeling in-different. The receptionist said she would email me prices. I feel like if she does great, if she doesn't that's great too. I just need a dentist that isn't all about the money. Are there any around??? However I rate them a 3 for cleanliness and fast service, but they lack in friendliness, and pricing communication. I'm not sure if I would go back. I was having a conversation and heard my coworker, she was complaining about a root canal not being completely cleaned out--that there were still "live" nerves under her crown, she was complaining about her Dentist, then I recommended my Dentist Dr. Abadi. I hate writing bad reviews but this must be written. I went through the most traumatic experiences of my life with Abadi. First, knowing my tooth needed a root canal, he decides to put a bridge over it, which cost 1200+ then about 2 weeks later he says, oh well, I guess you needed that root canal after all, okay there's 800 more dollars and he drill through my freckin brand new bridge, I'm still paying off btw, while he's doing the procedure he breaks a file off in my gums, which caused 2 abscess' to form. After the canal, since the tooth was bridged, it had no where to go when it swelled up. Thee worst pain off my life, no comparison. It was only after I went to another dentist that I had to remove the 2 teeth, leaving me with no fucking molars and going through the trauma and pain for essentially nothing. Abadi let me walk around with 2 major abscess'. The only saving grace is the staff. I will never go back to that quack! read more

wow this place is AMAZING! My husband and I cannot say enough good things, first of all the staff is very helpful and sensitive. My Husband had neglected his teeth for a while and needs a lot of work, another crook of a dentist was trying to bypass the insurance and charge us for all sorts of unneeded work and at the same time make sure to shame him for not taking care of his teeth. I had never had a single cavity in my life til about two weeks ago, they said to have found two cavities so I proceeded to getting fillings with this office, after they did that procedure I noticed that the right side was extremely sensitive so I went back on Thursday & Dr Abadi was now checking my molar, he blamed it on her not filing down the tooth to my bite so he went in and was grinding away at my tooth, last night I was eating a mango & I swallowed part of my tooth & perhaps some of the filling. This is completely unacceptable, especially with this being my first experience when it comes to any type of dental work. This should not have happened. But it did & it was unfortunate. read more

I was a patient of Dr Abhadi about 15 years ago. I moved away from the area losing touch with his office. I recently had a bridge replaced by a dentist in my area. The work was inferior. I looked up Dr. Abhadi hoping he was still practicing. Lucky for me he was. He has worked diligently to fix the mess I had. I got a crown replaced about 3-4 years ago and 4 wisdom teeth pulled (all 4 pulled out at the same time) in 2015 and I had no issues.
