Pandemic Hair for all three of us. Our adult daughter said Sarah has been cutting her hair for many years and also does men's hair. Since the wife has not had her hair cut since October, hubby's hair was ready to put into a pony tail and our daughter's hair was over a foot long, we made an appointment. Sarah was very accommodating. She opened the salon early so we could be the first customers. There is a back patio out of the sun (SCAL is also in the midst of an extreme heatwave) where everything is set up. Everything is sterilized between clients. Sarah is double masked and we all felt safe. No blow drying at this time which is fine. Sarah was lovely and engaging and we are glad to help a small business owner during these challenging times. Although the salon is 25 miles away, we will come back the next time we need our hair done because we feel very safe. read more

I Love the environment here and the salon is clean and beautiful and even has a coffee station with cookies for the clients . All the ladies here are super sweet and so talented . I actually had my wedding hair done by Sara and she did a incredible job . read more

I'm sorry to relate my experience with this salon and Sarah, specifically.but it's important for real opinions to be reported so that others may use this information. First, the "salon" is dingy and not aat as appealing. Second, Sarah, while pleasant, cut my hair badly. I went to her three times. The first cut was ok, the second too short and the third was as close to a brush cut as I've seen in years. I can not recommend this shop at all. I hope this is useful. Cp read more

If you have curly hair; call Bridgett and make an appointment. You will be happy with the results. I have extremely curly hair and looked for a really long time to find someone who understood how to cut with the curl, use the right products to control frizz and stop my hair from looking like I was living in the 1980's with a bad perm. My sister also has extremely curly hair and Bridgett just straightened it. My sister is thrilled with the results. She washes her hair and goes- no blow drying, straightening, or frizz... it's soft and manageable... and straight. Not only is Bridgett competent; she is probably one of the nicest, kindest people you will ever meet. She'll listen to what you want done with your hair, make suggestions, then cut, color, straighten, curl, charm, chat until you're satisfied with the results. I'm the kind of person who is INSANELY abusive to my hair. (Dye out of the box, every color of the rainbow, just.... god awful to my hair). My stylist is Fabby and she is just AMAZING! She was super sweet and helpful and she REALLY went the extra mile to help me out and fix me up. Today, I went in with a bit of nervousness. See, I've been dying my hair various shades of red, (both at the salon and out of the box) for over 3 years without changing color. And I kid you not, I normally have Hermione Granger (1st movie) hair. Fabby took GREAT care to carefully bleach my hair for as long as possible without damaging my hair further. She was able to tell from my roots what my real color is (dirty blonde with natural blonde highlights). While we weren't able to get all the red out (remember, 3 years worth of it!) without turning my hair to straw, she instead asked if it'd be okay to go a few shades darker than my real hair color to cover the little red that was still left. I agreed and when she was done, MY HAIR LOOKS AMAZING!!!!!! The red shows only in the sunlight, but in a pleasant, beautiful kind of shine, and the darker lightish brown really compliments my skin tone. I honestly didn't expect to love it this much. To top it off, she also cut the dead ends and styled my hair so well that I almost didn't recognize myself in the reflection! I will never dye my hair myself again! Fabby is AMAZING!! I have been going to her a few years and i followed her here to the Bella Hair Studio. The salon is nicely decorated and always clean. I love how my hair looks after every single cut/color! I feel like a supermodel! She is very talented and I now have four other family members going to her as well! She also did my hair for my wedding and did a spectacular job (and I got extensions!)! Also, I would like to say that Aylin is the best threader out there! For years I used to always wax my eyebrows but just after one time of going to her for an eyebrow threading, I saw a huge difference! It's much cleaner and has such a better shape than waxing can give you! She is very talented at what she does AND she does hair! Marisa gave me the first haircut that I've really loved in over a decade. Having curly hair, it's really hard to find someone who can cut my hair the way I like it. I've gone to several "curly hair specialists" and spent tons of money, and have always been disappointed. I completely agree with the comments of Leeanne H. regarding "White W.'s" unfounded nasty review of Samantha Springer. Apparently, she is a well known complainer who uses this strategy to stop payment and avoid paying for services rendered. I have gone to Bella for as long as it has existed, and to Joy for over 15 years. On occasion, Jaime and Samantha have done my hair, and they are all excellent stylists. I get constant compliments on my cut and color, whether I have long or short hair. The atmosphere in the shop is always upbeat and friendly, and I love spending time there, even for those long color appointments. Do yourself a favor and ignore the one rogue personal attack on Samantha, and go to Bella and choose her or any of the girls to do your hair. You cannot go wrong. read more

