The building used to be an old neighborhood cinema, but now it's home to this mailbox center that's finally having its glow-up moment. And let me tell you: the new team is a massive upgrade. The two guys running it now? Friendly, accommodating, and actually happy to help. A total 180 from the previous workers, who... well, let's just say customer service was not their strong suit. I honestly avoided this place before, but now it feels completely different--in a good way. I drop off all my FedEx and UPS packages here, and I pick up my boxes from Amazon, UPS, and FedEx at this location too. Super convenient, no stress. I also got my passport photos taken here, and they did an excellent job with those as well. They offer PO boxes, mailboxes, notary services, passport photos, fingerprinting, and just an overall smooth experience. If you need mailing or document services in Sherman Oaks, this is officially a yes from me.

Walked in yesterday morning around 10:15am and was nicely greeted by Sam. He was an older gentleman with keen eyes and wanted to know how he could have been service to me. First, when he saw me taking photos, he got a bit serious. I told him the reason and then he smiled. Needed to find out the cost of few boxes, fax two important documents, and if they ship things out of country? He said "yes". I needed to ship a small, long box that I already had with me to another country. They do faxing, printing, scanning, copy making services, notarial copy certification. Have so many mailboxes, mailing, shipping and delivering. They also sell different sizes of boxes, gift bags, stationary stuff, & greeting cards. Even have snacks and drinks. I asked Sam, "how much will it cost to rent a mailbox"? The answer blew my mind away. $269.00 a year. You have 24 hours of access to your mailboxes. Est. back in 1998, and is family owned. Place was super clean, street parking, and no public restroom. They work in conjunction with UPS, FED-EX, & USPS. Accept cash and credit cards only.
