For me the best pedicures have been with Kim and Mey. The shop is clean and bright! Scheduling appoints is very easy. Everyone is friendly, for me it's a comfortable place as a plus size person. I'm always able to relax and be pampered. Bring CASH- anything over $45 in cash gets you a hole punch in a card and eventually you get $25 off of a service. Came here a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday, I called a head to make an appointment and they were really accommodating on the request. I didn't ask for pricing because I expected to spend around $120, I wanted a gel pedicure and a full set. The full set I requested was Gel x . It was pretty basic and I did not ask for rhinestones or anything extra. I actually requested a photo from the Yelp page. Anyways for my full set of gel nails it was $100. Again no rhinestones or special designs, I ended up paying $150 before gratuity. Everyone was nice and there was no issues with customer service I just believe I was up charged a little extra. $100 for a full set is pricey, my pedicure had no extras and was just gel polish for $50. I have been a consistent customer since 2019 and have not once left with an unhappy service! Everyone here is great, detail oriented, gentle, sweet and friendly. Yesterday I got Gel X for the first time and it was with Kim. These are the most perfect nails! Thank you so much Kim! Before you guys criticize me, I go maybe once every years so I'm really worse than y teenager at what will look good. Came back again and was lucky enough to get Grace! I always have a hard time choosing colors because I am so indecisive. This is the second time that Grace has helped me pick a color and she nails it every time! What an experience because I don't want to think? I just want to unwind and treat myself. I have been searching for a salon that does Biogel and I finally found this place! Michelle did a beautiful job on my manicure. She shaped them exactly how I wanted and she took extra time to repair the damage done by a previous salon. Many manicurists claim they know how to do Biogel (which is much higher quality than normal gel) but they are not properly trained. At Organic Beauty Nails they ARE trained and they know what they are doing!! Oh and I almost forgot to mention they run on time! Lani Very disappointed with this place and management Lani especially!!! Lady that was working on my hands, cut my cuticles so much that by the night my fingers were hurt and pulsing. I couldn't cook, I couldn't work on my computer. I decided to call the manager and inform her about my bad experience. Manager Lani, instead of asking me who worked on my hands (to prevent future client and inform lady that she should be more careful cutting cuticles) said that I have to come and show her my finger, so she will decide what to do. Obviously she doesn't believe me. So discourteous. After my first few experiences at Organic Beauty Nails, I knew that I had found "the one" of nail salons. I am extremely particular about my nails - they are always done and done well - and I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Los Angeles. I live nearby, but would drive a long distance if I had to! All of the ladies do an incredible job, the salon is incredibly clean, and it's an overall great experience every time. Here is a picture of one of my gorgeous dip manicures - on my natural nails, which are now super long and strong - the day I got it and one month later! I kid you not, I've never had to go have one fixed - and they truly have lasted a month! They're pricing isn't consistent nor reasonable. That's why I stopped going! I understand if you get a design or something it's more but I didn't they were plain like example with the pricing id get the same exact acrylics with gel polish and each time I'd be different pricing ! First time no discount it was about $55. Then it went to $70! Like they look at the nails and decide what they want to charge each time ! This salon just opened up and I somehow found their Instagram profile. To my surprise, they're located a few miles from my job, so I decided to give it a try. I really like this place!! First off, there's free underground parking. HUGE plus. The salon itself is very clean and well-maintained. Their selection of nail polish is huge! Great new find, just newly opened. I love the atmosphere, the girls have a pleasant energy about them. I came for mani and pedi and i really like how they took their time to give a great service. Hot stone felt sooo relaxing i love that little bit wish it lasted just a little bit longer. The place is super clean and has no toxic odor, amazing color options so many to choose from. Holly did my nails and I'm so glad she did she really took her time with me to make it absolutely perfect, longer than my pedi. The salon is clean but the owner was not friendly at all. I called ahead of time to let her know I'd be a 10min late, she said that was ok to still come. I got there and not a min later that what I said, she was calling me on the phone to ask where I was. That's fine, I get your running a business but the vibe after that was all rushed. Seemed super sketchy, they had paper up on the walls. It was super quiet and awkward inside the salon. Not a fun environment. I had taken two of my kids for a spa pedi and mani, one of the ladies was not friendly at all the other one was actually pretty nice and patient. My daughter said that they didn't want to go back, for a 8 year old to say that says something about the place. Also the pricing I had received on the phone was not an accurate estimate. I was told $30 for both kids mani-pedi. I had asked about gel and the owner stated it would be $40 for one and $30 for the other. Knowing it was my daughter's birthday I didn't mind paying the price. End up finding out they charged me $55 for her gel nails with two designs and $30 for the other. Now if I was told that previously I wouldn't have mind but the fact that she dismissed what I heard , rolling her eyes "I didn't say that" while going back to what she was doing, is bad customer service. I don't usually leave bad reviews but Incase anyone else wants to take their kids here, I'd suggest another place. read more
