DO NOT GET YOUR BRACES HERE. I've paid them almost $6000 and have had braces on for five years and because they have not correctly corrected my teeth they want me to pay $100 dollars more every month. They're blaming it on "not wearing rubber bands" but my teeth in general are not all the way straight which has nothing to do with rubber bands. Every month I voice a concern about not seeing changes in my teeth they slap a power chain on and keep having me coming back to do the same thing over and over month after month. Currently in the process of suing them so in order to save you and your child's time do not come here. read more

I went for an appointment when I got there I was called to the room , first of all the helper that was assisting me was Rude no customer Service at all , walked back to the room alone no nothing at all , Go back to room then a Lady Dentist walks in and she checks me I ask her if she gonna be able to work with me She looks straight at me and tells me Yesss . I was asked to come in for "training" after the day was over manager said she'll call me tomorrow for updates ( Mind I was doing my job , not any problems, I am a really fast learner ) next following days I reach out . Manager never responds to calls or text messages , all I wanted was my pay for the day I worked. I wanted no problems , but it is very unprofessional to do these actions . I went on a Saturday, I had a hole in my wisdom tooth that caused me so much pain. The ladies in the front were rude and the wait so horrible. I had an appointment in the morning yet I'm there hours to have my tooth pulled. The only dentist available that day didn't accept any type of insurance, he was cash only. Being in unbearable pain I paid $300 though I was in-network. I'll never go over to that ghetto place again read more

This is the worst place you can ever come to. I have braces and every time i come for my appt i get here 10 min early and still have to wait a MINIMUM of 1.30hour. Usually its a 2 hour wait too. The fromt desk is always rude and will give you an attitude even if ur polite. They dont know how to run or schedule an office. The only reason people come here is bc of how cheap it is. read more

Yesterday I called the office at 5:30 on my way home from work and I SPECIFICALLY was looking for a dentist that was open LATE due to the fact that I work till 5:00pm. I spoke to Michelle and she got me in right away for a 5:30 appointment for the very next day. I told her I'd be there around 5:15pm-5:20pm since I work 10 min away on 1960. She stated I could get there between 5:00-5:30 to be seen. I confirmed my appt. I also called at 5:08 to let them know I was on my way and she said "oh hey Nattalie I remember you, I will make a note that you're on your way". I got there at 5:20 pm and a girl walks up to the front stating the doctor is gone for the day and I never called to let them know I'd be late. From my understanding I was right on time. I told her I did call and to ask her other front desk and she said "we just talked about it you didn't call" when I clearly just spoke to Michelle. I got upset and left and called back asking for Michele and they put me on hold for 3 minutes. I hung up and called back and all of a sudden "she was already gone for the day" mind you, I was still in the parking lot. I just wanted to get with her and ask her why I wasn't told the dr would be leaving within the next 10 minutes of me literally just calling and her confirming I could still come in. Awful service! The Doctor the semi Hispanic white Doctor was so rude and unprofessional. Got here and the place looked awful, dirty, girls in the front on their cell phones. And than they took me to the back and separate my kids and did not informed me of the next process on each child. Just awful experience and than the Dentist had the nerve to say "Don't communicate with my son" smh please he is less than 18 years old and I have the right to speak to him! And he did not even checked my 3 years old teeth well, he glanced it with a mirror and left saying he has no cavities smh awful!!!!!!!!! read more

The gals here are great! My son got lost finding the place, ran late, etc and they didn't mind. He was in town for only 3 days and they got him right back in to get the cavities filled. He comes back in March for wisdom teeth extraction and I'm sure that will all go smoothly due to the efficiency of this office. Thank you gals! The dentist and Assistant have always been great, the receptionist could use some serious training! I have been in the CS industry for my entire career and the way those ladies call to confirm appointments is ridiculous! When did we stop using proper ways to ask for clients on the phone? The dentists and assistants were sweet and great. The ladies at the front desk I have had problems with. Upon our second visit to this location, I check in my twins and sit down. They call my name to come talk to them in the front. They ask me if I accidentally took my child's forms home last time because they can't seem to find them. They have paperwork for one of my twins, but not the other. I think to myself, "Yeah...I took them home and hid them because I had so much fun filling out that paperwork the first time and couldn't wait to do it again!" After I told them no, I didn't take them, they explain that the papers probably got put in the "to shred" pile that day and were shredded. Not only did I have to fill out the forms again, but I think it's awesome that they don't know what they did with our personal information. Today was our 4th visit. I try to check in the twins. They tell me I don't have an appointment. I kindly hand them the appointment reminder card they gave me when we scheduled it at the last visit with today's correct date and time on it. They ignore it and tell me that it's only been 3 months since their last visit. Since they just turned 3, they should only come every 6 months. Insurance won't pay for a cleaning today. I ask, "Why did we schedule an appointment for today then? Why didn't anyone tell me this when we were scheduling this appointment?" They didn't have any answers and just wanted me to schedule another appointment in 3 months. One lady came to front after seeing that I was getting frustrated and said the dentist could check their teeth, just not do a cleaning...so at least that was something. So, I'm just not confident in the staff at the front desk. read more

