Worst experience ever and being Mother's day we were very disappointed and the kids were very upset . Started out with dirty wine glasses , then dirty glasses again. We were told that's how they are . Smh... We looked around and of course they were clean ! All appetizers were cold !! Then we were told our food was on hold because of the lasagna and had to be made . Then 3 out 4 meals came , cold !!! One barely had any lobster , one didn't have any asparagus. Then when we were done with the meal the lasagna finally came and it's was sooooo small ! They did comp our meal and gave us gc . But after talking to other people this isn't the first .

The service and the food were excellent. I got the lobster pasta and it was very tasty.

Ordered: Bolognese Lasagna Pretty standard for a lasagna to be honest. Sauce was great it was definitely smothered (for me that's amazing, for others maybe not so much) cheese wise it wasn't all there. 4/10 only because of the price for it. $28 mmm not worth it. The cocktails were also pretty meh def could've found better dining and drinks somewhere else for the price. Service and ambiance was great such a nice spot tho 10/10. 3/5 stars long trip, wanted to eat anything at that point

What's perfect summer evening dining Al fresco at Bella Ciao! Everything was scrumptious from the first bite of Grant until our last bite of pasta which neither one of us could finish because the portions were so large. Absolutely delicious . The lobster pasta was the winner, although the Alfredo was also quite delightful . A little on the price, your side and a bit upscale. Perfect for a date night . A gem in the 716!

Bella Ciao provided the food for an event my husband's work held here. If the quality of the buffet is any indication, meals cooked to order must be outstanding. I also ordered a blushing Whiskey sour from the bar before the event. Loved it. Wish I'd tried Envy of All as well, but maybe we'll be back to the restaurant sometime. The space is modern and attractive. Great service.

Bella Ciao is a decent restaurant inside the hotel Embassy suites. The ambiance is quite beautiful and the seating is comfortable. There is a bar area that you can enjoy and depending on the night. There is a live piano performance for your entertainment enjoyment. Bella Ciao could be so much more, if the food was more homemade. To me I feel this place is more of a high class Olive Garden. I would come back, but it would be more for the drinks than the food. Lobster Mafalde- Lobster Cream sauce, with asparagus tips. Entree was decent, but could've been better if everything was made homemade, and not packaged and heated up. Also the pieces of lobster was dry and tough. Cocktail- Envy of All, delicious smooth bourbon cocktail, with a trace of sweetness.

Absolutely delish and worth every penny. This spot is located inside a hotel but the inside is so beautiful. Garlic cheese bread 9/10 Stuffed banana peppers 6/10 Lobster Mafalde 10/10 Chicken parm 8/10 The mafalde was the star of the show. Huge portion and rich in flavor. We had plenty to take home.

This restaurant sits inside/adjacent to a hotel, so parking is done by Valet. The pasta was delicious. The meatballs were very tender, flavorful, and cooked well. The tiramisu was also very good. Giving four stars as one of my party members had to wait an additional 20 minutes for their food and by the time they received it, most of us were done eating. Otherwise, a very tasty meal!

We dined here with a somewhat last minute party of 11 recently for my friends birthday. They did not disappoint! I love Italian food and was really interested in trying their menu since pretty much everything looks amazing. We ordered a drink at the bar while we were waiting for everyone in our party. I got the mule that was listed on the cocktail menu and it was excellent, probably one of the best cocktails I've had in a long time. We started out with the meatballs which tasted very good, but we're a bit cold to my liking. This was the ONLY bad thing that happened our entire meal. We each got salads, myself the chopped and fiancé the Caesar, both delicious. FH says 'this is the best salad I've ever ordered' . I ordered the eggplant Parmesan and my fiancé ordered the chicken parm. The eggplant was amazing. I've prob had eggplant at over 90% off the Buffalo restaurants who offer it and this was one of three best. Really great experience for my friend's birthday. I hear they have a great happy hour too!

    Vodka Rigatoni with breaded chicken

I recently visited Bella Ciao for my birthday dinner. I made a reservation online, assuming the restaurant would be busy. When we got there, there weren't many people there at all, most likely due to the early dinner time (5:15pm). We quickly were sat at a table and they brought us some bread to share. For an appetizer, we got the meatballs. They were large and 4 made it easy to share. For my entree, I got the vodka rigatoni with breaded chicken. The serving was large as well, and I had plenty to take home. For dessert, I had the affogato. I wouldn't recommend it, however my mom had the lemon cake and she loved it. So I would recommend trying that instead. When we were wrapping up our meal, more people started showing up and they had a live saxophonist playing. This seems like a nice date night spot. Overall, it was a nice restaurant with friendly service and good food.