I have been going to my stylist Sarah for a little over a year now. She Moved to Bella and I followed. I have never been happier with my look and the way a stylist truly cares about what I want. She is the nicest and easiest person to talk to and convey what style you are looking for. I have even seen her work her magic with customers that come in having no idea what they want and leaving with an ear to ear smile. She is so amazing that I referred a friend to her and now my friend drives at least 20 to thirty minutes just to go to Sarah. Not only is she amazing but she referred me to the nail lady Hahn. I have never been happier with my gel nails. They are not too thick at all which seems to be the problem I had everywhere I went. She has amazing colors and glitters, and can do designs. I also referred another friend that drives 20 minutes to see Hahn and she just made her follow up appointment because she was that pleased. Sarah is heaven sent, this amazing woman is personable, friendly and a down right gem. I came in here with a very faded out red and whenever I looked in the mirror I wanted to scream, so I came to this gorgeous cozy little studio and fell in love with her and her staff! (Who are just as friendly as well!) She spent hours with me on my disaster and made it into a beautiful beige with a hint of ash, we are still in the process of getting out all my red but we will get there. This place deserves the five star rating! I've been to many barbers and a few hair salons for haircuts, suffice to say that Sarah L. is amazing. No one can match her skill. I highly recommend asking for Sarah. The place has a great and welcoming atmosphere. I followed Sarah from the previous salon she worked at. Just goes to show you that skill and an overall amazing service will give you loyal clients. I'm getting married in a few weeks and I have my appointment with her to get my hair cut, I know I'm going to look handsome and it's all thanks to her. So do yourself a favor if you're in the area or just want to look great for a special day. Don't pay no mind to the only negative review, unfortunately I have met this horrible woman "Miss White" as she likes to call herself. She's a bitter woman who is a con artist. Beware of her, I've met her at a different salon. She goes from salon to salon and gets all best treatments and extra work done, then makes a scene with the stylist and walks out without paying a dime. The authorities have been notified and she will answer to her crimes. Please pay no mind to her review, she's just mad that she was called on her bs and was made to pay up. great hair salon - they listen to exactly what you want. the first time i went here i got my hair cut by joy. i explained to her my anxiety about getting my hair cut (from past traumatic experiences) and she was very careful to check with me every couple of minutes & ask if i liked what was going on. i got a great trim and didn't freak out about it! the next few times, over a year or so, i went in for an ombre dye, where the hair goes from natural (in my case, rich brown) at the roots, to blonde at the ends. gina worked on this for me, through a few sessions of careful bleaching. each time she was very considerate and careful about exactly what she was doing and how much she was bleaching & toning. she also cut my hair into beautiful layers and even fixed a crappy haircut (from the toni & guy academy in santa monica) this last time! i'd definitely keep going here if it weren't for the fact that i'm moving out of california! also, the salon is super cute, there's a giiiiiiiiiant stack of magazines (though i've never had to wait very long at all), there's always parking right out front on foothill blvd, always a pot of hot coffee and cookies to munch on. plus all the products they use (especially the shampoo & conditioner) are high quality and smell sooooooooooooo. freeeeeeeeeeaking. gooooooooooooood. read more

Had to call Ms. Samantha to see where she has relocated. I went into this salon to get my nails done the other day and it has just totally changed and was empty since FOUR girls in the salon changed. Bella is a very nice, comfortable salon. The prices are very reasonable. I see Aileen for wash, blow dry, sometime cut and regular threading. She is the best threader in town. She is also great at styling my hair the way I like it. BIG HAIR! When she does my hair it lasts for several days. She is very sweet, kind and friendly.
