    Lobster pasta.

The service and the food were excellent. I got the lobster pasta and it was very tasty.

Ordered: Bolognese Lasagna Pretty standard for a lasagna to be honest. Sauce was great it was definitely smothered (for me that's amazing, for others maybe not so much) cheese wise it wasn't all there. 4/10 only because of the price for it. $28 mmm not worth it. The cocktails were also pretty meh def could've found better dining and drinks somewhere else for the price. Service and ambiance was great such a nice spot tho 10/10. 3/5 stars long trip, wanted to eat anything at that point

    Blushing Whiskey sour

Bella Ciao provided the food for an event my husband's work held here. If the quality of the buffet is any indication, meals cooked to order must be outstanding. I also ordered a blushing Whiskey sour from the bar before the event. Loved it. Wish I'd tried Envy of All as well, but maybe we'll be back to the restaurant sometime. The space is modern and attractive. Great service.

This restaurant sits inside/adjacent to a hotel, so parking is done by Valet. The pasta was delicious. The meatballs were very tender, flavorful, and cooked well. The tiramisu was also very good. Giving four stars as one of my party members had to wait an additional 20 minutes for their food and by the time they received it, most of us were done eating. Otherwise, a very tasty meal!

Bella Ciao is a decent restaurant inside the hotel Embassy suites. The ambiance is quite beautiful and the seating is comfortable. There is a bar area that you can enjoy and depending on the night. There is a live piano performance for your entertainment enjoyment. Bella Ciao could be so much more, if the food was more homemade. To me I feel this place is more of a high class Olive Garden. I would come back, but it would be more for the drinks than the food. Lobster Mafalde- Lobster Cream sauce, with asparagus tips. Entree was decent, but could've been better if everything was made homemade, and not packaged and heated up. Also the pieces of lobster was dry and tough. Cocktail- Envy of All, delicious smooth bourbon cocktail, with a trace of sweetness.

Absolutely delish and worth every penny. This spot is located inside a hotel but the inside is so beautiful. Garlic cheese bread 9/10 Stuffed banana peppers 6/10 Lobster Mafalde 10/10 Chicken parm 8/10 The mafalde was the star of the show. Huge portion and rich in flavor. We had plenty to take home.

We dined here with a somewhat last minute party of 11 recently for my friends birthday. They did not disappoint! I love Italian food and was really interested in trying their menu since pretty much everything looks amazing. We ordered a drink at the bar while we were waiting for everyone in our party. I got the mule that was listed on the cocktail menu and it was excellent, probably one of the best cocktails I've had in a long time. We started out with the meatballs which tasted very good, but we're a bit cold to my liking. This was the ONLY bad thing that happened our entire meal. We each got salads, myself the chopped and fiancé the Caesar, both delicious. FH says 'this is the best salad I've ever ordered' . I ordered the eggplant Parmesan and my fiancé ordered the chicken parm. The eggplant was amazing. I've prob had eggplant at over 90% off the Buffalo restaurants who offer it and this was one of three best. Really great experience for my friend's birthday. I hear they have a great happy hour too!

    Vodka Rigatoni with breaded chicken

I recently visited Bella Ciao for my birthday dinner. I made a reservation online, assuming the restaurant would be busy. When we got there, there weren't many people there at all, most likely due to the early dinner time (5:15pm). We quickly were sat at a table and they brought us some bread to share. For an appetizer, we got the meatballs. They were large and 4 made it easy to share. For my entree, I got the vodka rigatoni with breaded chicken. The serving was large as well, and I had plenty to take home. For dessert, I had the affogato. I wouldn't recommend it, however my mom had the lemon cake and she loved it. So I would recommend trying that instead. When we were wrapping up our meal, more people started showing up and they had a live saxophonist playing. This seems like a nice date night spot. Overall, it was a nice restaurant with friendly service and good food.

    Strawberry mojito

Amazing homemade pasta sauce was delicious and the grilled chicken was amazing. Strawberry mojito scrumptious, the spinach artichoke dip the best I've had. The service was great our server was very polite and gave drink recommendations. The ambiance was beautiful, decor is very classy beautiful chandeliers.

    Chicken Parmigiana

Went to Bella ciao for a birthday dinner and we were able to enjoy the private room for the experience, which was really nice. They even allowed us to do decorations in there. we were a large party of 8+ and despite this, the service was pretty good. We had one person assigned to us, but there was no issues with timely check-in's and food/drink drops. I was able to try a few different appetizers and salads, but my main course was the chicken parmigiana, which was delicious with a side of spaghett. Flavorful and filling. The birthday girl got the Wild Mushroom Lasagna which she really enjoyed! I also tried a couple different cocktails, which I did feel were a tad pricey by a dollar or two all around, but they were well-made. Overall, this was a great dining experience with great service and amazing food. Definitely worth checking out for a nicer, upscale dining experience for a special occasion or just because.

There was a steady number of people coming in for dinner while I was there. The owner/bartender was super cool and helpful when it came to picking out a quick bite. I'm not as much of a drinker anymore but they had such a great selection of wines here that I would have been able to choose from a wide variety. The chicken pintxo was great. It had a really good flavor. The skewers were shorter which was nice to try to get the food off. The bread was great and they were a really great bite. The charcuterie board had the usual components and I ate it quickly before I could get the photo, but it also had sour patch gummy bears on it which was incredibly cool. While the covering does a great job of shielding you from the sun, we discovered that it's not quite sufficient for heavy rain. We ordered a bottle of Montepulciano--a bolder, pleasant wine that paired wonderfully with the stuffed mushrooms and charcuterie board we selected. Although the menu listed the wine as a 2015 vintage, we received a 2019 bottle. The bartender was courteous about the mix-up, and we decided to stick with the 2019. The charcuterie board comes in three sizes, and we opted for the medium one. If you're unsure about the portion sizes, I've included a picture with this review. The charcuterie was an excellent choice, with the olives and cheeses being particular standouts. We also enjoyed the sausage-stuffed mushrooms, which were delicious. Overall, this is a lovely and comfortable place for light snacks and drinks. We look forward to returning in the future.
