I reached out, literally, because she was the closest to me. Boy, did we luck out with this one! Ashley did my daughter's hair and Ruth did her make up. My daughter's hair does not hold curls well, but they held up ALL NIGHT (she still has some waves 2 days later!). Her make up was gorgeous and withstood plenty of tears and hours of dancing. My only regret: not booking her for MY hair and makeup! We are extremely happy and will definitely be back for future events!

They added services to the contract that I had not yet confirmed and when 50+ days out from the wedding I gave them confirmation, they said I could not make changes to the contract and that I would be on the hook for the cash regardless of services being provided. The $250 "deposit" is not a deposit and does not go towards your total cost... it's just an extra fee they slap on for funzies. Additionally, they demanded a 25% gratuity be paid 1 month prior to services being performed. On top of this, the contract was written TERRIBLY and in no way shape or form protects the client. In fact, it explicitly states that even if they choose not to show up and perform services, the client is on the hook for paying the full amount. To top it all off, I tried to get Ruth (the stylist) on the phone from January to May. She never even attempted a phone call and then upon my canceling her services, though it was ethical to keep my deposit. So, I paid $250 dollars for zero time spent on me and zero customer service provided. Companies that conduct business like this disgust me. There are thousands of other hairstylists that provide wonderful customer service and flexibility, especially for weddings. As we all know, weddings are stressful enough. Go with a hairstylist that understands this, not Ruth, not Lily Flower. UPDATE: after leaving several reviews for Lily Flower, they began to dispute my reviews to further hide their crookedness. Unfortunately, I did give up and used a random lash tech before I found Natalie and it honestly she screwed my lashes up... had holes in my lashes and fall out of my natural lash so bad. Thankfully, Natalie was able to recover them still and give me exactly the type of extensions I wanted. She's simply amazing. Would recommend her to all my people.
