I waited weeks for this appointment and received this message as I was walking in from the parking lot 3 min late. I have previously waited 20 min when they were delayed and had no issue w it. Another time I was 7 min late (traffic) but paid for my session anyway. I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's. You need to set expectations of how early you want clients to show up and wait so that they will not be considered late and cancelled.

I've been here 3 times and never have been seen on time. One time I was here, she asked me to wait…read more10 minutes while finishing up another customer and it ended up being 30 minutes. Another time she told me she couldn't adjust my appointment by a half hour but when I got there, I had to wait in the lobby for 25 minutes. I hate the smell of her glue. It smells exactly like the cheap super glue used on acrylic nails and makes my throat hurt by the end of the appointment. I have been to other eyelash technicians in the past but they've never had smelly glue. They also used black glue while the glue that Olive uses is clear, another reason I think it's just super glue. Additionally I have never been pinched on my eyelid before coming here. It happens about twice each session (4 times last appointment) with tweezers and really hurts. Yes, she is nice, incredibly fast and affordable but it's not worth the time waiting, the painful pinches or the questionable glue.

So I wanted to give it a try. Booking was even easy because there's a link to book your preferred date and time-- love it. So when I got there, she guided me to the back. She's very nice and professional. First impression was that the room was clean and organized. It was comfortable. I booked for a full set, and it was surprisingly faster than my previous experiences BUT the results were amazing!!! They actually lasted long. I haven't seen a single lash fall out. Lashes falling out one by one was very common to the non LED versions I've had before, but with Olive, they stayed intact! I'm so happy! So next part of this review happened by chance and I'm so glad it happened. I was actually on the market for microblading and lip-tinting/ blushing. When I got the room, I saw images of eyebrows and lip colors. So as she was doing my lashes I asked her what other services she offered. She also told me she was having a sale. (Disclaimer, I'm not sure how often she does this- you should call and find out anyways). Market prices for both are around $400-$600 average right? On the sale, she had it for almost half the price. So I took the opportunity and booked for both. Coincidentally, she had availability the next day!!! So, I had them done at the same time, and since I did that, she was able to reduce the time to 3 hrs instead of 4 since she was able to apply the numbing cream simultaneously. Numbing cream-- she had 10% which is 2X more potent than most places I've been to. Honestly, and I expected this, there was some pain as the numbing cream can only do so much. I did my research before and it is normal. The pain was tolerable, and she does retouch it with more numbing cream if you feel pain. I loved the results!!!! She consults with you as well before starting. She showed me how they'd look like. She also explained post procedure care as well and sent me home with a care packet. Very thoughtful. Anyways- I am not going anywhere else. I can get lashes, brows and lips done with her! I highly recommend her!!!!
