I waited weeks for this appointment and received this message as I was walking in from the parking lot 3 min late. I have previously waited 20 min when they were delayed and had no issue w it. I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's.