In the past, the restaurants in this building offered valet parking,do they still offer this service?

    Yes, valet parking is offered.

    How is the parking?

We parked at a payed parking down the road. No parking there. I saw hotel guests gave to pay 20$ a night for parking. We payed only 4$ on Friday night

**Catered Event: Board of Directors' Dinner**…read more Numerous locals recommended Bacchus Wine Bar & Restaurant as an excellent choice for formal occasions, and it proved to be a wonderful venue for our Board of Directors' dinner. I hosted a dinner for twenty (board members and their guests) and was especially impressed by the catering manager, who patiently guided me through the many decisions involved in planning the event and personally welcomed me on the evening of the dinner. The waitstaff were attentive and seemed to anticipate our needs, and the private dining room was both relaxing and quiet. We chose the "King's Table," which allowed all twenty guests to sit together around one large table. The room and table settings were beautiful, creating an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. The event menu allowed me to select three salads, three entrées, and two desserts for our guests. Printed menus were placed at every setting, offering a gracious welcome and making the ordering process easy and efficient. I heard from many guests that their meals were excellent. I especially enjoyed the beet salad with goat cheese and the crème brûlée cheesecake. My filet mignon, unfortunately, was tougher than I had expected. The pecan-crusted salmon looked marvelous, and I found myself wishing I had chosen it instead. The pricing was also extremely reasonable for the quality of the setting, service, and overall experience. Each dinner was $85 and included a salad, entrée, and dessert. Bacchus provided a beautiful and memorable evening for our board, and I would gladly recommend it for a private dinner or formal gathering.

Corn season was in while we were here so we chose the totally unique corn waffle with arugula, chili, mushrooms. Divine. If we hadnt ordered more food we'd have licked the plate. The agnoloti wasnt your normal small hats but rather more interesting ravioli. But who cares it's shape--it was balanced, housemade pasta that made me very happy. The steak had that good crust and it wasnt your average steak house steak. It was as good but with different flavors. A great order.

I ordered the Rosemary Frites, which were a delicious appetizer. I had the maple salmon salad as my meal, and it was amazing! The chèvre was so fresh, the greens were great, and the salmon, wow! A delicious meal that I got two meals out of because I took half of it home, as it's a pretty large portion. Originally, I was given the wrong order that I couldn't have due to dietary restrictions, but the waitress was very kind and gave me the correct one, as well as taking it off of my bill. I really appreciated that! We got macarons as dessert and they were super yummy as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at Coco, and it will be in my rotation of "special occasion" local restaurants going forwards!

My steak frites plate had a very large serving of French fries and a bit more salad with a few pickled onions. I ordered my steak medium rare. About 1/2 of it was medium rare. The other 1/2 was well done. The seasoning was very nice, but disappointed to have well done steak. Our waitress was nicely attentive, as was her assistant who kept our water glasses filled. The restaurant was quite busy, getting busier as we enjoyed our dinners. I am glad we had an early reservation. I might have missed this note on the menu or website, but there is a credit card usage surcharge. Luckily some of our party had enough cash. The guitar music was lovely, but our table was too close and conversation was a little difficult.

The Margherita focaccia was by far the worst of the night, soggy and flavorless, the focaccia was nothing like a normal one. The tuna had a nice presentation though it was quite mediocre, the rice was hard in some parts and seemed quite old, the tuna itself was fine but the dish as a whole was maybe on par with sushi you'd get at a wegmans. As my entrée I got the carrot papardella, everything seemed overcooked, hardly any lobster and what little was happened to be tough and rather flavorless, of course it was the same with the shrimp and crab. The pasta was overcooked and stuck to itself and the sauce was quite sweet and far too hot, twenty minutes into the meal and it was still steaming, continuing to turn the dish into mush. The meal was for three people and came out to be $240 after tax and tip, the service was nice but considering the praise this restaurant got I'm sure it's went downhill. The highlight of the meal was the complementary bread at the start.
