I went in thrilled to have a local postal center near me, but I have to say the following after three separate times I have been in there. 1) they do not like when you drop off prepaid label packages or envelopes. They will get moody about having to deal with them. 2) they forgot to include a paper when shipping internationally and I was charged twice. The package arrived broken. 3) they will not give you price options when shipping. You must ask otherwise they will charge the most expensive. 4) not one person has been friendly, but perhaps that is too much to ask these days anyways. read more

This place is a true gem. Not only because of its location if you are within the Beverly crest area but also because the service they provide, the courteousness feels like from days gone by. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating and personable and the people she hires are well educated and very mannerly. On top of it all, they recognize regulars and they do have PO boxes for others who need them as well. Overall, this is my favorite postal store of all. I rarely write reviews. This business went so far above and beyond for me I felt I needed to write. Yesterday I needed to send an urgent package via FedEx to my son-in-law. FedEx did not show up as scheduled. The owners stayed open for 2 1/2 hours after closing time to wait for the FedEx person so that my package could go out as scheduled. Abe doesn't know how to use their dashboard, hasn't trained his employees to do it and my mail sat there for months despite multiple communications. When ipostal finally did get him on the phone, he said he would contact me and never did. He was left three messages and multiple emails. Who knows where my mail went. read more

REALLY nice and efficient owners. I used to use this place a long, long time ago and stopped. Only recently I found out there are new owners (I guess not brand new anymore... but I didn't know that ) and have moved my POB to here. Am so glad I did. It's a clean, professional business with owners that actually care about their clients. I cannot say that about any other POB I've ever had. There's plenty of parking -- but do try to avoid lunch time, as the center they are in gets deluged! There is "free" valet parking but my thoughts are that may be a bit much just to pick up your mail or drop off a package. However, everyone can decide their own thing on that. Just know that this POB and Mail Center is loaded with services. If you're wondering about getting something wrapped or shipped or need stamps, they are great. read more

When FedEx missed their evening pickup, the owner not only waited a full 2.5 hours after closing, but called us to let us know what had happened, apologized for FedEx, and then drove our package to a FedEx facility to ensure that it would be picked up and delivered.
