There's never not a line here. So it must be good! They've got A LOT of donut options, it can be overwhelming. Some traditional and some not-- like a fruity pebbles donut, and a blueberry fritter. They're inexpensive too (compared to where I live in CA). The donuts were tasty, the blueberry fritter I bought didn't seem like it was cooked all the way through though- it was a bit doughy. My bf seemed to still like it though. read more

Came here at 5:30pm and got the banana cream pie right before closing. I usually prefer a more crunchy crust so I wasn't a fan of the more doughy crust on this. It had a bit too much cream on top that I scraped off. Service was great, most people were in line for last minute donuts instead of the bakery so there was no last minute rush read more

INCREDIBLE donuts, I've never had anything quite like Beiler's. I wish we took a dozen of donuts for the drive home but it gives us more reasons to return to Philly. The line is long but it actually goes by really fast. You get to watch employees pump out donuts while you wait which is really fascinating and it smells incredible in line. Both donuts were warm when we purchased them and they were to DIE for. I'm not a fan of apple flavored desserts but the apple fritter was warm and delicious, the right amount of cinnamon in crispy pillowy goodness. The maple bacon was hot and oozy when we got it. The donut itself was almost pancake like and extremely addicting. My only note is that the bacon is chewy so if you don't like chewy bacon, you won't enjoy the texture of this donut. I literally cannot wait to return to Beiler's and bring back a dozen donuts home to New York. read more

These donuts are some of the best I've ever had! The donuts are warm and fresh. Cost less than $2 a piece. I ordered two different donuts: Boston cream: the custard was amazing, the chocolate on top was still warm and the donut was soft as butter. Apple Fritter: this was perfect in texture as well as in sweetness level. Not too sweet but just enough to remind me I was eating a donut. Visited the donut shop in Reading Market terminal and grabbed six. The best ones in order - glazed. Boston cream. Maple apple. I didn't like the apple cider donut, or the apple fritter. Both were way too dense and dry. Out of the three that were better, I really mostly liked the glazed, I would give that one a 4 star. Reminded me of a Krispy Kreme but a little more chewy. Bordering a mochi donut but not quite. The two I didn't like were 1-2 stars so I give the place a 3 star. Maybe other flavors were better but I asked them for recommendations. The market was packed on a busy Saturday and Beilers had a long line - but they are so efficient! The line moved quickly, everyone was friendly. We bought the 6 donut pack for $10. This place is located inside the market and the prices are $2 per donut. A very good price but they do not look like your typical donut they are a lot flatter. I've had all sorts of donuts from all around the country and these are some of the absolute best! Of course, it didn't hurt that they were still warm from the fryer, but the apple fritter and sour cream donut were both soft and fluffy with the perfect balance of sweetness. There are tons of options for flavors, from traditional to more eccentric. The deal of two donuts and a coffee for $6.50 is simply too good to pass up. Service was fast and there was no wait. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and after a bit of a wait, the ordering process was relatively quick and efficient. They have a huge selection of flavors and not a lot of time to choose though so I'd try to have what you want in mind due to the line of people and the bustling environment. The donut itself tasted pretty good and was a good quality. I enjoyed the small treat and would be happy to come back to try some of their other things - the environment just wasn't great due to how busy it was, but I'd assume coming on a weekday would be a little less chaotic. read more

There are actually a few different sides to Beiler's at Reading Terminal Market. I visited the bakery and the donut areas. They are really well-stocked full of delicious-looking baked goods such as pastries, breads, donuts, cookies, scones, and pies. Tons of variety in flavor and sizes, and it's consistently busy. What do you do when you have some time between meetings and a hankering for a pastry? You try Beiler's for the first time. I didn't go for a doughnut though I very much look forward to getting into one of those super soon. I strolled up to the literal sea of muffins and knew I had found what I was looking for. Me: "what muffin is the best muffin?" Team member: "Oh, butter rum." Me: "sold." And she was 100% CORRECT! This was a life changing muffin - super soft and crumbly in the best way. One of those take a bite, say "oh my god" audibly, look around, then nod kind of moments in life. Great prices, easy to order, and a TON of great options if you're looking for sweets to bring to a gathering or something special for your home. 5/5 delicious donuts! They have so many flavors to choose from, too! I especially loved the vanilla sprinkle, the glazed and the apple fritter. The texture was fluffy. The icing ratio was perfect. We split a box of 6 donuts amongst 5 people. The stand is in Reading Terminal, and make note that they are not open Sundays. You will wait in a line, but it moves quickly. Beiler's has some of the best donuts you could ever taste in your life. So fresh, and just amazing! My husband and I have a favorite donut, the maple bacon! That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I had to stop at this Hilton Head location--and I didn't come empty-handed. Food connects people, and bringing pastries to your host is always a winning move. It tasted just like the chocolate bar. Pistachio could've used a little more flavor. I tasted this one when I got home and it held up in 95 degree heat. Both were very soft and chewy. The employees at Paris Baguette are super helpful and nice, while also being efficient. Three people at the registers helped the line move quickly. While I love Paris Baguette, it isn't a coffee shop/bakery I would visit everyday because the prices are a little higher than average. For that once in a while craving, though, it's the perfect place to drop in and try a variety of items.

