I love Bel Air Nail Lounge so I decided to restart eye lash extensions. The extensions were done by Vanessa. She does an AMAZING job! I highly recommend. Salon is peaceful and inviting, great location if you live in the area. Basic manicures and pedicures are ok. As with everywhere, some technicians are better than others. What I really don't like is that a foot message is not included in the $50 pedicure and it depends on who you book if you get a quick hand message with the manicure. So overpriced! Called and made an appointment for color change on my toes and cuticle care on my nails. I had to explain a few times again when I arrived at the spa until the technician understood what I needed to do. Simple and easy but they charged me full express pedi ($30) for just color change without doing the full service (soak, scrub) and $20 for my nails cuticles (oil, soften). I never have to explain nor pay this much at the regular salons that I frequently go to. I was promised I will get a call back from the owner and 4 days later still no one has called me. The service at the salon was absolutely amazing. The owner helped me book an appointment, same day and literally same hour. My boyfriend and I both got our nails done. I got French tip gelx and my nails are absolutely stunning. My boyfriend got a regular gel Mani and they look amazing. This place has such a beautiful ambience in the staff is so sweet. They checked on us so many times and make sure we were OK. I also love the decorations in here. I will definitely be a regular from now on. Exceptionally overpriced (50%+ than market price). Charged me more than the menu price and very judge mental vibe. My nails look like a kindergartner did them (you can see through the color) and no service (no lotion, hand washing, or light massage). If you charge premium I expect premium. I came here in a pinch since it's close to my house but there are lot of great places right down the hill where you will not leave feeling taken advantage of. read more
