On her first visit, she was cheerful and courteous; with a team of two-people she thoroughly moved/lifted furniture to clean behind and under surfaces many teams overlook. She cleaned the window wells that no team has ever considered. She's prompt and provides all the basic services--kitchen surfaces with oven, vacuuming and mopping, and dusting--you see with basic cleaning crews. She astutely offered a second cleaning, and wasn't pushy to schedule too soon--others suggested twice a month--instead she offered every 6-7 weeks. Belinda might charge $15-20 more than a crew, but she's so thorough in her work--helping home-bound assisted-living individuals--she can complete a two-bedroom home in 3-4 hours. I recently hurt my ankle and wasn't able to clean my messy kitchen myself so I called Belinda to take care of it. WoW did she! That kitchen was long overdue a good cleaning and I couldn't believe how clean she got it in one afternoon. Belinda has cleaned our 4 bedroom house three times so far and I can't recommend her enough for the quality of her cleaning, professionalism and friendliness! She comes as a team of two to clean and is efficient: our 3-story house is cleaned thoroughly within 3 hours! We have a baby who happens to nap in the middle of her cleaning but she always rearranges areas to clean around his naps to avoid waking him up. She brings and uses organic cleaning products, which was key for us with a baby crawling all over the floors. She listened to our needs the first time she came and made sure to clean as we wished. Her prices are fair and she has never pushed to clean too often: every 5-6 weeks, she suggested. Belinda has integrity and is very respectful. More than 5 stars if I could!! Belinda and Loriah (apologies if I'm spelling it wrong!) came to our rescue for a MUCH NEEDED deep clean. We had a 5 wk long kitchen renovation and the entire place was covered in dust, dirt, grime, you name it.. Belinda stopped by a couple weeks in advance to get an idea of the space, and did not seem phased in the slightest.
