Great quality mani & pedi, good massage chairs, reasonable prices, clean environment etc

I'm normally a super chill client; I never make a fuss about nail trimming, filing, shaping, etc. I literally tell techs to do whatever's easiest, pick the color quickly, and don't complain about the color if I don't really like it after it's put on. I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure last Sunday. I called the morning of and was told they couldn't fit me before 11, which was fine. But then they called me back and said they could squeeze me in at 9:30 if I came immediately. I rushed over, got there in like 5 minutes, and they got me done by 10 (as they intended since they had other appts at that time). I tipped 20% and left happy. Less than 24 hours later, my pedicure was already chipped. I came back the next day straight from work to get it fixed (even though I had to leave quickly due to childcare). They wrapped it, but it smudged again. The gel manicure on my fingers also chipped within a couple of days from normal activity. I came back a third time with my own sandals to avoid issues; they fixed it, but the tech was argumentative in front of other customers. Now, a week later, the pedicure is chipped again and the gel mani is completely peeled off. My issue isn't about a refund, it's that no one acknowledged that this is not normal. Instead, I got a defensive response, saying regular polish chips all the time and implying it's my fault. I'm not blaming the techs, it could be the product, etc, but this is clearly unusual. Super disappointing because the salon is close and I wanted to be a regular, but the whole experience left me feeling frustrated. Some understanding and a simple acknowledgment that this wasn't typical would have gone a long way. UPDATE (after the business response): The reply from the salon contains several misleading points. During my original appointment I waited about 25 minutes for my pedicure to dry and wore sandals, so there was no smudge after the first visit, only a chip in the middle of my toe less than 24 hours later. The smudge happened after I came back the second time to fix the chip. If disposable sandals had been offered then (after I kindly asked), the smudge likely wouldn't have happened and I wouldn't have needed to return a third time. At that third visit, when the technician insisted (rudely) that regular polish chips easily, I showed her that my gel manicure had also chipped within 48 hours after normal dishwashing. The photos I posted were taken exactly one week after the appointment, not longer. I was honest about the timeline, so it's frustrating to see the salon imply otherwise rather than, again, simply acknowledging the issue. They do an amazing job at the snail salon. It's clean and they even have snacks! I really like the people that work there. My only issue is it's REALLY hard to get a hold of them to make an appointment. There have been times where I've called for days and the call goes straight to voicemail. Hello, My appointment was on May 5. Within days, the acrylic began cracking. The attached photos are dated May 8 and clearly show the acrylic cracking -- not damage to the natural nails themselves. Since then, multiple nails have continued to break, and I have documented several repairs. I understand your policy is to return for repairs, but I was traveling and not in the city, which made repeated visits unrealistic. Acrylic nails should reasonably last at least two weeks before requiring a fill, especially without cracking days after application. What is most disappointing is the refusal to acknowledge that the application may have been done too thin, despite the service being described to me as "strong" and an "amazing deal." A $65 nail service failing within days is unacceptable. I am very happy with the pedicure service I received, but this acrylic application was clearly defective. I am requesting a refund of the $65 nail service by Friday in order to resolve this matter professionally. If this issue is not addressed, I will proceed with disputing the charge through Capital One and will share my documented experience and photos publicly. I would prefer to resolve this directly and professionally by calling them having a tough time with English and basic client service. Horric. Let's you all judge my wife's nails. It was the best experience you could ask for as I called in to check if there was availability at 11:45AM. They happily told me to come in. There was no wait and I got to walk right in. The parking was easy because they are in a big plaza with a big parking lot. Just make sure you ask them to validate. I went in. I sat down. They started me on my pedicure and soon there after they tended to do my gel nails. The older staff was extremely kind and friendly above other places I've been. The older man who did my gel nails was in such a good mood he was humming in a low voice but clearly loud enough for me to enjoy as well. I love glittery nail colors of all kind and some places I get disappointed because the end result isn't as BRIGHT GLISTENING GLIMMER they advertise but this place definitely delivers. I was VERY happy to see that the end result was as sparkly as I'd hoped. Very happy with the no wait and quality of their nail polish colors. read more

Have come here twice, once to get a gel manicure and another time to remove my gel nails. I usually call ahead to make sure they have availability since it's a tiny place next to Noah's Bagels/Jamba Juice. Both times I was able to go in right away (week days). The staff are welcoming and nice, and do a good job. Will come back next time I need a gel manicure. Prices are reasonable too! read more

The other day, I noticed my niece's Mom and her friend had like the most PERFECT nails! They were so pretty. I asked where and... Now I have a new favorite nail salon. I am in LOVE with my nails! I got a gel mani and pedi, and they came out perfect! They were so perfect, the tech asked if I liked them, and I screamed a little. One thing is for sure: they are consistent! Very VERY clean-- I pay a lot of attention with supplies used and they are particular about being very sanitary, as we all know is is KEY with nail salons and preventing infections. This has become my go-to nail spot after one day I was driving home from work and decided i needed my nails done. It was already around 7 and all the places I called wouldn't take my for gel mani and regular pedicure. I called Zen and they said so long as I can get there within 10 minutes, i should be good! I was super excited. Mind you, they close at 8! I got there within the 10, but had to wait a bit because they had other people they were helping and I was last minute, after all. They took me soon after and I had the most amazing experience. They stayed later, way past 8, and I loved how they paid so much attention to my nails even when it was already so late for them. They made sure to get every nook and cranny. Even my conversation was pleasant and made me feel welcome! I kept coming back a few times here and there and switching from the place near my work and here just out of convenience. I came here again today and was helped by Helen. SO amazing!! Helen was soooo nice and was so careful and delicate in all that she did. She made sure my nail beds were super clean and the the gel nail polish had even ends. I made an appointment the day before. I came in with no high expectations but the nail technician, Kim, set the bar for me. I tend to go for natural, simple, and short nails. She took her time and did so well with the shape and taking care of my nails. I had told her my nails were sensitive from my previous set, so she was very delicate and reassuring. Nick did my acrylic nails and they have stayed on for about 3 weeks now! I was told that they are under new ownership. The spa chairs are new and nice. They offered me water and tea and I thought that was very sweet of them. I parked in the back, there was plenty of spaces and they validate parking. Great location. When I say, you get for what you pay for take it literal. I've gone to places and no one has ever pampered my toes like it was done here. Yes it's an extra $25 compared to other places for a gel pedi but what matters is if I came out happy and I did. Went to get a pedicure + callus removal. I had an appt for 2pm. They ran the water at 2:15 but didn't start the pedicure til 2:45. It's been a few days now and I've developed an ingrown in my right middle toe because all the nails were rounded and cut downwards towards the edges. Very unfortunate. Will look for another place on my next visit. read more

I usually don't ask for anything crazy or difficult to do. Just to clean my nails topped off with a beige powder dip. Ended up very chunky, not cleaned and crooked. Very nice ladies but not worth $55. Nail bed hurts from the thickness of the coats. Will have to get it removed elsewhere. read more

I just my nails at this place. The lady who did my nails " Tina " was really rude and unprofessional. My mani was very messy, when I told her that, she said my nails were tiny and the lady who was doing my pedi was causing my hands to move!!!!!!!!!
