It's such a shame. I had some good conversations with the management here about all the work they are going to do. Unfortunately the one security guard does not feel safe and says he would like armed security here. People drive through the garage like it is la mans and management sends emails. Management put trash cans in the garage and when I complained that they were full and hadn't been emptied in days they just removed the trash can. These people have no idea what it means to run a luxury apartment complex and do not know what it means to have residents that pay what people pay to live in this building. I was very UNHAPPY with this apartment company especially for what they charge and calling it luxury. I lived at Bell Warner for over a year and did NOT renew my lease. This apartment use be owned by a different property management company and was called Hanover Warner Center. That management company was amazing and kept the building looking and smelling like a hotel. They would get the carpets cleaned and parking lot steamed regularly. I originally moved in because Hanover is a reputable company. Bell Warner Management took over and the apartment complex slowly went DOWNHILL as far as the maintenance. There was a high turnover with leasing employees, and a shortage on maintenance staff. I faced so many issues living at Bell Warner Center: -The trash cans were always full and over flooding. The trash room smelled awful and also caused the elevator room to smell. -The parking garage was so dirty. People would throw food and drinks on the floor, spit, let their dogs pee, and all the mess would stay there for days. -The gym started to look and smell dirty. -when new management took over the hallway carpets got dirty quickly and had a bad odor. Peoples dogs would pee and poop on the carpet and it would stay there for over 24 hours. -the mail room was a disaster. Some of my packages went missing. -For being a luxury building it was not safe. Solicitors and bums would enter the building and knock on my door at late hours of the night. Bums broke into a vacant apartment and were staying there! - the parking lot gates would completely stay open at times so anyone could enter and follow you in -many times the front gate to enter the parking garage wouldn't open late at night so I would be forced to go through the back of the building which is an alley way. As a female it is terrifying to go in an alley at night. -the parking garage was always full with cars that had no decal! Friday -Sunday evenings/nights I couldn't park on my floor level because it was always full. -it's a busy area all day long including in the middle of the night car alarms are always going off on the street as well in middle of night. -the location is not great. Lots of bums. -Not kid friendly. -The pool is really cold . Sucks not Having a jacuzzi for what we pay - the construction starts as early as 5 am sometimes, it's so loud and disruptive especially on the weekend. So if your working from home and have to take calls or film it's a nightmare. The view from my apartment is awful it looks like I'm in the middle of a construction site. I can't even leave my window open without construction workers staring right at me and if I open my actual window dust and dirt get in. The unit itself was nice but the location and view was so terrible. After all my complaints, they still tried to raise my rent and ended up keeping almost all my deposit. My apartment was spotless with no holes on the walls, no carpet stains, etc. Disappointed in my overall experience. Before leaving bell Warner they did get a new apartment manager and he seemed to be making a few changes to improve things. hopefully he stays consistent and straightens that place up. read more

The property is kept very clean and I feel safe walking around because I always see the security patroling (I had terrible safety issues at my old place). Wanted to give Christie a shout-out. A little bit of a backstory - we were moving back to LA after being out of country for the past few years. Christie was on top of the whole process for 2,5 weeks, holding the apartment and helping me get approved. On top of that, when I landed after a 16 hour flight, she helped push the move in date back 1 day so we can comfortably move in and settle and stayed late for an hour on a Friday (you gotta appreciate that). DO NOT RECOMMEND moving into this building. Since December we have been contacting management regarding significant tobacco and marijuana smoke seeping through the vents into our living room and kitchen area from neighbors. You're not even able to open your windows for fresh air as smoke will come directly into your home. We have not received any appropriate communication or appropriate resolution of this issue since then. Although on the leasing contract it will state that this is a non-smoking building, the ENTIRE building is full of indoor second hand smoke exposure. Transferring into another unit was the only solution given, which is clearly not an appropriate solution given many smoke in the building without regulation and we aren't guaranteed this will not reoccur if we pay for movers to move and go through the entire process again. We are hoping to break our lease early given the unpleasant living conditions we have to endure. Agree with other tenants as well, very unsanitary building with dog urine and defecation inside the building. If you care for your health and living condition DO NOT MOVE HERE, especially with vulnerable population and those with health issues or children. My husband and I are both professionals who chose this place based on location, we regret the decision. read more

Highly recommend Daniel! He made our move in process so smooth and easy. Daniel was able to answer all of our questions and he's basically the final straw to deciding to live in these apartments! It's lovely and quiet, however the building could be kept much cleaner. Starting in the elevators to the carpets in the hallway to the restrooms by the gym. Also for the amount of rent we pay i think the management could incorporate some gardeners or whatever to keep the outside/grass areas cleaner, people don't pick up after their pets kinda sucks /: But overall still a beautiful place to live in. The units are actually very spacey inside, Marble bathroom, huge tubs, very spacey cabinets .. love it a lot. I moved into the building this past January. When I first moved in I was extremely impressed with the full package that Bell had to offer. They had just acquired the building from another brand called the Hanover and aside from the beautiful facilities, the staff were very accommodating and it felt like a great overall fit. However, over the last 5 months or so the building has definitely had its challenges. I felt compelled to write a brief and fair review about my experience here so far. First off, I want to say that any issues I have are with a few bad apples that live here and in no way does it reflect on the staff. In fact, the people in the leasing office have been nothing but exceptional when it comes to listening to us and taking every measure they can to weed out bad tenants that trash the building and make it unenjoyable for the 98% of tenants that respect where they live. I also feel after reading some of these other comments that I have to give a ton of credit to Kenia. Although all of the office consultants are exceptional, Kenia is the one who actually speaks out to the tenants who have caused a lot of issues in the building and instead of acknowledging there mistake, they lash out and run to the internet to make it seem like she's the problem. As a tenant that pays his rent on time each month and respects the facilities, I can assure you these posts simply aren't true. All in all, after my last visit to the office, they assured me that the issues are being worked on and I'm happy to say I'm definitely starting to see the improvement. Overall the facilities here are the best value in the area. I would say if you're thinking of moving here the majority is definitely positive. Like every building, it has its challenges but you can be assured that the leasing office is proactively dealing with it on a daily basis and making sufficient improvements. Which is all I can ask for. read more
