After moving down to Florida in May '14 from Massachusetts I was in search for a locally owned and qualified auto repair shop. I did some research and I found Beilers Auto Repair. After hearing a grinding/metal rubbing noise from my car, I called my Dealer and I got quoted for $1,000 for a rotor job. I hung up the phone and quickly called Beilers and spoke with the manager John. I let him know that I got a quote from my dealership for triple the cost of the repair to my car. John assured me that his shop would be glad to help in any way that they could at a fraction of the cost, but for the same quality of work and parts. He got me in right away, gave me a loaner car to use while the shop repaired my car, and then called me back a week or two later to make sure that I was happy with the quality of work...You really can't ask for a better customer service than that. Normally dealers will send you some crap survey, instead Beilers calls you directly. If you're looking for auto-repair shop, look no further. The guys at Beilers are friendly, qualified, and understanding. They're not your typical Big House Dealership that will nickel and dime you for any type of service, they charge you for the parts and the amount of time it takes them to complete the job. Best automotive service ever. While visiting Florida the Check Engine light came on in my Buick. I was worried that I might not find a mechanic I can trust. I took my car to Beiler's Auto Repair and received expert service at a reasonable price. They quickly identified the problem and got it fixed. While in the shop the mechanics noticed that my "Service Air Bag" light was on. This is something that happened several months ago and the dealer in Michigan told me it would cost around $1,200 to replace the Airbag. Anyway, Beiler's Auto Repair took it upon themselves to check it out and found it was a minor electrical issue under the seat. They made the repair and saved me a ton of money. Since then I returned to the shop to have some additional work done on my brakes. For the first time ever I received a follow-up call from a repair shop to see how my car was running. Wow, what customer service. I just wish we had a reliable, reasonably priced, honest, and expert mechanics in Michigan as we found at Beiler's Auto Repair in Florida. read more

One hour into our six hour trip to Tallahassee, to visit daughter who was about to deliver our first grandchild, our Infinity G35 overheated and stalled out. Google revealed a 5 star auto repair business nearby called Beilers so we limped into their shop. They were very busy but got our car up on the lift in 15 minutes. Joey the shop manager asked a few key questions and identified the problem right away as the Thermostat. Kenny, the owner, and Dave who have been friends since childhood were very nice, made our wait pleasant and even lent us a truck to go out and buy lunch. $268 dollars and 3 hours later we were on our way in time for the birth of our first granddaughter. I wish very much there was a auto repair shop like this in our hometown. We would absolutely recommend this company for anyone who wants an honest, friendly, professional and affordable car repair business. I drive an old roadster, so sometimes the condensation tube from the A/C gets backed up from being on the road - or sometimes a kid sitting in the passenger seat will accidentally kick the hose out of place. If it's backed up, it can back up into the compressor causing it to rust and seize. Either way, the passenger side foot well starts replicating waterfall when I take a corner so when I noticed Niagra Falls in my car, I called Beiler's. They took me in right away and saw the problem was that the hose had been knocked off. They reconnected it and cleaned the passenger carpet. I was out the door within 30min of arrival and the best thing was that it was free. They changed me - nothing. On top of that, they were all friendly and knowledgeable. I've never written a yelp review before, but I had to for this shop because they were so incredible! I brought my car in for an oil change, and a look over at the car as a whole as the check engine light had turned on. I am incredibly new to cars as a whole, but they were so so patient and explained everything even despite my dumb questions. They not only got me the best deal, explaining beforehand how much it would cost and why, but they also stayed ten minutes late to let me pick up the car when my Uber was running late. They even filled my spare tire on top of everything! I absolutely will be returning to this shop again and recommending it to anyone who needs their car repaired in the future. I drove in from Oklahoma on a family matter late March, 2020...after I got here, my ignition would not budge. After calling my husband (who always takes care of my car) he did online research, and told me to have the car towed to Beiler's. Mr. Beiler and Brad discussed what was happening with my car with husband and me...and in no time at all I was able to get my car fully repaired (and then some!) Beiler's also had a car "loaner" available to me (MUCH easier and less expensive than me trying to rent a car during this COVID mess) and I was extremely grateful! I was a victim of a hit and run while staying in Sarasota. Danny at Belier's Auto Repair went way above and beyond the call of duty to get me fixed up in one day so I did not have to change my travel plans. When some of the fender work was not doable in his shop, he took the trouble to find another shop which was able to turn it around the same day. Danny also drove me back and forth to my hotel and provided detailed pictures of the damage for the insurance company. I recently moved down to Bradenton and didn't have a mechanic that I trusted. I do now. The staff here were very friendly, professional, quick, and reasonably priced. They diagnosed my AC issues late on a Monday afternoon and squeezed me in the next day fixing my AC in less than an hour. I will not take my car anywhere else for anything! I am going back in the future for oil changes, tire rotations and whatever else I need in the future. I don't trust anyone else in this area with my car. read more

My alternator gave out and the car had some other issues. I had it towed to Beilers and they fixed everything very quickly, communicating with both me and my mother (the owner of the car, not even living in Florida) about everything, even texting me updates. They do great work but the last two years my husband keeps saying they have been trying to oversell and he thinks the fees for service has increased considerably.