I needed a dentist that was quick to do a basic check-up & cleaning for a one & two year old. When we get there 10 minutes early & fill out all of our paperwork. We ended up waiting nearly an hour just to get put into a room, and by room a mean completely open little cubbys. I asked three times how much longer because the kids were getting restless. Every time I asked they said the dentist was coming right in. Meanwhile a lady who came in 30 minutes after me was LEAVING. Finally I see the little dentist assistant come out of the cubicle next to mine where she was with a patient. She is wearing a set of gloves & starts going through the cabinets to set up the supplies for my kids, still wearing the gloves she wore with the previous patient. I gave her a look like she must have lost her mind & she changed them. After nearly an hour & a half the dentist comes in. The toddler was a little afraid, instead of trying to calm her he barks for me to just hold her down. I refused & told him to give her two seconds to calm down. He rolls his eyes & huffs. I was able to calm her down enough that I didn't need to restrain her. He barely brushes them with a toothbrush & leaves. I would NEVER go back here. I waited an hour and a half for a dentist & he acts like he can't wait 1 minutes for me to calm down my child. Complete idiots. read more

New to Houston area and needed a dentist with Saturday appointments. HUGE mistake. Husband, son and self needed routine cleanings that are 100% covered by our insurance. They tried to charge us $50 each for the cleanings for husband and son. I got my "cleaning" with no out of pocket, but all they did was polish my teeth and floss them. No picking of the teeth to remove plaque build up. They claimed that the usual exam that we were used to was their level 2 cleaning and wasn't covered at 100% Spoke to Aetna this morning, and was told that the exam I was expecting IS covered 100%. I have filed a complaint with Aetna against them. Hope this helps future patients. BUT we won't be one. Also, tried to tell my husband that he needed a root canal and crown for a tooth that wasn't bothering him. Wanted to do fillings on son that I thought were reasonable, but after the other shenanigans we have decided to go elsewhere for all future dental work. Place looked shabby, paint chips on walls, fountain in lobby was drained and not working. YUKK. read more

I was pleasantly pleased when I called and scheduled a appointment. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. Upon arrival I still had a good feeling. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and had smiling faces. It wasn't until my kids went to the back is where the terror began. My daughter got X-rays and this wasn't her first experience, she said that she told the technician that she was hurting her and she proceed to press the film anyway on her gums. My daughter also stated that the cleaning was painful. My 5 year old son was brought to the back to put 2 caps. He screamed the whole time and I was not allow to go back with him. The white cap that was placed on my sons tooth was longer and larger than his other teeth. When we got in the car it fell off. The dentist had the nerve to inform me that I would be charged if it fell off again. I just feel that it isn't a kid friendly place and once you get passed the receptionist its down hill. Worst customer service ever !! Not once multiple times !!!! Waiting time minimum three to five hours after appointment.. The rep on the front desk will politely let you wait for hours.. If not will take you inside and then let you wait for couple of more hours. After dentists check my x-ray the lady on the front desk comes in and tells me that my teeth will fall off if i don't get deep cleaning. I have never seen a 37 year old teeth fall off who does not smoke or drink. But once i did the deep cleaning then I realised it is possible that after the cleaning they might fall off. When my wife went the other day she was the first one to enter at 9:00am she came out 4 hours later after one capping fix. read more

I'm new to Texas and was looking online for a dentist close to home and chose them. I walked in and the floors were filthy, the water pond had garbage and little to no water in it. 2 kids were crying back in the rooms seeing the dentist. So I check in and when I called to schedule my appointment was to be with Dr Robert Lee only to find out when I get there he doesn't work there, but no one Informed me. I was called back to the little hole in the wall. The so called asistant wasn't even going to change the nasty plastic cover or clean it until I said umm are you going to change that and she states oh I forgot. So I get in the chair and look up and the ceiling tiles are rotted from water leaks or something along with it being extremely very dirty. Then I waited for 25 minutes before the Dr came in. So the dentist is cleaning my teeth and his breathing is HORRIFIC, then he jams the tool into my gums until I yelled. By this time I'm not in a very good mood. He tells me I needs 3 filling like they were planning on doing them that day and I said absolutely not. The assistant or whatever she was finishing me up and was going to proceed by putting the suction in my mouth after it touched the ground. I work in the medical field and was HORRIFIED by this experience. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Three months ago I went in for a cleaning and was told I needed cavity fillings, I went ahead got the fillings and went on with my day. A couple of days later I noticed that my teeth were becoming sensitive but I ignore the pain and assumed I just wasn't use to the fillings. Since then the pain has progressed to the point where drinking water makes me jump up and scream. I scheduled an appointment, waiting 30 minutes for a waiting room, and another 45 minutes for the dentist to come in. In the mean time the assistant Lisa, is dancing in the room, and out of the blue says "I'm talking to this guy and he's super hot", she then pulls out her phone and shows me pictures of the guy and continues to tell me that her current boyfriend treats her like "shit", so she doesn't feel bad about talking to different guys because all her boyfriend does is "fucking sleep" and live off her. After making it obvious that I did not care she stopped talking about it started setting the room up. While they were doing the procedure the dentist made it obvious that she was annoyed with the assistant and had better things to do. When the procedure was done the dentist told me that my teeth looked normal And I just needed to get use to the fillings. It has been three months and my pain is constantly processing. I do not recommend this place at all, the receptionist are the only staff that know what they're doing. read more
