I would never think to write a review, even when I've been extremely disappointed in something. The only reason I even searched for my doctor's reviews is because my wife had googled MD's she was researching. After reading crazy ranting Todd's review, I felt it was my duty to come to the Beierles rescue and do some ranting of my own! I can't even imagine a person ever being mistreated in that office. I've been to some of the dental offices on that block and many others, nothing compares to the Beierles! They have the most up to date dental equipment. During some of my procedures I've listened to a wide variety of music on headphones and I've even experienced their MOVIE GOGGLES with a wider movie selection than I have at home! All my crowns and fillings look and feel magnificent, I know because I have before and after pictures of the inside of my mouth to prove it! Something free they provide for all their patients to better see and understand what's going on in there!!! My family and I have always been accommodated, even in an emergency. They're always up front and honest with any cost, procedure time, recommended home care, etc. and they do it for my own good. I've tried to push the limits for my convenience and they'll gladly explain why it can or can't be done. I know people that have had deep cleanings and it requires the area to be numb, it's one hour per 1/4 of the mouth. I'm Sure Todd Misunderstood! There must be a reason why they couldn't allow a four hour appointment for a patient to have his entire mouth be numb and open for that length of time. Some people in this world really need to take a breath and calmly introspect before vomiting their angst onto innocent bystanders. The Beierles Are A 5-star office, front to back! It would be awesome if all dentists in the world were as wonderful as they are. My only wish is that they never retire! read more

BE SURE AND READ THE FILTERED REVIEWS FOR DR.S BEIERLE!!!! it is unfortunate that yelp decided that of all of the outstanding reviews for this dental practice, the one they choose to showcase is from one frustrated patient who was actually upset about a miscommunication and not the care he received. i always try to remember that there are two sides to every story. i have been seeing dr.s jan and joe since i had teeth and i have always found their staff to be competent and friendly. they always are sure to tell me my diagnosis and then let me make an informed choice about how i am going to take charge of any problems that they may have found. fortunately, i have never needed extensive dental work because i am proactive about getting regular cleanings and check ups. prevention is the key, people! the last time i was there they had awesome glasses you can wear to watch a movie while they work on you. they also have headphones if you prefer to listen to music. they recently upgraded to digital xrays, which are better for the planet and easier to see because they can blow them up for the untrained eye to see what they see. they also have the most outstanding staff. i actually get excited to see my hygienist because she is so sweet and friendly. and finally, you get TWO doctors for the price of ONE because dr. jan and dr. joe cross check each others work and collaborate to make sure i have outstanding dental care. they also use a great, local lab for their crowns, implants, and verneers, which come out beautifully and natural looking and they do not skimp on materials. not made in china, folks. there is a reason Beierle & Beierle have been serving this community for over 30 years and that is quality care from people who care. todd m.'s experience is absolutely NOT the standard of care for this office. read more

I LOVE MY DENTISTS!!! The entire Beierle team reflects the Doctors personality; they are genuinely sweet and caring dental professionals. They care so much about my dental care that they made me care. I used to feel like the dentist was something I could put off...thanks to the Beierles, now I'll put off my nail or hair appointment (I feel I've made the right choice) before giving up my dental appointment! I've been lucky, I've never needed anything more than a cleaning. Along with my cleaning, every six months my doctors and the hygienists give me an oral cancer exam, I've some people and not all dentists do that even though they're supposed to. I get to use their very cool (I wish I had a pair) movie glasses, it's like the movie is in my brain! I have many friends and family that go to the Beierles! They've all been happy and loyal patients of theirs for years, some with and without insurance. The Beierles are totally worth it, I've seen the work that they've done!!! I've seen it all pretty much, my friends and family have had a variety of stuff done, (Veneers, Crowns, Fillings, Dentures, Partials, Root Canals) I don't think there's anything they can't do and they do it well! You can't tell if something is fake or real, it's amazing and beautiful! Like I said, I love my dentists and I keep sending my friends to them because I know they'll get taken care of! As always, Dr. Joe and staff were professional, thorough, and friendly. I called and had an appointment the next day since I was experiencing returning discomfort in an area that another endodontist had recently poked and prodded at. Dr. Joe found the most probable cause and took care of it. My wife and I are big fans of both Dr. Joe, Dr. Jan AND Deanne their dental hygienist. - - especially to Deanne and Dr. Joe who detected apparent jaundice in my wife's eyes on one visit, and told her to check with her doctor. One whirlwind week later, she had successful surgery for the pancreatic cancer that was diagnosed early only because of Dr. Joe and Deanne's care and concern. read more

This entire office is great, the docs, hygienists, assistants, and the front office. They've been taking care of me and my family for years. I'm not the best patient, I don't always follow directions, but they keep trying. No matter how bad I get, they always treat me with respect while they fix whatever needs fixing. I've seen a few dentists in my time and some just didn't feel right. I know things are done right with these docs and my mouth always feels great after a visit with them. My mother is 90 years old. She was very hesitant about going to the dentist. She was treated so well. They were right on time. Her memory is failing so she asked the same questions a few times. They were so patient with her and very kind. Erika, the assistant, was so careful with the Xrays to make her feel as comfortable as possible. Dr Joe answered all of her questions and was very reassuring to her about any concerns she had. Afterwards she told me it was the best experience she ever had at a dentist. read more

I've been going to Beierle & Beierle for years and couldn't be happier with the practice. Their hygienists and front desk people are fantastic and when I've had tricky situations both Dr. Joe and Dr. Jan have thought of ways to save my teeth that are the least invasive (or expensive) options! I'm not surprised by the good reviews. They are a good family practice that will take care of your teeth for years. I'm totally cavity free now! Now I just need to work on flossing....:) read more

Wow.......Linda and Dr. Jan are like poetry in motion. My dental procedure was excellent. Linda hands something to Dr. Jan and she did not even ask for it. They work so well together that they can anticipate what the other is thinking. By being able to work so well together this instills confidence in the patient. Very friendly and courteous staff. I am always well informed about billing, insurance, scheduling, and any other questions I might have. Dr. Joe is a wonderful doctor. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very aware and always asks me how I'm doing during a procedure. The dental assistants are fantastic as well, along with the hygienists.