They did a good job of bringing all the teas in a timely fashion. We tried the Rose Lover tea, Matcha Green Tea, and the Prince Passion Fruit Tea. I started by really liking the rose lover tea. It was a milky tea that had a rosy taste to it. After a while; however, I felt like it was too sweet. For our main apps we had twister fries which were pretty basic. We also had the fried shrimp lollipops which were very tasty. The place offered us a collection of tea sandwiches and scones and macarons. Overall, my guests didn't leave hungry. We also ordered a mango Mille crepe cake. It was cutely decorated. They put pieces of mango on top of it. The cake was a bit too sweet for my liking, however.

I don't even words to describe . I don't know how they're doing what they do. Normally you eat a donut it's amazing and then it sinks in you . Here you can have three and they're as light and airy as they are packed with flavor . It's some kind of Amish magic. They have to be the best donuts inhave ever had . I make the two hour drive from New York City just for a dozen of these. Filled with the most incredible fillings I couldn't even tell you where to begin. The peanut butter filled are insane . The cookies and cream , caramel, Elvis , it's just the bottom line is nothing is bad . The lines get long and let me tell you the lines are worth it . You will not be disappointed and you will never understand how these people make what they make . Kudos to the Amish . They have this down to a science the rest of us will never have . We made a stop at Beiler's Doughnuts in Philadelphia just inside the northwest entrance of Reading Terminal Market and it was absolutely worth it for a sweet treat. Food: We tried the Key Lime, Caramel Apple, and Strawberry Cream doughnuts -- all were rich, flavorful, and incredibly fresh. They were a bit heavier than expected, but still absolutely delicious and satisfying. Service: Even with a long line, the staff kept things moving quickly and smoothly. Everyone was friendly and efficient, making the experience feel easy despite the crowds. BEST DONUTS I'VE HAD IN MY LIFE! My recommendation is to order whatever doughnut has just came from being cooked and is cooling. No matter what the flavor, there is NOTHING better than a warm fresh doughnut!. Just ask the girls behind the counter and they will tell you. I ordered a dozen because I couldn't choose. They have so many delicious concoctions! I loved the one with Fruity Pebbles on the top as well as the maple bacon doughnut with bacon on top. The Elvis doughnut was delicious as well. I seriously can't emphasize how great they all were. I even got an Easter Peep doughnut! Beiler's gets hyped a lot, and for good reason. They have a great selection of flavors, so there's something for everyone. I've enjoyed everything so far, but I am partial to the Apple Fritter and Oreo Creme. I don't know how they do it, but the donuts are extremely light and fluffy - the creme especially will evaporate in your mouth in the best possible way imaginable. At $11/dozen you're paying less than a dollar per donut so it's very low risk to try everything they've got! The line can be very long depending on the time of day, but the staff is efficient. Besides, you get to check out the behind-the-scenes as you wait. read more

A minor wait to be seated scored us a roomier table. Classic ingredients with a fresh interpretation were the order of the day. Tasty spaghetti with clams not your traditional Vongole, my salmon with greens was a tad salty but had a perfect crisp outer layer. Chilled corn soup with crisp gnocci was tasty. Would have liked the gnocci to not be as doughy in flavor but an interestiing interpretation. Reasonably priced wine and our wine selection married well with the flavors of our food selections. OMG. Once I had the revelation that we could serve Beiler's donuts as our wedding dessert, there was no turning back. Via Facebook, we corresponded with Beiler's a few times, and they accommodated our every request. They found someone to deliver 20 dozen donuts to our venue in Old City. Our guests were over-the-moon about their choices (salty caramel is still my all-time favorite!) And we saved hundreds of dollars by going with Beiler's, (which really is our first choice in dessert), over a cake or cupcakes. Best wedding decision I made! read more

We stopped to bring my Aunt Tootsie goodies. She was sooooo glad we did! Everything looked so good and the girls working there were so nice. We got delicious chocolate peanut butter cup cookies, so buttery. We bought chocolate chip cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake slices and a slice of German chocolate cake slice. On the way we couldn't resist eating the small fried hand size apple pie. So good. The crust was the best I've ever had. It would be so good with coffee. They had a huge delicious variety. read more

WOW! BEST DONUTS EVER!!! Donuts are definitely my weakness....saw the long line and thought, "These must be good" and they payoff was worth the wait! I'm terrible with the names of the donuts but they had an apple filled donut with white icing that was the best. We also had the Key Lime, Lemon, and several others and it's almost impossible to pick a favorite. If you go to the Reading Terminal Market and are craving a doughnut, this is the place. Beiler's Bakery! I've only had one donut from Beiler's as I was in Philadelphia for other reasons and don't live there, but I just had to review , but I just had to write a review for it. I first heard about Baler's Bakery on Bobby Fay's Throw down. The cookies here can be a meal in themselves if you don't mind lots of crabs. The chocolate peanut butter are out of this world. The price is a bit high, but you can easily share a cookie. There is really nowhere to sit in the bakery which is downstairs off the street, so don't plan to eat here. Take a long walk on the Upper West Side and then treat yourself to one of these decadent treats. read more
